Randy Cramer

Randy Cramer (publicly known as "Captain Kaye" until his full disclosure in 2014) is an American secret space program (SSP) experiencer and disclosure advocate who alleges a 20 and Back tour spanning approximately 1987–2007 with the Mars Defense Force (MDF) and Solar Warden. He reportedly was recruited through Project Moon Shadow, a purported genetic augmentation program under the United States Marine Corps Special Section and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). Since his 2014 disclosure he has lectured widely within the exopolitics community and developed a psionics training curriculum through the University of Conscious Evolution. Because the tour is documented almost entirely through Cramer's own testimony — much of it recovered after his return through fragmentary memory said to have been locked behind suppression protocols, and physically untraceable because the injuries it describes were reportedly healed without scar by off-world medicine — read as authentic, it is secret space program disclosure whose missing paper trail and absent physical marks are the expected residue of a black program; read skeptically, it is a sincerely held confabulation or a constructed hoax assembled from a shared body of SSP testimony.

Background

Cramer's publicly acknowledged biography includes service with the United States Marine Corps Special Section, which he reports as the overt command under which his alleged SSP recruitment was administered. Following his return and reintegration with civilian life, he settled into family life with his partner Kendra and pursued entrepreneurial and educational ventures focused on consciousness training.

Alleged secret space program service

From approximately 1987 to 2007, Cramer allegedly served an off-world military tour consisting of 17 years with the Mars Defense Force (MDF) under the Mars Colony Corporation and Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), followed by roughly three years with Solar Warden aboard the vessels Nautilus and Farragut, concluded by a 20 and Back recall and consciousness transfer into a cloned younger body.

Recruitment and augmentation (late 1960s – 1987)

Cramer allegedly entered Project Moon Shadow, a purported augmented-soldier program under the United States Marine Corps Special Section in cooperation with the ICC, shortly after birth in the late 1960s. Mars Defense Force deployment (1987–2004)

Cramer reportedly deployed to Mars at age 17 and served approximately 17 years with the Mars Defense Force, the contracting agency operating under the Mars Colony Corporation within the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate umbrella. The MDF allegedly provided perimeter security and territorial defense for MCC installations against indigenous reptoid and insectoid species competing for surface territory.

Ground infantry operations

The bulk of Cramer's alleged Martian service was purportedly spent in ground infantry operations conducting territorial engagements with indigenous species. He reportedly was injured severely on multiple occasions and restored using advanced medical technology consistent with described med bed systems in circulation within SSP witness testimony. The repeated grievous wounding is the part of the account most likely to have left a mark, and it is also the part the account says cannot: those who accept the account read the med bed restorations as explaining why a man who took mortal injuries across seventeen years of combat carries no scar, prosthetic, or medical history to show for it, the trauma erased from the body even as it is retained in memory; those who reject it read the same absence the other way, observing that a wound healed so completely that it leaves no trace is, evidentially, indistinguishable from a wound that was never sustained, so that the very technology invoked to explain the missing proof also removes any way to confirm the injuries occurred.

Reptoid psionic engagements

Cramer stated that the indigenous Martian reptoid species allegedly possessed formidable psionic capabilities which they deliberately restrained during engagements with human MDF forces. In his account, if the reptoids had fully deployed their psionic power, the conflict would reportedly have concluded quickly and decisively; he characterized their restraint as "handling us with kid gloves."

Promotion to air wing

Following his ground-infantry tour, Cramer was allegedly promoted to pilot status within an MDF air wing, reportedly operating atmospheric and near-space craft in support of ground operations.

Cassiopeia system deployment

Cramer described an alleged off-world deployment to the Cassiopeia system during his service, in which a friendly species already party to a trade relationship with Earth SSP forces reportedly requested military assistance against an aggressor species that had purchased military technology from a third party. He reportedly was among the troops sent to honor that trade obligation. The interstellar episode adds nothing that can be checked against the Martian core of the account: on the authentic account, it is a glimpse of a wider SSP theatre consistent with the trade-and-treaty structure other returnees describe; on the skeptical one, a deployment many light-years from the solar system, recounted with no detail that a listener could test, illustrates how far past any possible corroboration the testimony ranges once it leaves Earth's neighbourhood.

Solar Warden transfer (approximately 2004–2007)

Following the conclusion of his MDF tour, Cramer was reportedly transferred to Solar Warden for the remaining approximately three years of his twenty-year service.

