Establishment Aftermath of the Lyran Wars

The Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW), known in Taami as Oraa Nataru Shari ("Species United Worlds") or Draa Natani Shari ("United Galaxy Worlds"), is — according to French-born contactee Elena Danaan and exopolitics researcher Michael Salla, and, from a dissenting vantage, the Taygetan contactees of Cosmic Agency — a military-oriented confederation of star-faring civilizations reportedly created to maintain peace and justice in the Nataru galaxy. Described as the union of hundreds of thousands of civilizations, it allegedly protects the rights of all life and has, according to multiple contactee sources, been actively intervening in Earth's solar system to counter Draconian and Orion Grey occupation, allegedly orchestrating the liberation of the Moon, Mars, and Earth's near-space from Draconian control circa 2020–2021.

The Federation is known almost entirely through channeled and telepathic contact — chiefly Danaan's communications with the Pleiadian commander Thor Han Eredyon — together with remote viewing sessions, rather than independently verifiable physical evidence. Its most prominent public attestation came in December 2020, when Haim Eshed, a retired brigadier general of Israeli Military Intelligence and for nearly three decades director of space programs for Israel's Ministry of Defense, stated that the United States and Israel had been in contact with a "Galactic Federation" and that President Donald Trump had been asked to delay disclosure; the claim drew global coverage but was characterised by Israel Space Agency chairman Isaac Ben-Israel as going "too far," and Eshed did not clarify whether he spoke from inside knowledge or interpretation.

Founding

According to Elena Danaan, the GFW was created in the aftermath of the Lyran Wars, when the Draco reptilians allegedly invaded the Lyran systems and took possession of their natural and human resources, causing massive loss of life and forcing survivors to flee to distant settlements. Thor Han Eredyon described the founding motive: "We created the Galactic Federation of Worlds so this would never happen again, when the Maia system was invaded by the Draco reptilians and destroyed. We wanted to create an organization where cultures will protect each other and support and assist each other." According to Swaruu, the GFW originally formed to counter regressive extraterrestrial races but learned over time that ethics and consciousness — not weapons — were the effective means of defeating them.

Structure and membership

According to Danaan, fifty-seven extraterrestrial races are reportedly involved with Earth, in varying degrees of friendliness; of these, approximately 52 are member civilizations of the GFW, the majority human-like in appearance, drawn from multiple star systems with a concentration in the Pleiades region. The GFW corresponds to the "mostly humanoid Federations of Worlds" described in the late 1990s by Michael K.V. Wolf, a former Majestic Twelve–affiliated scientist, who distinguished three major extraterrestrial groups known to the secret government: the humanoid Federations of Worlds, a joint humanoid-reptile corporate alliance, and the Unified Races of Orion.

Member species of note include the Ahel of Erra (Pleiades), the Noor (also Pleiadian), the Taal of Manahu (Pleiades), the Zenae (Andromeda galaxy), and the Caryu (Carians of the Man system) — described as peace ambassadors who rarely leave their home planet but joined the GFW and have engaged Earth's ascension process through psychic and etheric contact. A representative of the Tengaa species (from the TRAPPIST-1 system) was present at the GFW High Council in 2021 during Earth-related deliberations.

Member roles in Earth operations

Danaan describes the GFW's Council as assigning specific operational mandates to member races for the protection and uplift of Earth. The Selosi of Alpha Centauri promote social justice, human freedom, and responsible use of advanced technology. The Andromedans oversee spiritual-level decision-making and conflict resolution strategies, including the education of starseed children. The Ohoran Arcturians provide strategic advice on integrating spiritual values with advanced technologies and coordinate extraterrestrial communication channels, while Gladeian and Noon-Linn Arcturians monitor Terran governance, financial, political, and societal systems. The Laani and Carians assist in opening Terran consciousness regarding human origins. The Errahil (Pleiadians) allegedly lead the GFW's military forces alongside the Ashtar Command, reportedly conducting active operations to purge Reptilian and Grey occupation while elevating Earth's grid frequency to accelerate the planet's shift into a higher density. The Ginvo of Procyon specialize in multidimensional mind-control deprogramming and the protection of internet and global communications. The Ashkem-Taali of Sirius B enhance Earth's bio-magnetic energy grid in coordination with the Pleiadian Enahil, while the Emerther of Tau Ceti work at exposing corrupt elites by reaching into the highest military levels of Terran societies. The Ummit share technical information for the advancement of scientific culture and global education.

