The Looking Glass device (also "Looking Glass technology") is an alleged exotic device — a reverse-engineered consciousness-interfacing Einstein-Rosen bridge accessing device said to act as a time-viewing device — that allegedly used spinning electromagnetic rings around a rotating barrel to project holographic images of probable future events for temporal probability assessment. It is distinct from stargate devices, which enable physical transit, and from Orion Cubes, which react emotionally to operators, the Looking Glass instead allegedly producing non-emotionally-reactive probability outputs. Allegedly back-engineered from stargate technology and housed at the S-4 facility near Area 51, the device was operated by — but is distinct from — the Majestic 12 Project Looking Glass program; several units were said to have been built and run as a network.

The Einstein-Rosen bridge accessing device and the Looking Glass device have the same three core components; what differs is the field posts (present on the Einstein-Rosen bridge accessing device, absent on the Looking Glass) and the assembly's angle relative to Earth's centre. To convert a Looking Glass into a transit-capable Stargate requires only adding field posts and adjusting the angle: "you could take a Looking Glass unit and make a couple changes to the equipment, lift it up on an angle, put field posts around it and open up a hole to step through."

Each device reportedly incorporated multiple spinning rings of electromagnets around a rotating barrel, with injected argon gas allegedly forming a pearlescent sphere that purportedly projected holographic-like images of probable future events — described as a controlled Einstein–Rosen bridge effect bending local spacetime. Images of probable events are reflected off the gas column, causing it to behave "like a teleprompter or crystal ball." The position of the rings and power levels function like tuning overlapping layers — what Burisch called an "onion" of energy levels — allowing operators to move through different probability states. Output was captured on video at high speed and de-interlaced by computer to reveal distinct probable images; the relative time the display spent on each image was measured statistically to assign a probability to each outcome.

Two devices had to be operated simultaneously at two separate geographic nodes to produce audio alongside the visual output: "It required a second Looking Glass to be turned on at the same time to get acoustics through."

Because the operator's mental state steers the output, the operator's dispositions reportedly bias the images received: on the account compiled by Bill Hamilton, an atheist operator viewing a past event such as the crucifixion might perceive nothing where a believer would perceive significant imagery — a property attributed to the time-space mechanic by which the human mind navigates the temporal dimensions. An early test involving a mass subject reportedly went catastrophically wrong, ending in a "rather gruesome death" for the test subject; subsequent refinements were said to have corrected the calculation errors involved.

Origin

According to Dan Burisch, Looking Glass devices are reportedly derived from Einstein-Rosen bridge accessing devices (stargate devices), themselves allegedly back-engineered from information encoded on Sumerian cylinder seals — information that purportedly came originally from an off-world source. According to Burisch, development by Majestic 12 reportedly proceeded from the early 1960s; India allegedly gained access at approximately the same time as the United States under terms negotiated when Indira Gandhi's government brokered India's inclusion in the Committee of the Majority to prevent the Soviet Union from establishing a competing separate treaty system with ET delegates.

The Yellow Cube — a purported ET-gifted artifact of P-52 Orion origin — allegedly performs an analogous function but reportedly reacts emotionally to those present, distorting its output based on the predispositions of the operators: "The Cube would react with the people present, so there was an alteration, if you will, over what you were seeing from it." Per Burisch, the Looking Glass is human-engineered reverse-engineered technology with no emotional reactivity, while the Yellow Cube is an original ET artifact.

A complementary account drawn from testimony compiled by researcher Bill Hamilton describes the operator chair recovered from an extraterrestrial craft as a key functional component: the operator would sit in this chair — which was itself capable of interfacing with human consciousness — and when the Looking Glass was activated, strong toroidal fields of energy cycled about a central pouch of water, which acted as a resonator for the operator's point of focus, feeding the visual output to video monitors. In this framing Looking Glass devices are simultaneously spacetime viewing devices and consciousness-interface devices, because the operator's focused mental state steers which timeline is displayed.

