List of people who have participated in secret space programs

From Andrew Basiago's claimed childhood participation in Project Pegasus (the alleged DARPA time-space program, 1968–72) onward, a succession of individuals have claimed participation in one or more alleged secret space programs (SSPs) — often describing a structured experience in which a term of service is followed by age regression and timeline displacement returning them to near their point of departure, the pattern called 20 and back (though the duration and mechanism vary; see List of 20 and Back participants); the principal claimants are compiled below. The alleged programs involve covert advanced technologies, use of exotic spacecraft and exotic transportation, intra-solar system and interstellar travel to off-world installations, and related activities — many participants additionally claim to have undergone treatment or augmentation with exotic biomedical technology, supersoldier-type conditioning and/or service terms involving age regression and temporal displacement — with memories of service suppressed upon return.

Claimants

• Andrew Basiago — Washington State attorney; claims childhood participation in Project Pegasus (DARPA time-space program, 1968–72) and approximately 20 jumproom missions to Mars between 1981 and 1984 as a UCLA history student; describes co-travelers including a young Barack Obama. • Andy Pero — claims childhood recruitment into Project Superman, a Montauk Project sub-program; developed extraordinary physical abilities through trauma-based conditioning; deployed on crash retrieval Delta teams and time-travel missions to 1940s England and Germany. See Andy Pero.

• Arkheim Ra — SSP whistleblower who has discussed alleged participation in a secret space program and MKUltra-style programs in interviews on Spaced Out Radio with The Cryptid Huntress. See Arkheim Ra.

• Barack Obama — 44th President of the United States; named by Andrew Basiago as an alleged co-traveler on approximately 20 jumproom missions to Mars between 1981 and 1984 during Obama's time as a Columbia University student, a claim Obama has not publicly confirmed. See Barack Obama.

• Chris O'Connor — professional photographer and production designer; claims three consecutive 20-year service periods totaling 60 years (1970–2030), first in a US military SSP and then as a telepathic diplomatic liaison for a United Nations-affiliated off-world confederation, age-regressed and returned to Earth after each period. • Corey Goode — recruited through MILAB programs identifying psychically gifted children; claims 20-year service in Solar Warden and the Sphere Being Alliance contact program, including briefings with a Blue Avian being designated "Ra-Tear-Eir." See Corey Goode.

• Elena Danaan — describes childhood MILAB-style abduction by Solipsi Rai beings followed by Galactic Federation of Worlds rescue; the implant communication network thereafter gave her a contact role rather than active SSP service; her testimony has informed Michael Salla's exopolitics reporting since 2020. • Elena Kapulnik — claims SSP service involving off-world postings with memory suppression; encountered multiple non-human species during service; interviewed by Michael Salla in 2022.

• George Kavassilas — Australian experiencer and speaker; claims lifelong extraterrestrial contact and participation in off-world experiences; has appeared on Exopolitics Today alongside other SSP-connected witnesses including Michael Salla, Alex Collier, and JP. See George Kavassilas.

• Jean-Charles Moyen — French filmmaker; claims joint French-American SSP service beginning at age four aboard the vessel Solaris, serving approximately 20 years; has since produced documentary and narrative films drawing on his reported experiences. See Jean-Charles Moyen.

• JP (Jorge Omar Pabon) — active US Army soldier who revealed his full name in December 2025; claims involvement since 2017 in covert military missions to space arks, Inner Earth locations, and meetings with Nordic extraterrestrials. See JP (military witness).

• Mark Domizio — Pennsylvania-based witness; claims 34 years in a Navy black project at a deep underground military base at Diego Garcia and separately 38 years in Mars Colony Corporation colonies, with memories recovered through QHHT sessions beginning 2016. See Mark Domizio.

• Michael Prince — claims participation in an SSP super-soldier program; detailed in interviews with James Casbolt (also known as Michael Prince); described involvement with Project Mannequin and Sigma, programs allegedly operating through the British and US intelligence apparatus.

• Michael Relfe — claims 20-year service on Mars beginning in 1976 via a classified recruitment program; documented his experiences in The Mars Records (2000) with his wife Stephanie Relfe; describes Mars service as involving both combat and interaction with non-human species.

• Niara Isley — former US Air Force radar tracking operator; claims three-to-four months of MILAB abduction experiences in 1980 at Tonopah Test Range involving missing time, transport to an underground lunar facility, injections, and mind control conditioning. See Niara Isley.

• Randy Cramer — claims 17 years of service in the Mars Defense Force and 3 years aboard the Solar Warden vessel Nautilus under Project Moon Shadow; returned via consciousness transfer into a cloned body at biological age 17; now teaches psionics. See Randy Cramer.

• Rebecca Rose — claims 20-year service as a cyborg supersoldier on Mars and in the Kuiper Belt; describes extensive body modification and combat operations; age-regressed and returned at end of service. See Rebecca Rose.

• Robert Potter — contactee and researcher; claims 45 years of extraterrestrial contact and research involving multiple non-human species; participant in healing technology research.

• Stephen Chua — Singaporean military insider (1960–2021); claimed to have worked at Area 51 in the early 1980s in a classified fly-by-thought aircraft program and to have encountered multiple non-human species at Groom Lake; his testimony was documented by Elena Danaan in Area 51: Conversations with Insider Stephen Chua (2023).
