Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate

The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) is an alleged consortium of Earth aerospace corporations — including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing — that purportedly operates manufacturing bases on Mars, the Moon, Ceres, and throughout the solar system, allegedly producing exotic technology for trade with extraterrestrial civilizations. It is one of several alleged secret space programs alongside Solar Warden, the Dark Fleet, and others. Corey Goode stated in 2018 that a single ICC facility on Mars held 250,000 human slave laborers and that the ICC conducted an "intergalactic slave trade" in human biologicals and exotic technology in violation of agreements with positive extraterrestrial groups. Per Randy Cramer, the ICC's umbrella also encompasses the Mars Colony Corporation and Mars Defense Force.

History

The ICC's origins lie in the post–World War II military-industrial collaborative model, in which major U.S. corporations supplied the military with advanced weapons systems, studied captured technology, reverse-engineered it, and mass-produced the results. This model expanded with the capture and repatriation of advanced Nazi technologies under Operation Paperclip, and again when extraterrestrial craft were subsequently acquired; both were secretly studied and reverse-engineered in classified national security facilities. The participating corporations included Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, TRW, General Dynamics, Douglas Aircraft Company, North American Aviation, Philco, Hughes Aircraft, and NASA/JPL, alongside German firms including Astround Feinwerktechnik Adlershof GmbH, Advanced Space Technologies GmbH, and JenaOptronik.

In the early 1960s, with Wernher von Braun installed as NASA director, the corporate structure was allegedly relocated from the Antarctic Base 211 to Mars, which reportedly offered a more central location for the expanding interplanetary traffic. According to Kasten, the new Mars base took the name Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate; most Base 211 corporations allegedly opened a facility there, and German reportedly became the official language — with the ICC described as "the Martian version of Silicon Valley, although vastly more advanced, especially in bioscience." Four large space station satellites allegedly designed by von Braun were purportedly constructed in Mars orbit, reportedly housing small human communities and monitoring all physical and communications traffic to and from the planet.

By the time Corey Goode began his covert service in 1987, the ICC had grown into a megacorporation — "pretty much the largest" of the secret space programs, owning "pretty much all the infrastructure out in the solar system." Corporate governance was allegedly organized through "Super Boards" or "Super Committees": board members from major government contracting corporations would reportedly retire from their public positions and join an ICC corporate board, maintaining their connections while operating outside public scrutiny — a structure described as paralleling the autonomy of Majestic 12 in the UFO cover-up domain. The ICC's technological base far exceeded that of Solar Warden, making it both a potential rival and a source of violent clashes between the two programs.By the early 1990s the ICC operated more than 100 bases across the solar system, organized under individual colony corporations for each celestial body: the Mars Colony Corporation, the Ceres Colony Corporation, and analogous entities for Enceladus and others.

Following the Jupiter Agreements of 2021, part of the broader GFW intervention, according to Val Nek as relayed by Megan Rose, ICC workers were "given new employment options with the Alliance" and that medical treatments were being transported to ICC bases. The same corporate consortium may have been repurposed to build interstellar craft for the Earth Alliance using Antarctic facilities formerly devoted to the Dark Fleet.

Operations

According to Kasten, German reportedly remained the official internal language across ICC facilities through at least the early 1990s, reflecting the alleged origins of the consortium in the post-Operation Paperclip corporate structure purportedly transplanted from Base 211.

Infrastructure

Tony Rodrigues, an alleged former Dark Fleet slave worker, described the colony corporation model as universal: Earth itself had become "an Earth Colony Corporation the same way that there's a Mars Colony Corporation and a Ceres Colony Corporation and an Enceladus Colony Corporation and on and on — there are over hundreds of them in our solar system."

Manufacturing output

ICC manufacturing facilities produce a wide range of products for both internal use and interstellar barter. Per Corey Goode's briefings, the product slate includes: advanced propulsion components, exotic-materials alloys, weaponry, cybernetics, "smart suits," virtual-reality systems, nanotechnology, and bio-engineering outputs including age regression technology and regen (regeneration) tanks (see med beds). Michael Salla characterised the ICC's mission profile as "focused mainly on development and acquisition of technology by any means. Develop and produce technology for commerce with Earth and Off World Groups in a barter system; and left nothing off the table that they were willing to trade. Very powerful, very classified, and always had all of the latest technology and 'toys' at their disposal." Goode reportedly described the ICC-SSP further as "a HUGE INDUSTRY that has a HUGE INFRASTRUCTURE in space that produces extremely high technology... There is a huge 'Barter System' that is used 'Out There' and the ICC-SSP has traded some very 'unsettling things and even been involved in human trafficking/trading' to acquire 'new technologies.'"

Trade and trafficking

According to Corey Goode's briefings, the trade portfolio — technology, human biologicals, and enslaved humans — was allegedly delivered via Dark Fleet vessels to more than 900 civilizations on restricted-trade lists maintained by the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Salla assessed that the ICC "lacks any ethics in its trading methods and basically operates as an unscrupulous interstellar megacorporation," which placed it in direct ideological conflict with Solar Warden. The immense value of this closely held trade is, in Steven Greer's framing, much of why the cabal majority keeps recovered NHI technology secret; the partial 1996–97 release of the alien interview video is correspondingly read as a pro-disclosure faction leveraging that secrecy as bargaining pressure rather than ending it.[citation needed]

Dark Fleet relationship

The ICC and the Dark Fleet operate in close alliance: the Dark Fleet maintains a section of shared vessels off-limits to ICC personnel, while the ICC has "full knowledge" of Dark Fleet operations but maintains nominal organizational separation. Allied with Dark Fleet warships, the ICC controls all extraterrestrial traffic in and out of Mars airspace. Per Len Kasten, the original corporate consortium — using the same Antarctic facilities — built the Dark Fleet's interstellar fleet and, after the Jupiter Agreements, was repurposed to build spacecraft for the Earth Alliance.

Labor

Within ICC facilities, a rigid internal hierarchy distinguished skilled personnel from conscripted slave labor. According to Corey Goode, enslaved workers experienced "a complete totalitarian system...more totalitarian than anything they've ever experienced before." Personnel were allegedly conscripted through MILAB programs and blank slate technology contracts: humans reportedly taken as children, trained, and inserted into manufacturing or military roles without consent — often purportedly serving 20-year terms — with no legal status inside ICC governance. According to Michael Salla's analysis of Goode's briefings, the ICC's own internal legal theory treated off-world workers as property of colony corporations rather than citizens of any Earth nation.
