Corey Goode (born 1974) is an American alleged whistleblower and Secret Space Program (SSP) claimant, disclosure advocate, and author based in Texas who from 2014 onward publicly described alleged participation in multiple SSP factions beginning in childhood as an MILAB (military abductee) program participant, allegedly serving in the Solar Warden fleet, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) research vessel program, and as an envoy to the Sphere Being Alliance — a confederation of highly advanced non-human beings. Goode is best known as the primary witness of the Gaia streaming series Cosmic Disclosure, co-hosted with David Wilcock from 2015, and as author of The Ascension Chronicles graphic-novel series. The ICC research program has allegedly been tasked with investigating artifacts and technologies left behind by the Ancient Builder Race, an extremely advanced civilization purportedly responsible for infrastructure seeded throughout the solar system hundreds of millions of years ago. No external record of a Solar Warden fleet, an ICC, or Goode's service in either has surfaced, and supporters and critics divide over what that absence means. Supporters argue that a genuinely compartmented off-world program — coupled with the 20-and-back memory-wipe protocol Goode describes — would by design produce no recoverable documentation, so that the lack of records is exactly what the claim predicts rather than evidence against it. Goode's primary contact within the Sphere Being Alliance was allegedly a Blue Avian being who identified itself as Ra-Tear-Eir (also rendered Ra-Teir-Eir in some transcriptions). Ra-Tear-Eir reportedly communicated with Goode through a form of non-verbal telepathic download, conveying dense packets of information. The core message Goode reports receiving was a spiritual directive: humanity must purportedly focus on becoming more loving and service-to-others oriented, forgiving both oneself and others, and raising collective consciousness and vibration — a tenet he characterises as the foundation of virtually all major religions.

Alleged attack on a sphere

Goode has said that when the Cabal and associated Reptilian forces allegedly attempted to destroy one of the spheres using an exotic directed-energy weapon reportedly stationed in Australia with a targeting center in Southern Africa, the sphere purportedly absorbed and redirected the energy back at the attacking installation, destroying it. He has further claimed that the outer barrier reportedly sealing the solar system from non-terrestrial entry or exit was subsequently erected by the Sphere Beings.

SSP Alliance Council liaison and Gonzales

After his initial disclosures, Goode has said he was approached by members of the SSP Alliance Council — a breakaway faction reportedly composed of defectors from the Dark Fleet, Solar Warden, and other programs who allegedly opposed the ICC and Cabal — and drafted into a liaison role representing both the Alliance and the Sphere Being Alliance in diplomatic settings. His primary human contact within the SSP Alliance was allegedly a figure known as Gonzales, who reportedly later fully joined the Mayan breakaway group. Goode has described being extracted physically from his home without warning — typically at night — transported to a Mayan ship, examined, and then returned; his briefings from SSP Alliance contacts purportedly occurred in person on board the ship. Goode reports being brought to a large space station in the vicinity of Saturn to attend meetings of the Super Federation — a body he describes as comprising approximately 300 civilizations alleged to have historically conducted genetic and social engineering programs on humanity. According to Goode, Super Federation sessions involved multiple competing factions with incompatible agendas for humanity's development. His role was purportedly as a non-voting delegate representing both the Sphere Being Alliance's interests and those of humanity at large, often placed in a challenging diplomatic position between factions that had allegedly managed Earth's development for thousands of years and did not welcome the prospect of relinquishing that oversight.

Inner Earth contact: Kaaree and the Anshar

During his claimed SSP-related travels, Goode reports being introduced to representatives of the Anshar, described as a fourth-density inner-Earth civilization that allegedly represents humanity's own future, having purportedly sent a small group back approximately 17 million years into the past to steward a particular optimal timeline. His primary Anshar contact was allegedly a woman named Kaaree, whom he describes as a high-ranking member of that civilization. Goode reports being escorted into Anshar cities underground — featuring large domed structures, lights and balconies cut into rock pillars, and buildings integrated into underground geological formations. The Anshar purportedly expressed concern that interference with the current timeline was causing their own future to destabilize, and allegedly enlisted Goode's cooperation in protecting the integrity of that optimal timeline. Critics read the Anshar material as folding the long-standing inner-Earth and "humans-from-the-future" tropes of earlier contactee literature into Goode's account, and note its reliance on a Mandela effect-style timeline anxiety that is unfalsifiable by design; supporters counter that the Anshar's claim to be humanity's own descendants supplies an internally coherent explanation for the otherwise loose grab-bag of inner-Earth lore, integrating it into the same testimony rather than presenting it as a separate borrowing.

Outer-planet episodes: Ganymede, Ceres, and the "Super Earth"

Goode has described a series of off-world excursions to locations beyond Earth during his alleged liaison period. Among these are purported briefings and visits to facilities on Ganymede, described as a site of Ancient Builder Race infrastructure and as a staging area for Sphere Being Alliance observation; to Ceres, reportedly housing ICC industrial operations; and to the remains of a destroyed "Super Earth" — a hypothesized planet whose destruction, in Goode's telling, allegedly produced the present asteroid belt. Solar flash and timeline concerns

A central element of the cosmology around Goode's service is the prediction of what he terms a solar flash event — described as a micronova or energetic pulse from the Sun that Goode claims periodically cycles and is allegedly capable of wiping out advanced civilizations. Michael Salla has noted that Goode's warnings about a solar flash event beginning in 2015 align with the stated urgency expressed by Thor Han Eredyon and Val Nek in explaining why the Galactic Federation of Worlds chose to rapidly accelerate the development of humanity's space infrastructure through the Jupiter Accords of July 2021.

2021 SSP Alliance resumption of briefings

After a period of reduced contact, Goode's SSP-related briefings allegedly resumed in 2021 with information relayed via Gonzales about the status of the Dark Fleet, the ICC, and the Lunar Operation Command. He reported that following the alleged assassination of "Sigmund" — a former adversary who later defected — at the Lunar Operation Command facility, the ICC purportedly locked down its corporate cities and facilities on the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere, interviewing all personnel and conducting intense surveillance for both Dark Fleet and SSP Alliance operatives.

Remote viewing and interstellar contact

Goode has described capabilities in remote viewing and interstellar experience, including encounters with extraterrestrial beings and craft during his claimed SSP service. His intuitive-empath classification is allegedly described as providing a form of passive reading of the intentions of entities present in a given room, distinct from trained remote viewing, though he has described developing both capacities over the course of his claimed SSP service.

Break with Gaia and later aftermath
