The following is a list of sightings of transmedium UFOs — unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) observed transitioning between air and water, or between water and air, in a single encounter. Transmedium capability is one of the five observables defined by the AATIP program, referring to the ability to operate seamlessly across atmosphere, ocean, and space without structural modification or visible propulsion changeover. Cases are listed chronologically.
