Ron Garner was a Canadian UFO investigator, filmmaker, and author who produced documentaries including Alien Disclosure and Area 51, centered on Dan Burisch, through his production company Stargate Productions. The series documents the claims of microbiologist Dan Burisch, who asserts he worked with an extraterrestrial entity at the S-4 biocontainment laboratory beneath Area 51, and is drawn on by researchers across the UFO disclosure community. Garner also appeared as an interview subject on the podcast UFO: WHISTLEBLOWER!, where he discussed secret government concealment of UFO evidence.

Alien Disclosure and Area 51 series
Beginning in 2003, Garner produced a twelve-episode documentary series under the Stargate Productions banner centred on Dan Burisch (born Dr. Danny B. Crain), a claimed microbiologist who asserts he was recruited to work at Area 51's underground S-4 facility and conducted tissue extractions on a captive grey extraterrestrial entity. Garner described the project as six-plus years of on-and-off-camera journalistic coverage that produced what he termed "massive files of information and scientific data."
Episode 1 (2003) was presented as a video autobiography of Burisch recording his account of events at S-4, with narration by Garner and appearances by George Knapp and law professor Jonathan Turley, who had represented former Area 51 workers in a lawsuit against the Pentagon over toxic-chemical exposure. Episode 2 (c. 2005), subtitled "Doc Highlights of Major Events in the Life of Dan Burisch," was a compilation of selected highlights from across Garner's accumulated Burisch interview footage. Episode 3 (December 2005), subtitled "Thru the Looking Glass," featured a separate interview with Bill Uhouse (codenamed "ET"), an alleged Area 51 engineer who described his hands-on experience with the Looking Glass device — characterised in the episode as a "gift from ETs" that allowed Majestic 12 personnel to view approximate events in past and future timelines. Episode 4 (February 2006), subtitled "The ET Saga at Area 51," incorporated a November 2005 interview of Burisch by Mark McCandlish, John Lear discussing Area 51 geography, and a February 2006 Coast to Coast AM segment with Linda Moulton Howe, George Noory, and Burisch's mother Doreen "Dodie" Crain; it documented Burisch's claim to have treated the J-Rod for a neuropathy disease in 1994 and 1995, and described the multi-stage decontamination process required before entering the S-4 containment chamber. Episode 5 (December 2005), subtitled "Area 51 S-4 Biocontainment Lab," presented a December 2005 debriefing by Marcia McDowell alongside Burisch's description of extracting nearly 300 living tissue samples from the captive J-Rod during 1994–95. Episodes 6 and 7 (both 2006), subtitled "The REAL X-Files — The Dan Burisch Story," drew on the full accumulation of over forty hours of Stargate Productions interview footage with Burisch and McDowell. Episode 8 (March 2008), subtitled "A Peculiar Silicate Associated Phenomenon," was a full scientific presentation by Burisch and McDowell at Caltech on their Ganesh particle research, with independent commentary from David Wilcock. Episodes 10 and 11 (2008 and 2010 respectively) expanded the series beyond Burisch to include additional Area 51 whistleblowers whose interviews, Garner noted, "span a twenty year period," none of whom subsequently sought to profit from their testimony; episode 11 featured commentary from Steven Bassett, Linda Moulton Howe, and Richard Dolan. The full series was reposted to YouTube in May 2025 by The Burisch Archive and serves as the primary archive of Burisch's testimony.
Garner additionally produced a separate twelve-part series, The Military UFO Files of C. Ron Garner, drawing on his own investigative research into government concealment of UFO information and alleged secret programmes. Episode 1 (2003) opened with a 1994 George Knapp news report on the Pentagon's suppression of documents from a lawsuit brought by former Area 51 workers, represented by law professor Jonathan Turley, who had argued that "the government is saying that they can classify evidence of their own crimes." Episode 2 (c. 2005) presented Garner's overview of the United States military's black budget programmes, organised into three tiers: Air Force Aircraft Black Budget programmes (fewer than 5% congressional oversight), Deep Black programmes, and Unacknowledged Special Access Programmes (USAPs) — programmes whose existence personnel were required to deny even to the President. Episode 2 also featured statements attributed to Ben Rich, former Lockheed Skunk Works chief executive, including the assertion that Lockheed possessed technology "50 years beyond what you could possibly comprehend" and had been contracted by the Air Force to "take ET back home."
