The extraterrestrial genetic engineering of humanity is the alleged deliberate genetic modification of Earth primates approximately 432,000 years ago by a Sirian civilization aboard a planetoid-sized craft called the Nabu, reportedly described in holographic records received by Radu Cinamar through inner-Earth teachers in the Bucegi underground complex, producing two distinct human genotypes that persist to the present day. The account is presented in Cinamar's book Forgotten Genesis and elaborated in a 2022 interview between Peter Moon — Cinamar's English-language publisher — and Michael Salla for Exopolitics Today.
Nabu and the Sirian engineers
According to the holographic information received by Cinamar, a being identified as Tenyco — a Sirian geneticist aboard the Nabu craft — descended to Earth's surface and observed a group of primates. The Nabu itself is described not as a planet — contra Zecharia Sitchin's interpretation of Nibiru — but as an enormous spacecraft whose orbital position relative to the Earth and Sun exerted an astrological influence that modulated the genetic alterations being made. The Nabu's position in orbit thus functioned as an astrological marker whose influence shaped the character of each successive genetic intervention.
The Anunnaki of the Sumerian records are identified according to Forgotten Genesis with the Anak — the Sirian crews of the Nabu — whose initial purpose on Earth included the extraction of precious metals, leading to the decision to create a servile human species to perform that labor.
Two branches: the El and the Enk
The engineering program produced two distinct human lineages, called the El branch and the Enk branch, differentiated by the proportion of extraterrestrial DNA incorporated into each. The El branch, carrying a higher concentration of Sirian genetic material, was associated with greater spiritual capacity and was the lineage into which Tenyco and other Sirian engineers chose to incarnate in physical human bodies. The Enk branch, with less extraterrestrial DNA and a closer affinity to the original primate substrate, was intended primarily as a labor caste subordinate both to the El lineage and to the Sirian overseers.
Peter Moon, presenting the account to Salla, connected this division to the contemporary Rh blood factor: approximately 15% of humanity is Rh-negative, a proportion suggested to correspond to those carrying a higher density of Sirian-origin genetic material.
Stewardship model
A recurring theme according to Forgotten Genesis is that the genetic program was not a one-time intervention but an ongoing stewardship extending across hundreds of thousands of years, with the Sirian overseers deliberately leaving room for spontaneous evolution alongside their directed modifications. Environmental conditions — including stellar alignments mediated through the Nabu's orbital position — are described as exerting subtle, long-cycle influence on how the genetic programming expressed itself in successive generations.
Bucegi holographic records
The primary source for the Cinamar account is Forgotten Genesis (Romanian: Geneza Uitată), in which Radu Cinamar describes sessions where holographic records stored on platinum tablets recovered from the Egyptian Hall of Records were accessed using a device provided by inner-Earth beings from the city of Apollos, located beneath the Apuseni Mountains of Transylvania. The holographic device — described as a helmet or visor enabling an interactive projection that interfaced with the user's mind — was provided by an inner-Earth teacher referred to as "Men," who guided Cinamar through a structured curriculum of lessons on human genetic history.
Anunnaki genetic engineering
The Anunnaki are "known to be among the most advanced societies regarding genetic engineering," who "play a lot with the genetics of conquered worlds and especially with children, trying to create servile hybrids helping their purposes anywhere in the galaxy." The Anunnaki genetic engineering of humanity is the foundational act that explains the current divided state of humanity: before departing, the Anunnaki "genetically engineered a large group of human specimens to a diminished level of consciousness in order to have a race of slaves to mine mainly the gold and other resources for them," while retaining an elite contingent on Earth to maintain hereditary control. The Anunnaki genealogy begins with Emperor Anu, whose son Ea (later known as Enki) was Anu's legitimate heir by his first queen Nammu, while the rival son Yuh (known as Enlil) was born from a "diplomatic pact" between Anu and a Reptilian queen from the Orion zone — explaining the reptilian character of Enlil's faction.
Twenty-two contributing races
Alex Collier's Andromedan contacts identify Earth humans as carrying the combined DNA of twenty-two distinct extraterrestrial races, making humanity unique "genetic royalty" in the galaxy: "We are the only race in our galaxy that has these genetics of 22 different races because we are also spirit. They consider us royalty." What human science calls "junk DNA" is, according to Collier, the key to this multi-race genetic lineage. Collier confirmed in a 2022 interview that human DNA requires only activation rather than addition to unlock its full multi-density capacity.
