Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon 12 O'clock while N bound at FL350, 50 NM E of SAT. The unknown phenomenon was 3 white lights traveling W bound at approximately FL450. Lights would travel W for 3 to 5 seconds then immediately move back to start point.
