The Galacterian Alignment is, in The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac compiled by the filmmaker and cataloguer Craig Campobasso, an alleged benevolent confederation uniting several dozen non-human civilizations under a shared ethical doctrine he calls the Cosmic Law of One — his own house term, distinct from the unrelated Law of One channeled by Ra through Carla Rueckert and collaborators — holding that "there is no right and wrong, only learning." He presents the Alignment's members as bound to a common program "currently focused on raising consciousness on Earth and preparing for a dimensional shift." Campobasso presents the Alignment as operating under the oversight of the Angelic Corps, a race of "universally created beings" from the Isle of Paradise, and as administered in part through the Melchizedek order's University in the Mira System — placing dozens of catalogued peoples, among them the Arcturians, the Vegans, the Royal Dinoids and the Cygnus Alphans, under a single banner alongside a recruitment arm he calls the Star Seed Alignment and an operational arm, the Melchizedek Star Seed Program, that he describes as deploying incarnated messengers to Earth and other developing worlds.
Every catalogued reference to the Alignment traces to Campobasso's own book. No other contactee, insider, or exopolitics researcher whose material is otherwise documented in the wider contact literature — including Elena Danaan, Michael Salla, and Alex Collier, each of whom independently catalogues a comparable roster of allegedly benevolent galactic bodies — has been found using the name. Much of the spiritual-hierarchy vocabulary Campobasso applies to it — the Melchizedek order, "created beings," the archangel Machiventa Melchizedek's service as "Vicegerent Planetary Prince" of Earth — is carried over largely unchanged from the channeled Urantia Book (1955), which predates his Almanac by 66 years, so that whether the Alignment names a coalition independently glimpsed by contactees Campobasso consulted, or is his own umbrella term laid over that older material and extended across the further races he catalogues, is not addressed by any source outside his own book.
Whether the Alignment is itself one of the galaxy's other named benevolent coalitions under a different compiler's label — the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Council of Five, the Intergalactic Confederation, or the Andromedan Council — or an independently alleged body distinct from all four, is likewise unresolved: Campobasso's catalogue never names any of the four, and no researcher working from Danaan's, Salla's, or Collier's material has taken up his catalogue to compare rosters.
Mandate and the Cosmic Law of One
Campobasso presents the Alignment's members as bound by the Cosmic Law of One, a doctrine of unity consciousness applied uniformly across his catalogue: races raised under it are said to hold that dark and light polarities are ultimately one, and that duality itself functions as a spiritual tool that quickens younger worlds toward full consciousness. The Beesonites are catalogued as "master teachers" of the Cosmic Law of One to cultures newly transitioned from duality to full consciousness, holding that every being carries the entire history of the universe within their cells — the "Living Library of Akasha." The Ceitans are said to serve within the Alignment as "cosmic guidance counselors," holding spiritual connectedness to the universe to be the foundation of brotherly love binding every star nation.
Not every catalogued species accepts the doctrine, and Campobasso frames the Alignment's stated mission — a program of raising consciousness on worlds nearing a "dimensional shift" — as itself contested territory. The Bat Bowouls, an "enslavers of anger, contempt, distraction, depression, despair, envy, grief, jealousy, pain, pensiveness, suicidal urges, and suffering" who feed on the failure of star seeds, are said to "abhor the Galacterian Alignment and their consciousness-raising program." The Iguanoids, described as practitioners of "the dark arts" who target star seeds nearing full consciousness, are likewise said to "despise the Galacterian Alignment and interfere on worlds that are on the cusp of becoming fully conscious."
Structure and hierarchy
The Alignment is described as overseen by the Angelic Corps — a multiplicity of "universally created beings" originating from the Isle of Paradise "at the center of all creation" — which is said to labor in unison with the University of Melchizedek in the Mira System, "the realm where Living Light programs are dispersed." The University itself, a "spiritual university of the most advanced" comprising 490 planets through which ascending souls pass between incarnation cycles, is catalogued as a core institutional component of the Alignment's spiritual hierarchy, run by "Father Melchizedek" in union with the archangels Michael and Gabriel.
