Psychic warfare
Psychic warfare is the military application of extrasensory and psychokinetic human abilities for intelligence gathering, adversary disruption, target location, and — in the most extreme claims — direct influencing of enemy decision-making or physiological function. It encompasses both the documented history of government-funded remote viewing programmes and the more contested claims of psychic assassination attempts, remote influencing operations, and the deployment of trained psychics in direct tactical support of combat operations.
Project Stargate
Project Stargate was the umbrella designation for a series of CIA and DIA-funded programmes studying the military utility of remote viewing, running from 1972 to 1995. The programme produced a body of work confirming statistically significant results in remote viewing under controlled conditions, documented in the programme's final evaluation by the American Institutes for Research (AIR), which — despite acknowledging the statistical reality of the effect — recommended termination on the grounds that the intelligence utility was too low to justify continued funding. The unit reportedly produced operationally useful intelligence on a range of targets including hostage locations, nuclear facility layouts, and military equipment specifications.
Soviet psychotronics
The Soviet Union's parallel programme — variously called psychotronics, parapsychology, or bioelectronics research — was the primary institutional driver for US government investment in remote viewing. The threat assessment was that Soviet researchers were developing the ability to remotely kill, incapacitate, or read the minds of Western intelligence assets and decision-makers. The Soviet programme included research on the "psychotronic generator" (a device alleged to transmit psychic influence at a distance), Semyon Kirlian's high-voltage photography of bioenergetic fields, and studies of claimed telepathic phenomena in twins and between distant subjects.
Remote influencing
Beyond information-gathering, more aggressive applications involve the alleged ability of trained practitioners to remotely influence the mental and physiological states of target individuals — inducing confusion, depression, medical events, or specific decisions in adversaries. The mechanism of thought transmission is described as bidirectional: a remote viewer accessing information about a kidnapping victim could also receive signals sent by a victim actively trying to communicate their location, and could conversely transmit images or impressions to another person.
Astral and magical warfare
Beyond electronic and conventional remote viewing operations, some SSP witnesses describe a third layer of psychic warfare involving astral projection and ceremonial magic as offensive and defensive tools. Reported targeting against SSP witnesses is said to occur on "astral and magic" levels — not merely surveillance or electronic harassment but direct psychic injury — including the ability to "lay a brainwave pattern on top of your brain," a technique bridging the psychotronic (electronic) and magical domains.
Psionic interface with UAP
Black-site programmes have reportedly deployed psionic or psychic operators not against human targets but against non-human craft, using trained psychics interfaced with technology to lock onto, intercept, and bring in ET vehicles so that they can be struck by electromagnetic pulse weapons. Children with high psionic aptitude have allegedly been recruited into these programs under coercive conditions, placed on dopamine-enhancing drugs, and trained as "psionic hijackers" of ET craft — with many reportedly dying or ending up in comas as a result.
ET-related psychic operations
Remote viewing protocols have been applied to ET-related targets including Ceres, Mars, and historical events relevant to non-human presence on Earth, with reported confirmations of an insectoid-human conflict on Mars and of large-scale infrastructure on Ceres.
