Dear Sir:
My name is JODY PENDARVIS, you may have a file already on me from my past letters that I have wrote you. I am no nut, let's get that straight right now! I built the UFO WELCOME CENTER here in Bowman, S.C. for a tourist attraction and to bring more attention to this little town that has need of money.
The Major and town council has tried to run this town into the ground and they has succeeded and now things break down in the sewer system and repairs are always needed in the water system and this town of 1061 which does not have much industry to

help pay the bills is probably looking to get higher taxes and higher water bills.
But, the real reason I e-mailed is to invite you to stop in at the UFO WELCOME CENTER the next time you fly to Beaufort, S.C. Bowman is half-way between Columbia and Charleston off I-26 and near I-95.
The UFO WELCOME CENTER resembles a flying saucer and stands 22 feet high and 42 feet across at its wings or sides. You can see it from the sky and the words are wrote on it as you approach from the south; and it sits 100 feet from the BP station. So fly over, O.K.