Below this administrative tier, Campobasso describes a recruitment arm he calls the Star Seed Alignment, catalogued as "a subdivision of the Galacterian Alignment" through which species not yet admitted are brought toward membership. The Cyclops are catalogued as members of the Star Seed Alignment specifically, reportedly stationed on Earth since the 1950s in dimensional-measurement and astral-realm roles. The Sirian Insectoids, by contrast, are catalogued as a "neutral race that sometimes disobeys cosmic law" and not yet Alignment members at all; the Star Seed Alignment is said to be "working with them to bring them into full consciousness and ultimately indoctrinate them into the Galacterian Alignment."

The Original Human Orions, catalogued as the primordial human inhabitants of the Orion region who predate its conquest by the Draconian Orion Empire, are cast as allies rather than members proper — "time lords who originally seeded magic in the universe," serving to "empower all races" including the Alignment's own.
Nearly every catalogued member is additionally credited with the same standing technology: "Galacterian" motherships, starships, thought-ships, fleet ships and scout ships, uniformly said to run on biological supercomputers and to be capable of travel through "time-space funnels and the innerspace continuum." The E'all Reptoids and a handful of others are noted exceptions, preferring craft of their own design — bird- and egg-shaped hulls in the E'all's case — despite having Galacterian access.
Enforcement and internal discipline
The Alignment is described as exercising a judicial reach that extends beyond its own membership. Convicted violators of "cosmic law" — among them the Dragon Dracs, the Alpha Albino Royal Dracs, and Draconians proper — are said to have their auras locked to "holding cells on prison worlds" by the Alignment and the Angelic Corps jointly, pending trial, with many ultimately "put to soul-death for their heinous crimes." The Dragon Dracs' own self-proclaimed status as "dragon gods that rule the universe" is said to be precisely what keeps "the Galacterian Alignment and the Angelic Corps" watching them closely.
Several hostile species are catalogued as evading this monitoring rather than confronting it. The Alpha Albino Royal Dracs reportedly hide their craft in "dimensional time pockets, secret realms not known to man, but known and watched by the Galacterian Alignment," and maintain their own travel corridors — described as "black worm-like holes" in the antimatter universe — for intergalactic transit. The Dragon Dracs travel in "dark ark motherships" tuned to a frequency said to render them undetectable "even when monitored by the Galacterian Alignment." The Anunnaki, in Campobasso's separate catalogue entry for them, are likewise said to prefer traveling "incognito to avoid detection from hyperalert Galacterian Alignment eyes."
Membership itself is not always stable. Although the Saurian Beings are catalogued as majority followers of the Cosmic Law of One and the Alignment's "All Are One" philosophy, Campobasso notes that, "like all races," they carry renegade splinter groups that have aligned themselves with the Orion Empire instead.
The Melchizedek Star Seed Program
The Melchizedek Star Seed Program is catalogued as the operational arm through which the University of Melchizedek deploys incarnated messengers to Earth and other developing worlds. Messengers trained at the University are said to be schooled in a specific planetary consciousness — for Earth, this reportedly requires incarnating across every human race and belief system, in many short lifetimes, before qualifying to teach the masses about universal society.
Several catalogued species are described as feeding directly into the Program. The Moramiams are said to split off fragments of their own souls, stepping down "extraordinary vibratory energy" to incarnate first into star nations and then into the Melchizedek Star Seed Program, "to reestablish the I AM teachings on Earth." The Seventh Ray Race is catalogued not merely as a participant but as a direct product of the Program — a hybrid lineage of star-nation and Earth genetics "extracted from incarnated star seeds" as part of a cosmic contract, its children raised by communal parents and, once Earth undergoes its consciousness shift, assigned as master teachers to sectors of the planet.
Relationship to Earth
Several member species are catalogued as maintaining "galactic command centers stationed above and below the Earth," and the Zeta Lizard Humans are described as serving aboard Alignment vessels above the planet, "assisting with the great awakening on the planet from afar." The Cyclops are catalogued as having been stationed on Earth in this capacity since the 1950s, traveling with "created beings" (galactic commanders) as officers in charge of saucer fleets and starships, their unusual appearance said to have kept the arrangement secret. The Procyonans are catalogued as placing crystal amplifiers aboard their motherships and at strategic locations around Earth — chosen for their concentrations of star seeds — to raise the spiritual vibration of the planet's population "on schedule with the Divine Plan."
