Vladimir Terziski

Vladimir Terziski is a Bulgarian-American researcher and filmmaker who claimed access to captured Nazi SS documents describing the Haunebu and Vril disc aircraft programs and produced a documentary series, UFOs: The Secret Evidence, presenting these materials alongside claims of Nazi collaboration with extraterrestrials and the existence of Nazi bases on the Moon and Mars.

Terziski stated that he obtained technical documents from the Nazi SS through his association with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, which held intelligence materials from the Soviet-era Warsaw Pact. When the Soviet Union collapsed and the Warsaw Pact dissolved around 1991, top-secret documents previously held under centralized KGB control were dispersed across the newly independent states' intelligence apparatuses, and some were sold or shared — reportedly including those that reached Terziski. Terziski maintained that the sensitivity of the documents he possessed attracted targeting and suppression.

Michael Salla has noted that Terziski effectively vanished from public record around 1993–1994, shortly after his California lecture series attracted attention. Salla speculated that Terziski was removed from public life by American intelligence agencies that recognized the political damage the documents could cause.

California lecture series (1991)

In 1991, Terziski delivered a series of lectures in California in which he presented what he described as recovered Nazi SS technical documents, including diagrams and production records for the Haunebu and Vril disc aircraft programs. The documents he displayed — which were subsequently circulated in photocopied form — showed different types of flying saucers that the Nazi SS had allegedly developed, including production tallies, test flight numbers, and propulsion specifications. Michael Salla described the documents in a 2024 episode: "One of the documents that he showed in lectures at the time was a document, an SS document that showed the production of different types of flying saucer craft. So some of these craft, one of the craft was the Vril craft and the other, there were three types of Haunebu craft... that shows these different types of flying saucers that the Nazi SS had developed. And it shows you how many tests there were, how many craft were built. And it also showed you the propulsion device."

Terziski's lecture materials also covered the alleged post-war establishment of a Nazi Moon base in 1942, drawing on the SS documents' claimed production records which apparently covered not only aircraft production on Earth but craft capable of extraterrestrial transit. Dan Willis, citing Terziski's documentary during a discussion of crash retrieval programs, stated: "Secret Nazi SS documents gathered by Vladimir Terziski at the fall of the Soviet Union showed that a number of anti-gravity craft designs by Nazi Germany had been developed — you have the HAB 1, 2, 3, 4 and you have the Andromeda device, which is a big cigar shape. And of course, if you have anti-gravity craft, why wouldn't you establish a moon base in 1942?"

Haunebu II and the Adamski connection

Among the most significant correlations in the exopolitics literature between Terziski's leaked SS documents and other UAP evidence is the visual match between the Haunebu II schematics and the craft photographed by George Adamski beginning in the early 1950s. Michael Salla has drawn explicit attention to this: "If you look at that scout craft, its shape — it is an exact match for the German Haunebu II that were the schematics of which were leaked in 1991 by Vladimir Terziski." Salla frames this as an open question: "whether they were extraterrestrials with a base in Venus or whether they were Germans out of Antarctica pretending to be extraterrestrials from Venus — I mean, that's an open question. I don't have the answer to that. It could be a combination of the two."

Adamski had photographed several disc-shaped craft from the early 1950s onward, and these photographs attracted significant controversy in ufological circles. The Haunebu-Adamski matching, if valid, would suggest that at least some of Adamski's craft were of terrestrial (German) rather than extraterrestrial origin — or that both explanations are simultaneously correct if Nazi craft were derived from earlier extraterrestrial technology shared through Vril Society channels.

Claims about lunar and Antarctic installations

Terziski's documents and lectures made specific claims about Nazi-era space program milestones including a 1942 establishment of a Moon base. This claim was subsequently incorporated into broader secret space program narratives — particularly those of Corey Goode, who described a small swastika-shaped Nazi lunar installation that was later expanded by post-war American programs into the Lunar Operations Command, and the account of Dan Willis, who cited Terziski's timeline explicitly.

Regarding Antarctic installations, author Brad Olsen has referenced Terziski's claims in the context of the post-war Fourth Reich narrative: "Vladimir Terziski said that he thought it [a secret German embassy] was in Washington DC. I've heard a couple of times that it's in New York City near the UN, where you go up to an unmarked floor with a special key code and you come out and it's the new Berlin embassy representing the Antarctica Germans."

Assessment of the documents

The Ukrainian UFO researcher Anton Anfalov, speaking on a 2024 Exopolitics Today episode, offered a cautious but substantive assessment of the Terziski documents: "Yes, absolutely. I saw all of that evidence and documentation and I studied so much more... From first look, we see that many photographs of the so called Germany Nazi disc shaped objects are blurry. But when people rely upon only one source, like Vladimir Terziski, that's not good quality research. I prefer to rely upon multiple sources to compare them and to make my conclusions only after detailed and deep study of all evidence that we have. So I believe that there's a big core of truth within that, but you can't take everything literally."

Anfalov further corroborated the general claim of Nazi disc development from multiple independent sources: "I believe this is the truth or very close to the truth because definitely I can say that Germans created competition between different designers. They wanted to progress rapidly. So good competition and the spirit of good competition is always promoting every research and production... Germans created this atmosphere of competition between different designers and different engineers in Nazi Germany and also Italian engineers who were involved in this project."

William Tompkins provided independent corroboration of the general claim through his own testimony about Navy intelligence: "I know William Tompkins, who says that he was part of a navy espionage program during World War Two, says that the Navy spies reported that the Germans were working on as many as — I think he said — 38 different prototypes. So they had different models of these anti-gravity craft, different shapes as you were describing, flying saucers, cigar shaped and triangle shaped, flying wing shaped, that they were working on 38 different models."

Disappearance

After approximately 1993–1994, Terziski ceased to appear at conferences or in media. Salla's assessment: "I haven't found anything about him from around 1993–1994. He's just disappeared off the map. So I suspect that [they] kind of just took him out of the picture — the Americans probably realized how damaging these documents were and just took him out of the picture." Dan Willis described the timing: "Oh my god, he hit a nerve. The last thing they wanted the public to know is that the Germans had developed their secret space program and had advanced anti-gravity craft."
