Between early and late 2021, the alleged extraterrestrial organization known as the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) among with the alleged Earth-human-based Earth Alliance secret space program allegedly waged a coordinated military campaign within the solar system to expel the Dark Fleet, Alpha Draconian Empire, and Nebu from installations on the Moon, Mars, Phobos, Ceres, Saturn, and Antarctica. The campaign progressed from underground base clearance and DUMB operations in early 2021, through lunar and Martian combat in April–July, to the Jupiter Accords in July, the liberation of Ceres Colony in August–September, the transfer of Dark Fleet Antarctic bases in September, the arrival of the Intergalactic Confederation in October, and the Cabal surrender in December 2021. The principal account came from Elena Danaan relaying intelligence from Thor Han Eredyon, a GFW fleet commander, with independent corroboration from Megan Rose via Val Nek, from Corey Goode reporting SSP Alliance briefings, and from Tony Rodrigues, a former Dark Fleet crew member whose retrospective assessment of the Ceres Colony liberation aligned with the reported timeline.

Background

The GFW's attention was drawn to Earth and the Solar System by the Andromeda Council, which had foreseen that if allowed to develop unchecked, the combined German-Reptilian presence on Earth, the Moon, and Mars would give rise to a galactic tyranny some four hundred years in humanity's future. This assessment was consistent with Alex Collier's earlier reports that the Andromeda Council had contacted the Galactic Confederation to pre-empt this scenario. In the second decade of the twenty-first century, the GFW created a large-scale cleansing operation codenamed "The Storm," described as an effort to "exterminate the Cabal and liberate the Terran species." In November 2018, Thor Han Eredyon reactivated contact with Elena Danaan, informing her that "something extraordinary is going to happen for this planet" and that within two years Earth would "enter a very dangerous phase, but at the end of it humanity would be liberated from the dark forces that have controlled it for centuries." The GFW formed a military cooperation with Earth forces — the Earth Alliance — approximately three to four years before 2021, specifically to assist in fighting extraterrestrial forces occupying the DUMBs and the connected tunnel network, which Terran militaries alone could not engage. The GFW's primary national-level contacts were the United States, Israel, France, and Japan. Thor Han emphasized that the GFW's role was not to save humanity but to help humanity save itself: "We are not here to save you. But we came to help you saving yourselves."

Parallel to the GFW's preparations, the SSP Alliance — a dissident faction within Earth's secret space programs — was conducting its own intelligence campaign against the Dark Fleet and ICC. Corey Goode, briefed by SSP Alliance contacts aboard a Mayan ship in early 2021, reported that the Lunar Operations Command (LOC) had been locked down for over a year following the assassination of Sigmund, a high-ranking SSP officer, on LOC premises. Sigmund's leak of complete Dark Fleet rosters and asset inventories had been disseminated to at least three other space programs, including the Global Galactic League of Nations, precipitating a sweeping search for Dark Fleet-aligned double agents across all programs. The Dark Fleet was "basically suspended" as a result — its known personnel had gone into hiding or fled to Reptilian colonies outside the Solar System, while the ICC imposed a lockdown on all its corporate cities and manufacturing colonies, ceasing trade-good production and subjecting all workers to interrogation. The Global Galactic League of Nations, meanwhile, had begun working more closely with a Galactic Federation group and was becoming "a complete breakaway civilization" under the tutelage of positive beings. Goode cautioned against premature celebrations, noting that China and Space Force assets had already exchanged fire and that the breakaway civilization leadership was "on its heels, but by no means is... we in a victorious situation right now."

Early 2021: underground clearance and satellite operations

In early 2021, joint GFW–Earth Alliance teams began clearing Dark Alliance forces from underground bases and the connected tunnel network. In April 2021, Thor Han reported the successful clearance of a large section of underground facilities in the Indian Ocean, between south-southwest of India and the east coast of Africa, while the GFW simultaneously worked to isolate Antarctica from all other underground connections because operations there had not yet been completed. Human slave laborers were being concentrated in Antarctica before transport onward — first to the Moon, then dispatched to Mars or other destinations.

The GFW initially could not destroy the Cabal's Earth-orbiting satellites — though designed with Orion Grey technology, they had been manufactured by humans, and their destruction would violate the Prime Directive. Instead, the GFW deactivated or "jammed" satellites forming part of a grid that broadcast low-frequency control signals.