Service aboard the Nautilus

Cramer reportedly served aboard the Nautilus, allegedly a cigar-shaped vessel approximately half a mile in length, performing patrol duties along solar-system traffic lanes, enforcement of designated no-fly zones, and diplomatic escort of ambassadorial corps missions, occasionally including transits to the International Space Station. He characterized this phase of service as "glorified guard dog duty" compared to the intensity of Martian ground combat, noting he was reportedly the only officer aboard with hand-to-hand infantry combat training.

Service aboard the Farragut

Cramer also reportedly served aboard the Farragut, a vessel allegedly used for rapid-insertion missions, further leveraging his infantry background for boarding and ground-interface operations.

Twenty and back return (circa 2007)

At the end of his service, Cramer was allegedly returned to Earth via consciousness transfer into a cloned body of his own 17-year-old self, rather than a physical age-reversal of the body that had served. He states the consciousness in the receiving vessel ceases to be a clone upon transfer and becomes the person, and that he was reinserted into his original timeline approximately 15 minutes after his original departure. According to Cramer, the energetic cellular memory of trauma accumulated during service reportedly transfers into the new body despite its biological youth. The return mechanism is what makes the whole tour structurally unverifiable, and the authentic and skeptical readings part company over the same description. On the authentic account, the recurrence of a Mars Colony Corporation, "twenty and back" returns, and Solar Warden vessels across Relfe, Rodrigues, Goode, Moyen and Richards shows multiple separated insiders independently confirming a single real structure they had no way to coordinate; on the skeptical reading, the same overlap is the natural result of a shared milieu — accounts circulating through the same conferences, interviewers, and publications, each new witness emerging into a vocabulary the others had already established — so that what looks like independent confirmation may instead be mutual citation within a closed body of testimony, the witnesses corroborating not an off-world program but each other. Cramer reportedly passed a polygraph examination administered by a retired LAPD detective credited with more than 10,000 prior examinations, with the examiner concluding that all test questions other than the planted-lie control returned a flat truth response, and his account has reportedly remained internally consistent across interviews over an eight-year span following his 2014 disclosure. He has stated that his disclosure was authorized by a Brigadier General in the United States Marine Corps special section ("s.s."), identified by him as "General Smythe," who reportedly cited disagreements between USMC s.s. brass and an oversight body Cramer terms "the Committee" before personally giving him "the go-ahead to go public with everything you know." The authorization story carries the same structure as the service it licenses: the only witness to "General Smythe" and "the Committee" is Cramer, and the officer he names is not otherwise locatable in any public record. Read as authentic, the authorized release — a serving programme permitting a returnee to speak — accounts for why Cramer can describe classified operations without reprisal, his disclosure protected from above rather than leaked from below; read as a hoax, an unverifiable general granting permission off the record is a device that pre-explains the absence of any independent trace, a staging in which the one document that would matter is replaced by a quotation only Cramer can supply. After leaving the SSP, Cramer developed an online psionics course through the University of Conscious Evolution (universityconsciousevolution.com), co-created with his partner Kendra. The curriculum is non-dogmatic and non-religious — framed around neuroscience, brainwave states, and consciousness mechanics — and Cramer states that a student with aptitude can reportedly achieve basic remote viewing competency within approximately sixty days.

Reception and authenticity

Cramer's tour is, by its own description, structurally difficult to test. The twenty years of service left no gap in his continuous Earth life, the body that served was discarded in the consciousness transfer return, the injuries it sustained were healed without scar, the genetic augmentation is carried in a physiology indistinguishable from an unaltered one, and the records, rosters, and authorizing officer that might confirm the program are either said to have never existed in findable form or are vouched for by Cramer alone. Those who reject the account — including researchers otherwise sympathetic to SSP testimony, who regard Cramer as among the less substantiated of the prominent witnesses — read the same features as the defining marks of an unfalsifiable account: every element that would ordinarily expose a false claim has, in this case, an in-narrative reason it cannot be checked, so that the story is confirmed by every absence and refuted by none. On that reading the convergence with other returnees reflects a shared milieu of mutual citation rather than independent witness, the polygraph and consistency register Cramer's sincerity rather than the tour's reality, and the recovered, regression-aided character of the memory leaves open that he is honestly relaying an experience composed after the fact rather than one lived off-world.
