Aries Prime is described as the main human colony on Mars, serving as the headquarters of the Mars Defense Force (MDF) and the principal civilian settlement under the MCC. Randy Cramer was stationed at Aries Prime only briefly at the beginning of his 17-year MDF tour before being assigned to Forward Station Zebra, reportedly a forward operating base tasked with protecting the five known human colonies from incursion by indigenous reptoid and insectoid species.
Aries Prime allegedly served as the administrative hub connecting forward stations to MCC logistics chains and was the arrival point for personnel entering Mars service via the Lunar Operations Command. Other secret space program witnesses have independently described extensive human infrastructure on Mars, including numerous bases and colonies.