The GFW also reportedly monitors and addresses advanced mind-control technologies deployed by hostile forces, works at deprogramming mind-controlled subjects, and rescues abductees with implant removal where possible.

Governance

Membership is determined by the Prime Directive's civilisational classification system. Only Stage 3 (interstellar-capable) or Stage 4 (6th-density-and-above) civilizations are eligible for full membership; Stage 2 civilizations such as Earth's public-facing society may receive GFW assistance and protection without membership status. A High Command administers military operations; a diplomatic corps manages relations with non-member civilizations and with parallel organizations such as the Ashtar Command and the Council of Five, and conducts the GFW's contact protocols; and fleet commanders such as Thor Han Eredyon execute tactical operations. The GFW's administrative language is Taami — the original Lyran diplomatic tongue — used in official documents including the Prime Directive.

The GFW operates at the 3rd, 4th, and 5th density levels and works primarily with governments, militaries, and corporations — as distinct from the more spiritually oriented Confederation of Planets, which operates at higher density levels (5th through 8th) and works primarily with individuals.

Step council system

Mari Swaruu of Cosmic Agency described the GFW's political structure as "based on the Andromedan model of a holistic society," in which council meetings discuss subjects to achieve consensus rather than voting: "All holistic societies see the voting system as archaic and dangerous, as decisions may be taken with loaded interests." The council hierarchy follows a "step council system" in which smaller local councils escalate problems to successively larger councils when issues surpass local capacity.

According to the Cosmic Agency transmissions, the lowest Federation council governing Earth affairs meets in an underground base in Antarctica, where extraterrestrial representatives — primarily Alfratans (Centauri) and Antarians — interface with "human puppet-level politicians and members of secret societies and of the Cabal." Above this sits the Federation Council for All Earth Affairs aboard the Andromedan biosphere ship Viera behind the Moon, where meetings are held "every Saturday afternoon" with the Andromedans and Arcturians holding the most prominent chairs. The next level has its headquarters "somewhere in the rings of Saturn," constituting the Solar System-level High Council.

Internal membership tensions

Not all GFW member civilizations share the same ethics. The Dries of Iota Ceti — a tall, blue-skinned egg-laying species that abducts humans for reproduction and slave labour — hold GFW membership despite their predatory activities, a situation that causes "ongoing tensions" within the organization. The Mazarek of Beta Camelopardalis were for a long time prohibited from leaving their own planet by GFW order, owing to their violent and predatory nature; they subsequently gained freedom of movement through an alliance with the Maytrei.

Affiliated organizations

The United Races of Orion — comprising cultures from Alnitak, Betelgeuse, and Meissa — was created to fight the Orion Empire and is affiliated with the GFW. The Vega Alliance — an eight-race coalition including the Adari, Elevar, Ozman, Puxhity, Zenatae, Aramani, Ginvo, and Eldaru — formed to withstand the Orion Empire's expanding power. Most Ahel colonies throughout the galaxy are GFW members, led by the prominent Ahel colony on Erra in the Pleiades, with additional colonies on Procyon, Aldebaran, the Hyades, Tau Ceti, Vega, and elsewhere.

Coordination with Terran white hat factions

Alex Collier, in a 2021 interview on Exopolitics Today, described a "white hat" faction within Earth's militaries that had maintained a covert positive relationship with benevolent extraterrestrial groups since the 1954 Eisenhower meetings, working "in between the spaces" to avoid detection by regressive forces — coordinating with both the Andromedan Council and the GFW.

Relationship to other organizations

The Council of Five (formerly Council of Nine) — based in the Orion area and composed of the Orela, Egaroth, Ginvo, Redan, and Emerther — represents a distinct organization that was monitoring Earth before the GFW's creation and subsequently joined as council representatives. The Council of Five does not operate under the GFW's Prime Directive non-interference protocols, creating periodic diplomatic tension.

The Ashtar Galactic Command — a humanoid rebel faction that broke away from the infiltrated Ashtar Collective of Sirius B — was offered by the GFW to assist with operations in the Terran system and was given an outpost on the planet Jupiter; concerning Terran affairs, the Ashtar Command's outpost relates directly to the GFW.

The Andromedan Council — also called the Zenatean Alliance, regrouping emissaries from 140 highly evolved species — discusses methods and decisions to assist spiritual evolution galaxy-wide and helps Earth alongside the GFW. The GFW is distinguished from the Andromedan Council (described as mentoring the GFW and providing strategic planning) and a higher-density body sometimes called the "Galactic Confederation" or "Galactic Federation" at the 6th-plus density level, to which the Sphere Being Alliance belongs and which acts as an arbiter of cosmic law. It is also distinct from the channeled, ascension-focused Galactic Federation of Light and from the Super Federation of "genetic farmer" civilizations described by Corey Goode — bodies frequently conflated with the GFW under the shared "Galactic Federation" label.