In an October 2021 update relayed by Megan Rose on behalf of Val Nek, the underground campaign was characterized as "the final countdown" and "one of the bloodiest and most horrific wars we have ever fought." Val Nek identified the last two facilities of operational concern as Dulce Base and Area 51, both reportedly housing high-ranking Orion Grey extraterrestrials carrying a master frequency used to hack Earth's communication systems; these beings were captured and human hostages removed for care by the Earth Alliance.

April 2021: lunar operations

As early as April 2021, active combat was occurring on the far side of the Moon; Danaan, viewing through Thor Han's repurposed implant, witnessed a triangular black ship imploding and being destroyed in the midst of the engagement. The Moon had long been occupied by Zeta Reticuli Grey forces and the Dark Fleet, including a trapezoid-shaped joint base where human abductees and slaves were held. A Grey machine broadcasting low-frequency waves to Earth was dismantled by the GFW and Earth Alliance — "put apart, not destroyed." Following liberation, Thor Han declared: "We've removed the invaders from the moon, and now the moon is yours." All remaining lunar infrastructure passed to Earth's progressive corporations.

Val Nek, reporting independently through Megan Rose, corroborated the Moon's post-liberation status: the Moon had been "liberated some time ago and put in the hands of the Alliance," with the United States placed in charge of organizing safety zones and arranging access for different nations, and GFW technologies being tested on the Moon under strict agreements. The U.S. Navy, Space Force, and GFW formed the core of the Earth Alliance, with the Federation "training them and giving them, teaching them how to conduct themselves in space." Salla connected the Moon's reorganization into national safety zones to the Artemis Accords framework, noting that the U.S. role as bilateral hub for every signatory nation matched the structure Val Nek described.

Corey Goode's SSP Alliance contacts offered a contrasting assessment. According to Goode, up to ninety different extraterrestrial groups retained zones on the Moon — "basically kind of like how we carved up Antarctica and gave different nations different zones" — with Reptilian, insectoid, and genetic program operations still active. The principal change Goode's sources identified was that a Dark Fleet prison base had been abandoned after Sigmund's intelligence leak, and the ICC had subsequently moved in to catalog its contents, including cryogenic containment pods holding large non-human prisoners.

April–July 2021: Mars operations

The GFW had spent years training a Martian resistance comprising indigenous Martian species — primarily a reptilian species, insectoid groups, and a large worm-like local life form — arming them and preparing them for organized combat against Dark Fleet and Draconian-aligned forces. Active raids began around April 6, 2021, when Thor Han reported from Mars orbit that operations had commenced against Dark Alliance underground facilities — consistent with anomalous seismic activity recorded by NASA's InSight lander. The GFW targeted all entities working with the Dark Alliance — a triangle of the Nebu, the Draconian Alpha Draconian Empire, and the Dark Fleet — while attempting to minimize casualties among human hostages and unwilling workers. By July 5, 2021, all facilities held by Reptilian forces or humans cooperating with them had been retaken, though Dark Fleet positions on Mars remained partially intact.

Goode's SSP Alliance contacts, briefed separately through Gonzales and the Mayan breakaway civilization, offered a more cautious appraisal. Goode reported that the ICC corporate cities and manufacturing facilities on Mars had locked down into a posture "more totalitarian than anything they've ever experienced before," but that no general liberation of the Mars colonies had occurred from the perspective of his sources. Goode emphasized that the Mars colonies were psychologically suppressed populations incapable of independent rebellion — "like North Korea" — and that extraterrestrial groups were bound by "cosmic laws" preventing unilateral intervention. He did confirm that the Reptilian forces were "cornered" in the Solar System, describing it as "their last foothold" and characterizing them as "a wounded dragon, which is the most dangerous type of dragon."

On July 24, 2021, Thor Han reported that all abductees had been extracted from Phobos, the inner moon of Mars — a hollowed-out Zeta Reticuli Grey facility used as a sorting and processing center for Earth abductees — allowing the GFW to take over the installation. Salla cited a 2010 European Space Agency report concluding that "the interior of Phobos likely contains large voids" and that its density is "inconsistent with the proposition that Phobos is a captured asteroid," lending physical-science support to the claim that the moon was artificially placed. Deimos, the outer Martian moon held by Tall Grey forces allied with the Nebu, was identified as the next target.

July 2021: Jupiter Accords

In mid-July 2021, representatives of fourteen spacefaring nations, progressive corporations, and delegates of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Andromeda Council, and Council of Five convened at the Ashtar Galactic Command facility in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter to negotiate the post-war disposition of the Solar System. The resulting Jupiter Accords designated the United States as the lead nation of the Earth Alliance and established terms for technology transfer, base repurposing, and the eventual formation of a Terran star fleet. Val Nek independently confirmed his presence at the meetings as a GFW facilitator: "Yes, I was there representing the Federation, helping facilitate things and negotiations between corporations and the Alliance." The Accords included a provision requiring the global Cabal to present itself for surrender negotiations in Antarctica by December 2021.

