Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon approximately 100NM off the left side while W bound at FL240, 20NM E of PSP. The unknown phenomenon was described as 1 orange colored light near the Mexico border at approximately FL240. No evasive action taken. HQ DEN requested NORAD to check their systems, negative results.
