Intelligent beings on Mars

Intelligent beings on Mars have included ancient Martian civilizations, current underground populations maintaining sovereignty over the planet, and joint human–extraterrestrial programs that have engaged in colonization. Mars figures prominently in secret space program testimony as a site of both indigenous habitation and off-world human operations.

GFW historical account

Mars is known within the Galactic Federation of Worlds by the name Tyr. According to Thor Han Eredyon to Elena Danaan — reflecting GFW intelligence records — Mars was in the ancient past "striving with a diversity of primitive life-forms" and served as an observation outpost for species monitoring Earth. The first colonists were a Man Noor colony, but Mars was subsequently attacked in succession by the Anunnaki, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurit, Maytrei, Zeta Xrog, the Altair and Ashtar collectives, and the Orion Alliance. The most devastating event was the destruction of the nearby planet Janos by the Maytrei, which stripped Mars of its atmosphere and extinguished most surface life. Faint indigenous life forms survived all these cataclysms.

On the 5th and 6th dimensional planes, the Council of Five operates a large facility on Mars dedicated to "the teaching and awakening of the star-soul envoyees incarnated on Terra."

In the third-dimensional plane, Mars is controlled by the Grey Collective and the Orion Alliance, with whom the GFW has been "at war for a long while."

Ancient civilization

Richard Hoagland's analysis of NASA Viking orbiter imagery from Cydonia produced the "Face on Mars"—a 1.6-kilometer mesa resembling a humanoid face—and surrounding geometric structures he described as the ruins of an ancient city. Andy Basiago, who claims to have physically visited Mars via jump room technology, states that the face on Mars is not anomalous—"there are thousands of faces on Mars"—describing facial intaglio as the primary art form of the Martian people.

Tom Van Flandern, cited by Basiago, presented evidence of ancient Martian vegetation at a Mayflower Hotel conference, dating it to approximately 3 million years ago—consistent with catastrophic events that transformed the planet's surface.

Current underground Martians

Indigenous Martians are "in the process of taking back control of their planet." The underground Martian population maintained a degree of autonomy even during the period of Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) surface colonization, with ICC installations described as having been "destroyed or taken over by the indigenous Martians."

Mars atmosphere and habitability

Alex Collier cited information from his Andromedan contacts to the effect that Mars possesses an oxygen and ozone-rich atmosphere concealed from the public record. He referenced a San Diego newspaper article from March 1995 stating that ozone was detected in the Martian atmosphere in 1971 — information he claimed was subsequently suppressed. The Andromedan account relayed by Collier additionally described Mars and Earth as both having been terraformed in antiquity using biological matter from Maldek (the former planet now comprising the asteroid belt), implying that Mars once supported conditions compatible with life.

Pre-solar-system history

Corey Goode places Mars within a broader pre-solar-system history in which the planet was inhabited by beings now associated with various extraterrestrial groups before cataclysmic events—possibly including an ancient solar flash event or interplanetary war—rendered the surface uninhabitable and drove surviving populations underground. The Draco occupied Mars at some point in this history, with their departure connected to the broader Galactic Federation of Worlds intervention in the Solar System described by Elena Danaan.

Hurtak's Elysium Quadrangle prediction

J.J. Hurtak, while acting as a private consultant to NASA, claims to have correctly predicted through remote sensing that pyramidal formations would be found in the Elysium Quadrangle on Mars — and that this accuracy earned him access to images from the Mariner 9 probe in 1972, which he published in The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch. His wife and research partner Desiree Hurtak stated that from their research and J.J.'s direct experiences in 1973 they concluded that intelligent life had existed on Mars and probably still does in some form.

Cydonia structures

Hoagland's Cydonia analysis, summarized in The Monuments of Mars (1987), identifies:

These are interpreted as the remnants of a deliberate architectural complex, potentially functioning as an astronomical marker or ceremonial center analogous to terrestrial megalithic sites.

Telepathic technology

Mars Dom, an SSP witness who claims 38 years of service on Mars, described indigenous Martian technology that is operated telepathically rather than through mechanical interfaces: "A lot of the stuff I have memories of, it didn't look like technology. Lots of stuff looks like rock. There's a lot of technology that, unless you can connect with it telepathically, you can't operate it." Basiago and Cramer had similarly reported this feature in their earlier accounts; the convergence across independent witnesses is noted as a corroborating detail.

Mars Dom also described the indigenous Martian reptilian beings as humanoid, approximately 7 feet tall, with a distinct spoken language and a long history predating human colonization: "Humanoid, not as big as the ones I've seen in the programs. More like 7 ft. There's a language they speak. They have a long history there."

Dark Fleet account of Martian underground populations

Len Kasten's description of the Dark Fleet's Mars operations situates the underground indigenous Martian population in historical context: the Reptilians' close passage to Mars "stripped the atmosphere from the surface, forcing the humans there to take refuge underground" in an ancient catastrophe. When the Nazi-connected Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) established its headquarters on Mars in the post-1962 era, it operated alongside — and largely in tension with — this pre-existing underground Martian population. The ICC constructed four large space station satellites around Mars to monitor all traffic to and from the planet, and relied on Dark Fleet warplanes to enforce a controlled access regime that "keep out whoever the ICC pleases." Kasten further records that by the late 1980s, when human slave labor was transported to Ceres from Mars staging points, the indigenous Martian insectoid population was still actively engaged with human arrivals in territorial combat, with one cohort of slave workers — including Tony Rodrigues — undergoing military conditioning against Martian insectoids at Aries Prime before being reassigned off-planet.

William Cooper alleged in Behold a Pale Horse that a secret space probe on May 22, 1962 confirmed Mars could support life, after which "the construction of a colony on the planet Mars began in earnest," populated "by specially selected people from different cultures and occupations taken from all over the Earth." The colony program is identified with the Alternative 3 framework developed under President Eisenhower, under which Mars (codenamed "Eve") was the primary off-world survival destination. Operational control passed in the early 1960s to the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, administered through the Mars Colony Corporation.