August–September 2021: Ceres and Dark Fleet expulsion

At the time of the August 2021 interview, Ceres Colony in the asteroid belt remained partially under combined Nebu and Dark Fleet control, with large numbers of civilians inside the facility making offensive operations difficult. The subsequent liberation of Ceres resulted in over 225,000 human captives freed; Dark Fleet officers fought to the death rather than surrender. Saturn was identified as a major Nebu stronghold, with Dark Fleet involvement, described as the next large operation on the agenda. Once the corporations controlling certain satellite programs relocated their headquarters to Mars during the campaign, the GFW gained the legal ability under the Prime Directive to destroy their satellites directly, as operations on Mars could target the parent organizations without endangering Earth civilians.

Chris O'Connor, who claims to have served as a diplomat attached to a United Nations secret space program, independently recalled participating in negotiations at the UN outpost on Mimas for the handover of Anunnaki control over Saturn and other Solar System locations to the Earth Alliance. O'Connor described watching Enki (Ea), whom he identified as the technical owner of Saturn and its rings under Anunnaki law, formally relinquish sovereignty over the planet to Earth humans.

September 2021: Antarctic base transfer

The Dark Fleet's Antarctic bases — operated jointly with Draconian forces — were vacated following the coordinated expulsion campaign. All the Reptilian and high-ranking Dark Fleet officers left through a portal at the South Pole, while remaining workers departed by boat; the Earth Alliance seized and deactivated the portal. In the Dark Fleet's absence, China and Turkey moved in to occupy the vacated underground facilities. China subsequently relinquished these bases to the Earth Alliance under the terms of the Jupiter Accords, as reported by Val Nek through Megan Rose.

October 2021: Intergalactic Confederation arrival

In October 2021, a fleet allegedly belonging to the Intergalactic Confederation — an assembly of species from other galaxies sometimes called "the Seeders" — reportedly arrived in the Solar System. Their arrival was described as a direct consequence of the GFW's successful clearance campaign: with the Dark Alliance expelled and the Jupiter Accords in force, the conditions were reportedly met for the Seeders to return and oversee humanity's transition into a spacefaring civilization. The Intergalactic Confederation's presence was reported through multiple channels including Thor Han and Val Nek, and represented a qualitative escalation from the regional GFW intervention to what sources described as a galactic-scale endorsement of Earth's liberation.

December 2021: Cabal surrender

In December 2021, as stipulated by the Jupiter Accords, representatives of the global Cabal allegedly presented themselves for surrender negotiations at facilities in Antarctica. The surrender reportedly involved the relinquishment of control artifacts tied to portal technology and interdimensional systems. The Antarctic surrender marked the reported end of the 2021 intervention campaign, though enforcement and consolidation operations allegedly continued into 2022.

Post-intervention status

According to the sources involved, the 2021 campaign fundamentally restructured power in the Solar System. The Earth Alliance reportedly assumed control of former Dark Fleet infrastructure across the Moon, Mars, Ceres, and Antarctica. Lunar installations were allegedly reorganized under a multinational framework linked to the Artemis Accords, with the United States serving as the bilateral hub. Progressive corporations reportedly received access to former Dark Fleet and Nebu facilities. The ICC's satellite control grid was said to have been progressively dismantled.

Salla contextualized the GFW's intervention as one of several extraterrestrial alliances competing over human affairs, identifying at least five distinct associations: the Galactic Federation of Worlds, a Draconian Empire, an Orion Alliance, a Super Federation of genetic farmer races, and a higher-density oversight group to which the Sphere Being Alliance and Andromeda Council belong.

Following the 2021 liberation campaign, ongoing operations continued to reshape the Solar System's power structure. George Kavassilas, an experiencer and secret space program insider, reported in 2025 that a group of returning U.S. Navy admirals — whom he termed "Jedi admirals" — had "been cleaning house in the solar system big time" since approximately 2023, working in conscious relationship with each planet's intelligence and interacting with civilizations across the Solar System's multi-dimensional structure. Kavassilas stated that the admirals planned to complete a "tuning of the solar system" by April 2027, after which a galactic core pulse would enable the transition to a higher density, with physical open contact following the retuning.
