Mars base
Mars base (also Mars colony) is the alleged inhabited installations on Mars maintained by human black programs and extraterrestrial civilizations, with the primary institutional form identified by secret space program witnesses as the Mars Colony Corporation (MCC), a subsidiary of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC). Multiple independent witnesses—including Tony Rodrigues, Andrew Basiago, Corey Goode, and Michael Relfe—describe having lived or served on Mars as part of classified programs ranging from the early 1980s onward.
Early conceptual development
According to William Tompkins, systematic planning for Mars base development began as early as the 1950s within Douglas Aircraft Company's Advanced Design section under Nordic extraterrestrial guidance. Tompkins described being assigned as "Section Chief responsible for getting us on the Moon and Mars for the Apollo Program" and tasked with designing "heavy vehicles needed to get the materials up to the Moon, via liquid propelled rocket trucks, then define the mission elements required to build the Moon base."
The early Mars program conception involved a staged approach using the Moon as an intermediate base: "Launching smaller vehicles from the Moon base to Mars, with the implementation of ionic, must be established first and then later missions to Saturn can be established." Tompkins calculated transit times for Mars missions as "135-145 days" for a 2,000-ton spacecraft traveling from an Earth satellite station to Mars, using advanced ionic propulsion systems under development at Douglas.
According to Tompkins' supervisors at Douglas, his unusual design capabilities stemmed from his role as a "preferred human contactee" who had been "implanted with a program that transfers highly advanced information from extraterrestrials." They credited this extraterrestrial guidance as enabling him to "completely redesign the Apollo Moon and Mars programs that will land us on the Moon and other planets when all of NASA has been unable to accomplish it."
Early History and Jumpgate Access
According to Andrew Basiago, access to Mars was conducted via a jumpgate (teleportation) facility located at El Segundo, California, beginning in the early 1980s under Project Pegasus. Basiago claims to have made at least 20 jumpgate missions to Mars, encountering the existing Martian ecosystem and interacting with human base personnel. The jumpgate technology, reverse-engineered from retrieved ET craft, allowed instantaneous transit without the months of travel required by conventional spacecraft.
Ancient Precedents
In the ancient aliens tradition, Mars is identified as a former operational base of the Anunnaki prior to their permanent establishment on Earth. Billy Carson cites the Sumerian Enuma Elish tablets as describing the god Enki occupying Mars and shuttling between it and Earth using advanced technology. Anomalous structures visible in NASA's own Mars imagery—including the Face on Mars in the Cydonia region—are cited by researchers including Richard Hoagland as evidence of prior artificial construction.
Slave labor and mining operations
Tony Rodrigues describes spending twenty years as a slave laborer on Mars under the Mars Colony Corporation, beginning in the early 1980s. He describes a surface environment requiring life support, habitation domes, mining operations, and the constant threat of indigenous Martian creatures. His account overlaps with those of Corey Goode regarding the ICC's organizational structure and the use of 20-year-and-back memory erasure technology.
Kruger colony
Mark Domizio, whose testimony covers 34 years of classified operations beginning in 1983, describes a distinct German-run Mars installation called Kruger — separate from the broader ICC's Mars Colony Corporation — that served as both a military training facility and a slave-labor operation. Domizio describes memories of a clone designated "Sam" who was programmed to believe he had grown up in the German colony on Mars, spoke fluent German, and on this basis was admitted into Dark Fleet operations. The German Mars colony is described as having "millions of people" including enslaved workers; ICC manufacturing operations ran continuously alongside Kruger's military and intelligence functions.
Joint US-Soviet Mars program
Milton William Cooper stated in his classified briefings that Mars (codenamed "Eve") was the secondary target of the joint US-Soviet-alien program following the Moon. He claimed to possess NASA photographs of Martian life and that a Mars colony was already operational.
ICC and Mars Colony Corporation
The Mars Colony Corporation, as described by Goode and corroborated by Rodrigues, is a corporate entity within the broader ICC operating Mars as a colonial enterprise: extracting minerals, manufacturing goods for the interstellar trade network, and maintaining a large involuntary human population transported via 20-and-back programs. Colonists were reportedly told that Earth had become uninhabitable — a psychological control mechanism also described in accounts of other off-world human colonies. The Dark Fleet exodus from Ceres and Mars (2021) is described as having disrupted ICC Mars operations as Galactic Federation-aligned forces expelled German-lineage dark military assets from the inner solar system.
Mars Colony Corporation founding
Randy Cramer (pseudonym: Captain Kaye), who claims 17 years of service with the Mars Defense Force, received a briefing on the institutional history of the Mars Colony Corporation during his orientation at Aries Prime. According to Cramer, the MCC was "set up in about 1974/1975"; the first exploratory missions that remained on the surface for any length of time occurred in 1970; and the first serious mining foothold was reportedly established in approximately 1975. Michael Salla's analysis of Cramer's testimony in Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs & Extraterrestrial Alliances notes that upon arrival at Aries Prime, personnel were informed they were now "members of the Mars Defense Force," assigned a chit card indicating their shuttle assignment and 20-year posting station, with no further choices available.
Physical descriptions
Tony Rodrigues, during his account of the 2021 Dark Fleet exodus from Ceres and Mars, described the interior of a Mars facility he had previously inhabited: an underground dome structure accessible via a hangar bay, built just beneath the surface of the Martian sand. The dome itself was constructed from a clear material through which the surrounding dirt was visible; at its apex a patch of blue sky and swirling dust was visible, indicating shallow burial depth. Rodrigues described the interior construction as "very modern looking concrete work" with flowing, curved walls — "very aesthetically pleasing." During his posting there he was provided a private apartment with a bathroom, which he characterized as luxurious relative to prior conditions on Ceres.
2021 liberation and aftermath
On August 26, 2021, Elena Danaan received two successive communications from her contact Thor Han Eredyon confirming the liberation of Mars. The first message stated simply: "Mars is free. Deimos is being evacuated." A second communication the same day elaborated: "The situation on Mars is chaotic at the moment as the local Martian resistance is rushing to take hold of the underground facilities that have been evacuated. All human personnel were safely sent back to Terra and will be replaced." The message described a transition period under agreements between Martian indigenous leadership, the Galactic Federation of Worlds, and new Earth corporations authorized to establish colonies and conduct scientific and commercial operations.
Rodrigues, reflecting on this news, described the scale of the displacement as unusual: "You're talking about thousands of, I mean tens of thousands of people, million people — displaced." Danaan confirmed evacuation and noted the indigenous Martian species — comprising three main groups (humanoid, reptiloid, and a burrowing worm-like creature used for underground excavation) — were in a state of celebration but required management to ensure compliance with the new agreements.