The GFW occupies an intermediate tier in the larger galactic hierarchy. In October 2021, the GFW invited the Intergalactic Confederation — a body of ancient Founder/Seeder Races — into our solar system, and requires the IC's approval before proceeding with full public disclosure or facilitating formal First Contact.

Earth operations

Early contact with the United States

Galactic Federation contact protocols

According to Danaan, an Ahel scientist named Thor, dispatched by the GFW, allegedly spent time with the US government in the 1940s to teach hyperspace travel, with the purpose of accelerating Terran technological evolution before the growing threat of the Alpha Draconian Empire. In 1954, when the Do-Hu (described as a subservient species of the Draco reptilians) allegedly approached the US president, the GFW reportedly decided to exceptionally break its own Prime Directive and made direct contact to warn Eisenhower not to sign an agreement with them. The GFW's diplomatic squad offered assistance in deactivating all weapons, ending wars, and cultivating peace and spiritual elevation of consciousness — terms that would have fast-tracked Earth's eligibility for GFW membership and protection. The US representatives chose instead to sign the Greada Treaty with the Do-Hu, giving the Alpha Draconian Empire and the Orion Empire an opening to establish themselves on Earth with legal standing in the eyes of the GFW's own non-interference rules.

The Storm (2010s–2020s)

According to Danaan, after decades of escalating abductions, underground breeding programs, and Cabal expansion following the 1954 treaty, the GFW allegedly broke its non-intervention rules and launched a large-scale military operation named "The Storm" during the second decade of the twenty-first century. The operation reportedly involved precise seismic activity to map the entire subterranean tunnel network, after which GFW-backed forces and allied Terran leaders allegedly fought a violent underground war, rescued millions of Terrans, and arrested Terran elites. Former allies of the Alpha Draconian Empire turned against it to avoid direct conflict with the GFW.

Military liberation (2020–2022)

Galactic Federation of Worlds intervention in the Solar System (2021)

According to multiple contactee sources, the GFW allegedly intensified its military presence in Earth's solar system in the period 2020–2022, reportedly expelling Draconian forces from the Moon, Mars, and other bodies and establishing Ganymede (a moon of Jupiter) as a major interstellar hub. Alex Collier's Andromedan Council contacts described the operation as a deliberate trap: Reptilian forces were allowed to retreat to Mars believing they could regroup, only to be captured there. In a parallel action on 30 September 2021, GFW forces reportedly detained nine senior Eban officers of the Orion Grey hierarchy — figures said to have brokered the 1950s treaties with Majestic 12 — as they attempted to flee the solar system through a Saturn portal.

Ganymede hosts separate outposts from different positive extraterrestrial groups, including one operated by the GFW and a larger facility run by the GIN people on behalf of the Council of Five.

Envoy program

According to Danaan, the GFW created a global "Envoy program" — known among Terrans as the Starseed phenomenon — in which members of many different races allegedly incarnate into Terran bodies to perform ground work more efficiently, assist in elevating Terran consciousness, and help the species find freedom from the Draco reptilians, Orion, and Altair groups' oppressive servitude. Within the military sphere, Pleiadian volunteers incarnate on Earth as walk-ins, grow up under Earth conditions, and serve as cultural liaisons and intelligence assets embedded within national militaries. In 2025, a contactee named Dr. Andrea Martin relayed claims from her alleged Pleiadian husband, "Ika" or "Ek," stationed out of Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, as part of this contingent. JP separately observed 40 Nordic extraterrestrials in US Air Force uniforms with crew cuts at a military briefing — a pattern consistent with the Envoy program in operation.

Nordic personnel and space arks

In January 2024, JP reported firsthand observations of Nordic extraterrestrials on the Atlantic space ark, where they were "activating different technologies and that they're working with the Earth Alliance and everything seems to be going well." JP stated the Nordics had told him that other space arks had also been "taken over by the Nordics," though each of approximately 24 space arks can only be activated by personnel carrying the genetics of the specific Seeder race that created it.

