Exopolitical history of Earth

The exopolitical history of Earth is the alleged chronological account of non-human intelligent being activity on and around the planet, as reconstructed from contactee testimony, whistleblower accounts, remote viewing data, channeled material, and ancient textual traditions. The history spans from Seeder genetic programs millions of years ago through the alleged liberation of the Solar System in 2021. Throughout, Earth's exceptional biodiversity and composite DNA have made it one of the most contested worlds in the local stellar neighborhood — "the war that's been raging for thousands and thousands of years for control of Earth and humanity has been so fierce."

The interventions described below have followed a consistent pattern of covert operation: NHI actors have confined themselves to telepathic transmissions, staged crash recoveries, secret treaties, and proxy manipulation through human institutions, "constantly, non-stop, all the time" destabilizing human society to prevent it from settling down long enough to perceive the situation. When the covert pattern has broken — as at Ariel School in Zimbabwe (1994), Varginha in Brazil (1996), or the Meng Zhaoguo incident in China (1994) — exposure has been rapidly contained. Piecing together the history requires working across all of these fragmentary breaks: "the disclosure process is just way more complicated than anything that anyone ever dreamed of, because the ETs have been involved in so much for so long... we're trying to rediscover the history of this planet."

Deep time

According to contactee testimonies — primarily Alex Collier, who attributes his account to Andromedan contacts, and Corey Goode, who claims first-hand participation in secret space programs — the Intergalactic Confederation — also called the Seeders or Pa-Taal — allegedly conducted layered genetic interventions on Earth over millions of years, reportedly contributing material from 22 to 24 distinct civilizations and leaving space arks as heritage vessels keyed to each lineage's DNA. Collier states Earth has been "visited, colonized as an outpost on a very consistent basis for the last 22 million years" by beings of varied form — human, reptilian, and plasma-based — who "took what they found here and used it to create what they thought was something more useful to them." According to Corey Goode, the genetic programs were not exclusively biological but also spiritual, with competing factions pursuing contradictory goals: "some of these programs want us to become more spiritually enlightened and grow, and then some of the programs want to keep us down and keep us spiritually ignorant." A war in the Sol system approximately 496,000 years ago reportedly caused significant damage to multiple planets. Michael Cremo's Forbidden Archaeology presented evidence for modern human fossils dating back millions of years, and the Vedic Puranic tradition describes 400,000 humanoid species across the cosmos — consistent with repeated seeding across deep geological time.

Anunnaki arrival

The Anunnaki allegedly arrived after the Seeders, co-opting the existing genetic stock. A parallel account preserved in the Bucegi holographic records in Romania reportedly depicts Sirian geneticists aboard the Nabu producing two distinct human genotypes approximately 432,000 years ago. The Enki–Enlil division — preservation versus exploitation of the human template — recurs across Sumerian mythology, the Hebrew Bible, and exopolitical contact material. Ancient Indian traditions of Vimanas and Egyptian significant construction have been cited as evidence for the presence of advanced NHI-derived technology operating simultaneously across multiple continents. In Africa, Credo Mutwa described Chitauri worship going back at least 70,000 years as allegedly the oldest known religious observance on the planet.

Pre-Adamites and cataclysm

According to multiple secret space program whistleblower accounts, including Corey Goode, approximately 60,000 years ago three motherships carrying refugees from the asteroid belt allegedly crash-landed on Antarctica, delivering the Pre-Adamite civilization — reportedly 12-to-14-foot-tall humanoids who purportedly became the progenitors of Earth's ruling bloodline elites. The continents of Lemuria and Atlantis reportedly rose and fell; the Thiaoouba Prophecy tradition places visitors from the planet Thiaoouba on Lemuria 250,000–300,000 years ago, while Atlantis is correlated with the end of the Younger Dryas approximately 11,600 years ago.

The Greada Treaty (1954) at Edwards Air Force Base purportedly permitted limited abductions for genetic material in exchange for technology — terms that were allegedly broken almost immediately. Valiant Thor, per Frank Stranges's account, was allegedly stationed at the Pentagon for three years beginning in 1957, offering sovereignty assistance that was rejected. By the late Eisenhower years, Dolan argues, the presidency had effectively lost control of the extraterrestrial portfolio to the intelligence-military-industrial-corporate-congressional complex — the origin of what Richard Dolan calls the "breakaway civilization": "a near infinite amount of money to play with, and total secrecy — not just for years, not just for decades, but for generations."

1960s–1990s: secret space programs and underground operations

According to multiple whistleblower accounts, the 1950s treaties allegedly catalyzed multiple competing secret space programs: the Dark Fleet with Draconian backing, Solar Warden with Nordic cooperation, and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate reportedly building infrastructure on the Moon, Mars, and Ceres. The French Secret Space Program allegedly operated its own fleet within the Franco-American Solar Warden contingent. Underground joint human-NHI facilities such as Dulce Base reportedly operated multi-level complexes where humans and Greys worked alongside each other — an arrangement whose existence was purportedly revealed by a 1979 firefight. Three incidents in different hemispheres within three years illustrated the global scope: the Ariel School encounter in Zimbabwe, the Meng Zhaoguo incident in China (both 1994, both conveying identical telepathic environmental messages), and the 1996 Varginha UFO incident in Brazil. A crash in the Peruvian jungle in 1997 was witnessed by U.S. Marine Jonathan Weygandt before a Department of Energy retrieval team arrived. According to Elena Danaan, whose account she attributes to transmissions from the Galactic Federation of Worlds contact Thor Han Eredyon, the liberation of Earth from Ciakahrr and Orion Alliance occupation allegedly occurred in stages: the reported clearing of installations on the Moon and Mars, the Jupiter Accords of July 2021 purportedly establishing sovereignty terms, and the Cabal surrender in Antarctica in December 2021. The Earth Alliance was reportedly designated to manage an interstellar transit hub in the outer orbit of Jupiter. In early 2025, the Galactic Federation of Worlds reportedly betrayed its commitment to full public disclosure, allegedly entering agreements that would preserve the existing secrecy architecture.

The significance of these events, if accurate, extends beyond Earth: "we are the leaders, we are the mavericks, and we are the pioneers in this universe" — a species whose composite genome, forged by 22 civilizations, positions it uniquely in galactic affairs.
