Lunar Operations Command
The Lunar Operations Command (LOC) is an alleged base on the far side of the Moon, described by multiple secret space program witnesses as the primary operational hub for multiple SSP factions — purportedly including Solar Warden, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), and the Dark Fleet — with reported docking facilities for cigar-shaped carrier vessels and disc-shaped smaller craft, crew quarters, administrative sections, and inter-program coordination facilities.
Description
According to Corey Goode, the Lunar Operations Command is located on the far side of the Moon, allegedly constructed partly within existing lunar geology and partly as a surface and sub-surface built structure. He described it as reportedly having rotating sections for artificial gravity, multiple landing bays accommodating craft of varying sizes, a command and control section purportedly coordinating SSP activities across the inner solar system, and administrative facilities used for inter-program and occasionally inter-species diplomatic meetings. The LOC features in Goode's description of his 20-and-back service, during which he described regular transit stops at the facility en route to off-planet assignments.
Origins
According to Goode, the LOC allegedly originated from a small German Nazi-era facility on the Moon that was "shaped sort of like a small swastika" before reportedly being expanded by post-war American programs into the full Lunar Operations Command.
Construction and early challenges
Goode described the operational difficulties of the original Nazi lunar installation and its gradual development at the Mt. Shasta conference: "The Nazis used Draco technology to build that first little base on the Moon and that base was a real struggle for them in the beginning because they lost people, they had crashes of their disc craft and they had an even harder time on Mars. When they first arrived there, they didn't have the adequate shielding and they had an older type electronics technology and the dust blowing around on Mars created electrostatic discharges that were wreaking havoc on their equipment."
The Nazi Draco-assisted facility was described as modest in actual scale: "It was a base, it looked like a swastika, but it was not as big as they've shown on television and in movies. They were above ground. It was almost like shipping container size, and they were in the form of a swastika."
The transition from the original Nazi structure to the full LOC was described in the same presentation with additional detail: "The German moon base that was shaped sort of like a small swastika was then turned into what we know of as the LOC today, the Lunar Operation Command. It was after this point that they started learning how to build bases on Mars. The Germans, in the beginning, were finding ancient buildings and they were pressurizing them and using them in the beginning, and then they started learning how to build bases out of local materials. That information was passed on later on to Solar Warden."
According to Goode, the construction techniques allegedly developed for lunar and later Martian bases were reportedly adapted for surface installations across the solar system. Goode described security outposts built from "six-foot-long sandbags that were filled with the local earth, and then stacked up on each other, and then they sprayed them with this stuff that's kind of like truck bed lining... and then sprayed them with other types of insulation, and then pressurized them, and let people inhabit them."
Dark Fleet lunar facility
Goode distinguished the LOC from a separate Dark Fleet lunar installation of different architecture: "There's a Moon base that's shaped like a trapezoid, and this Dark Fleet controls the base, but there are also non-terrestrials that are on it quite often, working alongside." This trapezoidal installation is described as distinct from the LOC and jointly operated by the Dark Fleet and allied Draco non-terrestrials — in contrast to the LOC, which is operated by Solar Warden and the broader Earth-oriented SSP alliance.
Other witness accounts
Megan Rose reported that the Moon had "been used for a long time by the Germans, the Grays, and stuff like that" prior to the Jupiter Accords transition.
Rob Potter, relaying information from his extensive extraterrestrial contacts, described a separate installation on the far side of the Moon characterized as an embassy facility housing representatives of many different extraterrestrial races: "the backside of the moon it's a moon base it's actually an embassy with many different extraterrestrial races."
Rebecca Rose, describing her childhood abduction experiences, recalled being brought to a Dark Fleet installation on the Moon prior to her 20-year Martian service: "I was taken to the moon. I started being abducted at night... I was working in kind of light duty at what I recognize now as the dark fleet base. And I know this because it was completely German Draco and Grays."
Multiple other SSP experiencers have described lunar installations consistent with Goode's LOC description. Randy Cramer (pseudonym: Captain Kaye), speaking on Cosmic Disclosure, described being brought to the Lunar Operations Command when he was 17 years old, at the conclusion of his 11-year Operation Moon Shadow training program, which marked the start of his 20-year-and-back service. Cramer described the standard LOC procedure of returning personnel there at the conclusion of service for memory suppression and consciousness transfer to a clone body before re-insertion into normal life.
Michael Salla described the Randy Cramer account in a later interview: "You were the first to come out and discuss your time on Lunar Operations Command. You revealed that there was this base on the far side of the moon and that you were taken there when you were 17 years old at the end of a training period called Operation Moon Shadow."
Post-Jupiter Agreements transition
Following the Jupiter Accords of July 2021, the LOC allegedly underwent significant functional transformation. According to Val Nek, a purported Galactic Federation of Worlds officer reporting through Megan Rose, the LOC was described as being "repurposed as a medical facility where Galactic Federation healing science and technology were being introduced to the Earth Alliance," with major companies involved in mass producing advanced healing technologies for eventual public release. Thor Han Eredyon confirmed through Elena Danaan that the healing role had substantially concluded by the time of a later interview, as underground military operations on Earth had ceased and attention shifted to diplomatic preparations for open contact.
The 2nd source on the Jupiter Agreements, Megan Rose's contact Val Nek, also indicated that the Moon's facilities were being used to train personnel from the U.S. Navy and Space Force in spacecraft and technologies provided under the Jupiter Agreements framework.
