Rebecca Rose
Rebecca Rose is an American secret space program (SSP) claimant and psychic practitioner who states she served twenty years — from age nine to age twenty-nine — as a cyborg supersoldier in a program operating on Mars and in the Kuiper Belt, before being age-regressed and returned to her civilian life. She began speaking publicly about her experiences approximately two and a half years before a 2022 interview, following her father's death in 2020.
Background and recruitment
Rose was born in 1972. Her father served in the United States Army Signal Corps including a tour in Vietnam, after which he was recruited by Sanders Associates, an electronics and defense contractor. He held a top-secret clearance documented from 1977 and was assigned to the Navy Reserve around 1979–1980 in connection with Naval Intelligence projects. Before his death in 2020, her father disclosed in hospice that his work had involved classified projects with CIA and NASA.
Rose reports a psychic vision in which she saw her father signing her over to a group including Grays and Navy and civilian personnel. Beginning at age four in 1976, she states she was periodically transported to a lunar Dark Fleet base where she was used in cloning and experimentation laboratories.
In 1982, at age nine, Rose was taken to Great Lakes Naval Station and subjected to MKULTRA-pattern trauma-based mind control before induction into a 20 and Back program on Mars.
Return and aftermath
In 2002, Rose was age-regressed and returned to her nine-year-old body. The year of her return — her fifth-grade school year — is entirely absent from her memory and from her childhood photo album. By age nineteen she had been hospitalized following a suicide attempt. Memory recovery began in her forties through deep meditation and altered brainwave states.
Psychic practitioner work
Fellow SSP claimant Mark Domizio has described consulting Rose as a psychic practitioner to access suppressed memories of his own program experiences: "I had a session with Rebecca Rose...she opened up my cache of records, and that's where we went right away; it went to Diego Garcia."
Encounter aboard the Excelsior
Fellow French SSP claimant Jean-Charles Moyen reportedly recognized Rose before their first interview. According to Moyen, he encountered a woman aboard the Excelsior who identified herself by the clone designation "B 25"; he recognized her as Rose only when she turned to face him.