Conflict management (2024)

Galactic Federation of Worlds message on the Israel-Iran conflict (2024)

In April 2024, the GFW, Earth Alliance, and White Hats were coordinating behind the scenes to ensure retaliatory strikes in the Iran-Israel conflict remained below the threshold that would trigger a wider regional war, framing this as part of a GFW-backed plan to contain deep state attempts to manufacture a world war. The Artemis Accords had expanded to 38 signatory nations — which Salla identified as the civilian infrastructure underpinning a future multinational space alliance aligned with the GFW's Earth Alliance program.

Mentoring mission and the 5D transition

A core GFW belief is the freedom of choice: the Federation will never force a civilization to a decision, even when it knows the consequences of a wrong choice will be catastrophic. In a March 2022 roundtable with Alex Collier and Michael Salla, Elena Danaan reportedly framed the GFW's restraint in similar terms, stating that the Federation and its alliance "could have just sorted this everything out in one hour" but had declined to do so for two reasons: first, that they did not want to "transform the earth in a battlefield and kill everyone," and second — and which she identified as the more important — that "humanity needs to wake up and shift to the next level of consciousness. They need to do that." Danaan reportedly characterized humanity's relationship to the deep state using a domestic-abuse analogy, saying that "humanity has been in an abusive relationship with a narcissistic deep state and nobody can take us out of it. We need to just wake up ourselves" — explaining that the ET forces had declined to remove the deep state on humanity's behalf because removal must be self-driven for the consciousness shift to occur. Michael Salla in the same roundtable reportedly characterized the resulting division of labour as the GFW having already "removed the ET equations — gotten rid of the Grays, rid of the reptilian in the star system. Now it's to the people of Earth to get rid of their human dark controllers." The GFW is active in a program of assistance for the elevation of Terran consciousness, enticing awareness through education, information, channelling, and frequency work on Earth's planetary energy grid.

The GFW's primary mission with respect to humanity is to prevent an emerging 3D civilization from manifesting collective nightmares into the largely peaceful 5th-density galaxy, where the power of manifestation is vastly amplified compared to physical third-density space. Earth is described as an artificially maintained 3D "controlled environment" serving as a school for all extraterrestrial races to learn to resolve their differences and manifest constructive realities before entering interstellar space.

The GFW's behaviour toward Earth evolves in proportion to humanity's collective consciousness — a dynamic described as "mirroring humanity." The GFW's willingness to engage with and accommodate Earth's existing power structures reflects humanity's own mixed spiritual development. A false-flag extraterrestrial salvation scenario — a staged alien arrival timed to coincide with a regional or world war to simulate a messianic end-times event across multiple religious traditions — has been identified as a potential counter-disclosure operation.

Disclosure and UAP policy

Haim Eshed's 2020 statement

In December 2020, Haim Eshed — a retired brigadier general of Israeli Military Intelligence and, for nearly three decades, director of space programs for Israel's Ministry of Defense — stated in an interview with Yedioth Ahronoth that the United States had been in contact with extraterrestrials for years, had signed secret agreements with a "Galactic Federation," and maintained a joint underground base on Mars; he added that President Donald Trump had been aware and "on the verge" of disclosure but was asked to wait to prevent mass hysteria. Coming from an active senior credentialed figure rather than a typical whistleblower, the statement drew international coverage; Michael Salla read Eshed's "Galactic Federation" as the GFW described by Elena Danaan, while Israel Space Agency chairman Isaac Ben-Israel held that Eshed had gone "too far" and may have been theorising from rumour and publicly available signals. Danaan separately reported that her own GFW contacts "were involved" in the decision to permit Eshed's revelations.

Slow-walked disclosure

The UAP Disclosure Act was gutted by Biden administration officials Jake Sullivan and Lloyd Austin, who blocked its passage due to election-year political concerns.

In June 2025, the GFW leadership was accused of having made agreements with Earth's existing corporate and financial elites that effectively "slow walked" official UAP disclosure rather than dismantling the status quo — acting primarily as a military organization seeking human allies for galactic conflicts against the Draconian Empire rather than prioritizing human welfare and liberation. Circumstantial evidence for the slow-walk thesis includes the gutting of the UAP Disclosure Act, the ineffectiveness of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office as a whistleblower outlet, and blocked efforts to create a congressional UAP select committee.

Internal dissent

Main article:

Taygetan critique of the Galactic Federation of Worlds

A significant internal critique of the GFW has been articulated since 2017 through the Cosmic Agency contact network, in which Taygetan crew members — first Swaruu of Erra (2017–2020), followed by Aneeka of Temmer, Yazhi Swaruu, Mari Swaruu, and others — alleged that the Federation itself has become complicit in the suffering of Earth's population. Researcher Dr. Michael Salla has characterised the Taygetans as still "part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, but at the same time they were part of this initiative to go outside of the Federation protocols and communicate directly with humans and disagreed with some Federation policies." The critique is notable for predating the comparable Elena Danaan material by several years.

