In exopolitics, terrestrial humans, also called earth humans or, collectively, humanity, are the community of humans living on Earth — more specifically, the indigenous human population of Earth — a species described in multiple contact traditions as the product of a long-running genetic program involving contributions from at least 22 extraterrestrial races, resulting in a uniquely diverse genetic substrate that is treated by galactic civilizations as both a prize and a responsibility.
Genetic heritage
Terrestrial humans are composites of 22 distinct ET genetic lineages: "Our genetics, the total genetics in all of our races on this planet are the sum total of 22 different extraterrestrial races." The diversity of genetic frequencies allows higher-dimensional souls — from fourth density through eleventh density — to incarnate into human physicality, making terrestrial humans functional "avatars" capable of hosting consciousness from across the dimensional spectrum. The Blue Brain Project in Switzerland reportedly confirmed this multi-dimensional capacity, detecting active multi-dimensional structures in the human brain "going from 4th all the way to 11th" density — structures that are transmitting experiential data to soul groups in other dimensions in real time.
The specific ET civilizations involved in the genetic program are documented in A Gift from the Stars. The Laani (Lyran-origin feline humanoids) discovered Earth approximately one million years ago and "started genetic experiments on the indigenous hominids" — the first wave of the seeding program. The Alpha Draconian Empire subsequently arrived, sparking the Terran Wars — a series of conflicts in which different ET factions competed over the direction of the genetic program: the Draco reptilians seeking to enslave the upgraded species, while the Laani and the Anunnaki initially pursued "better plans, a little more ethical."
Genetic royalty
Terrestrial humans are designated "genetic royalty" — a status earned not by any accomplishment but by the unprecedented diversity of the genetic composite: "Dr. Salla, you were the 1st to talk about 22 different ET races making up our genetic background, our history, that that actually gives us some unique abilities to manifest a higher consciousness." The "royalty" designation carries operational significance in galactic politics: it obliges benevolent ET civilizations to protect the terrestrial human genome from further unauthorized modification and from extinction, and it is cited as the reason the Andromedans, the Galactic Federation of Worlds, and the Council of Five have committed resources to Earth's current crisis.
Genetic downgrade and the prison planet condition
The prison planet theory holds that terrestrial humans were genetically downgraded from a higher-capacity original template — specifically, modifications that shortened lifespan, impaired telepathic and psionic abilities, and deactivated portions of DNA that the Andromedans describe as "junk DNA" but which contain racial memory of all 22 contributing civilizations. The reactivation of this dormant DNA — through the rising galactic frequency, through contact with benevolent ET civilizations, or through the starseed incarnation program — is described as the central mechanism through which terrestrial humans reclaim their full genetic heritage and rejoin the galactic community.
Starseed incarnation
The terrestrial human population includes a significant cohort of starseeds — souls originating from other star systems who have incarnated on Earth to assist in its transition. The Galactic Federation of Worlds coordinates this through the Galactic Envoy Program, selecting specific bloodlines for DNA upgrade across generations to ensure frequency compatibility between the incoming ET soul and the human body. The Taygetan immersion chamber technology described by Swaruu of Erra through Cosmic Agency provides an alternative mechanism: the ET being's consciousness is projected into a prepared human body from a technological device in the Pleiades, with the ET body remaining in the chamber for the duration of the Earth incarnation.
Place in the galactic community
The current galactic status of terrestrial humans is described as transitional: no longer fully under the prison planet regime but not yet integrated into the wider galactic community. The Andromedans "want to see how we will interact with each other without being manipulated" before committing to full open contact. The frequency of the entire universe is described as ascending — "5th will move to six, 6th will move to seven" — with Earth currently at a tipping point between third density and fourth density, carrying the terrestrial human population with it. The outcome of this transition — whether terrestrial humans become a sovereign galactic civilization or remain a managed population — depends in the Andromedan framing on whether humanity exercises its latent creative sovereignty or continues under the residual control structures of the previous regime.