Final probability assessment before shutdown

According to Bill Hamilton, the last data reportedly obtained from the Looking Glass before the device network was allegedly decommissioned following the Tau-9 Conference purportedly produced a probabilistic timeline assessment: a 19% probability with an 85% confidence interval that a major catastrophic transition from Timeline 1 to Timeline 2 would occur, with an 81% probability it would not. The projected catastrophe involved massive casualties, with Burisch referencing "a predicted four-and a half, or four billion peoples' deaths" as the scale of the Timeline 2 disaster that the Looking Glass assessments were modeling. Burisch stated that those advocating the negative timeline were deliberately not presenting the full statistical picture: "the individuals who want to carry the negative line, are convinced that it's going to occur, are not presenting the facts."

The device network was reportedly dismantled after operators found that no concrete data could be received past 21 December 2012, taken to indicate that the date was a timeline nexus point. According to Burisch's testimony as relayed by Hamilton, captured future-human beings designated P-45s — humans said to be some 45,000 years in the future — reported that Earth had been devastated by cataclysms around 2012 caused by Looking Glass devices operating during a major celestial alignment, which allegedly overloaded the planet's organic energy grid.

Sumerian connection

Looking Glass technology is described as deriving ultimately from information provided to humanity during the Sumerian period — encoding the devices' operating principles in cylinder seals whose coordinate data was later deciphered and used to construct the first human-built Einstein–Rosen bridge accessing device/Looking Glass units. According to Burisch's testimony, these seals encoded what he called a "data stream from any conceivable location in space or time," steered via the consciousness of a trained operator, and the devices represent the re-engineering of this transmitted knowledge rather than independent human invention.

Locations

The two known node locations were the Papoose facility at Area 51 and a second site where Will Uhouse, son of the avionics engineer Bill Uhouse, observed an early-generation device in the early-to-mid 1970s — a demonstration involving a rail gun firing through an object with a visible time delay in the projectile's transit.

One Looking Glass device was housed at Level 4-2 of the S-4 facility — informally known as "Alice's Floor" — where Dan Burisch was first exposed to it in 1990 alongside the Galileo craft and Sidekick weapons apparatus. A sign reading "the white rabbit above the looking glass" was posted at this facility as an in-joke. In Ron Garner's documentary series on Burisch, the Looking Glass facility is placed on Level 4-1 or 4-2 of S-4, with a white-rabbit-and-clock statue mounted above the entrance — an explicit nod to Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking-Glass and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the same motif echoed in the device's name and, reportedly, in MKULTRA "Alice in Wonderland" programming.

Alleged pre-targeting applications

Beyond viewing probable futures, Looking Glass devices have allegedly been used for targeting specific individuals by purportedly tracking their incarnation histories across lifetimes. Laura Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, claims that in 2006, an attempt was made to recruit her into an Alternative 3 Mars colonization program using Looking Glass technology for what she describes as "pre-targeting before birth": "There was pre-targeting before birth with Looking Glass Technologies. They were able to locate me in a significant partner and they actually pulled him into their program to use him as bait to try and get me there." In a separate interview, Eisenhower elaborated that the program operators used the device to track her and a past-life partner across incarnations: "I discovered that they had looking glass technologies that tracked us in a previous lifetime so that he would be easy bait because I would feel a natural affinity because we had been linked before in a past life." This application — using the device not to view future timelines but to trace past incarnation histories for intelligence-targeting purposes — represents an expansion of the device's documented function beyond probability assessment.

Pineal gland analogy

David Wilcock, drawing on accounts from alleged insiders he claims to have worked with over a period of years, described the Looking Glass device as reportedly "modeled off of the pineal gland." Specifically, the device's barrel was "in the same shape as the pineal gland" and contained water, replicating the conditions of the pineal's interior. Wilcock also claimed that ground-up dust from extraterrestrial mummies was allegedly used as an additional ingredient.
