Andy Pero
Andy Pero is an American whistleblower who was subjected, beginning in childhood, to classified mind control experimentation under a program he identifies as Project Superman — a sub-project of the Montauk Project and a parallel track to the Monarch trauma-based mind control programs — through which he was genetically manipulated and trained to function as a super-soldier, Manchurian Candidate, and time traveler. Pero first went public in August 1998 at a Philadelphia lecture series organized by Bob Eure, appearing alongside Montauk researcher Preston Nichols.
Programming and conditioning
His programming involved electroshock therapy, Silva Mind Control training, and sessions overseen by a handler he identifies as "Adolph," described as an Aryan-featured Nazi programmer. The conditioning produced extraordinary physical abilities — including the capacity to jump from high buildings without injury, earning him the nickname "Superman" — as well as telekinesis, the ability to create time portals through focused mental concentration, and the capacity to manifest three-dimensional objects while in an altered state. Much of his programming was conducted at facilities in Rome, New York (Rome National Air Base) and in the vicinity of Rochester, New York.

Pero was deployed on UFO crash retrieval Delta teams — the forward security element that secured crash sites while laboratory-coated scientists collected recovered materials, with Delta team members' memories erased after each operation. He stated that such crashes were occurring "monthly all over the world." He operated the Montauk Chair to open time portals, and conducted time-travel missions including "Project Southern Cross" — delivery of period-appropriate materiel to 1940s England and Germany — and prehistoric-era soil-sample collection.
Encounters with non-human beings
Grey and reptilian extraterrestrials were used by programmers as enforcement tools against subjects who resisted conditioning; Pero described being brought before a group of five Grey beings when his resistance exceeded acceptable parameters, and using telekinetic ability to throw a commanding Grey against a wall. He was also escorted to meetings with tall Reptilian beings in underground conference facilities near Rochester, New York, where he observed high-ranking figures maintaining holographic human appearances via a waist-mounted device — the hologram flickering when Pero's energy field interfered with the signal.
Illuminati recruitment and suppression
The Illuminati repeatedly attempted to recruit Pero, offering him a high Masonic degree and referring to him as their "Illuminati Golden Boy." He refused despite pressure including the use of his wife and son as leverage. Following his first public lectures in 1998, Pero experienced reprisals including attempts on his life and FBI-orchestrated arrests. He was committed to a psychiatric institution, later released, and fell progressively silent after 1999. By late fall 2000, Pero was in jail in Arkansas, and no further public communications emerged.
Context within super-soldier research
according to Pero is part of a broader pattern of disclosures concerning super-soldier and mind control programs connected to the Montauk Project and MKULTRA sub-projects. Laura Eisenhower, granddaughter of Dwight D. Eisenhower, has discussed the continuing existence of such programs, stating that "there's more and more layers of the super soldier programs, the mind control programs — the rabbit hole doesn't seem to really end," and emphasizing that official claims of MKULTRA's termination are "just not true."