The Taygetan group around Yazhi Swaruu has asserted that the GFW itself — including Sirian, Andromedan, Arcturian, and Pleiadian member races — are allegedly the "hidden controllers" currently managing Earth's 3D matrix, having assumed that role after driving off the regressive Draconian and Orion Grey occupiers. Until Queen Alenym ordered the Taygetan fleet's return to its home system at the end of 2018 or early 2019, Taygeta was reportedly embedded in the GFW as "the right hand and the war force of the Federation" — according to Yazhi, "they were the Galactic Federation itself." Since the break, a single Taygetan ship has reportedly remained in Earth orbit as a political representative, while Taygeta retains nominal GFW membership through the Riakón Council that governs the Pleiades.

According to Taygetan contactee Swaruu, Federation cadets are reportedly trained with ideological "propaganda" — told they would "go to liberate oppressed planets and fight against the forces of evil" — while the GFW's actual function is allegedly more ambiguous, with the normal population of Taygeta largely uninvolved in Federation politics and the star-fleet crews operating under "strong Federation influence and propaganda that prepares them mentally with ideals before they go out to explore space." Yazhi has posited that earlier Taygetan generations may simply have "played the game" and believed Federation doctrine uncritically, such that the current crew's awakening parallels the awakening process occurring on Earth itself. The Urmah (Alpha Feline race) are identified by the Taygetans as having been aware of Federation wrongdoing all along, which the Taygetans offer as an explanation for why the Avyon Council never fully aligns with Federation positions.

The central event cited in the Taygetan critique is the COVID-19 pandemic, which the Taygetans described as revealing the Federation's "excessive permissiveness towards what was happening on Earth"; analyses attributed to Aneeka of Temmer examined the alleged physical and esoteric composition of the COVID vaccines in over 30 videos published to Odyssey. The Taygetan critique frames the Federation as operating under a stated rationale that humans "need to learn to control their manifestations" while allegedly engineering the very fear-based conditions that trap humans in negative manifestation cycles — a "hiding behind this excuse that they are giving people what they want, but they are engaging as well negative agendas to humanity."

The Taygetans have proposed several overlapping mechanisms by which the GFW might have become a net-negative actor: direct infiltration by Orion Grey races, the possibility that Orion-aligned elements had always retained structural power within the Federation, and the potential involvement of a hostile galactic-level artificial intelligence operating analogously to the Borg archetype. A further allegation is that astral entities feeding on collective human suffering are sustained by the Federation's permissiveness toward negative conditions on Earth.

A notable textual corroboration of source-identity is that the GFW Prime Directive published by Swaruu of Erra through Cosmic Agency in September 2018 — a ten-article document governing extraterrestrial interaction with developing civilisations — matches, "word for word, just with some slight changes," the Prime Directive subsequently published by Elena Danaan in 2021 as received from the GFW. Salla has used this correspondence as evidence that the Taygetan and Danaan accounts reference the same organisation from different vantages — a dissenting former core member, and an aligned operational contact, respectively.

Mari Swaruu characterised the overall organisational situation in blunt terms: "What I see going on is a super complicated multi-density, multiracial, and multicultural mess that no one seems to fully understand regardless of what level or what role or post he or she may hold within it." In a June 2025 Exopolitics Today briefing, Salla reported that the GFW leadership had been accused of having made agreements with Earth's existing corporate and financial elites that effectively "slow walked" official UAP disclosure — a criticism convergent with the long-running Taygetan thesis, though articulated from a different vantage inside the Danaan corpus.

Contacts

Elena Danaan's primary contact within the GFW is Thor Han Eredyon, a Taalian (Pleiadian) commander; her activation as a GFW-affiliated contactee began in 2018.

Declaration of Sovereignty

In We Will Never Let You Down (2021), Elena Danaan published a short text presented as a template by which individual humans may formally request GFW assistance, framed as an invocation of free will and equal standing in the Galactic community. The Declaration begins: "I … sovereign, free human and spiritual being / Standing as equal among the members of the Galactic Community / Request of my own free will, on behalf of the People of Terra / Assistance from the Galactic Federation of Worlds / To expel malevolent and invasive extraterrestrial forces out of this world, definitively." The text functions, according to GFW contactees, as a free will invocation that authorises GFW intervention without violating non-interference protocols.
