Civilizations on Venus
Civilizations on Venus are supposed civilizations alleged to live beneath Venus's surface or at densities above ordinary matter, rather than on its exposed surface of roughly 465 °C beneath clouds of sulfuric acid. A number of such populations have been alleged — by contactees active from the 1950s, most fully documented by Frank Stranges, and by the later channeled material of Elena Danaan — and are the subject of competing attributions. Stranges' supposed emissary Valiant Thor arrived at Holloman Air Force Base in March 1957 and supposedly lived under United States government protection for three years; George Adamski, Howard Menger and George Van Tassel independently reported meeting other supposed extraterrestrials (Venusians) who were physically human-passing in the same decade. Danaan's later material names the supposed population Thor belongs to the Naari — supposed colonists of Taal and Sirius B descent who administer, from a Council of Five outpost, the same world (locally called Naara) that Danaan also describes as a habitat for supposed higher-density non-human occupants including Arcturians (Ohorai) and a small collective called the Koldasii.
If accurate, Venus is Earth's nearest inhabited neighbor and, on its own emissaries' account, a party to unrealized 20th-century proposals for nuclear disarmament, disease-curing medicine and free energy, and an ongoing diplomatic channel between the Galactic Federation of Worlds and Earth's governments — one its residents describe as having reached both Cold War Washington and the Soviet Union, and as bearing on operations as far out as Mars.
Michael Salla and Dan Willis hold that the 1950s "Space Brothers" wave may not describe Venusians at all: Adamski's saucer, they note, is visually near-identical to the German Haunebu disc, and Salla argues that some contactees who believed they were in touch with Venusians were in fact meeting Antarctic-based German personnel who themselves claimed an off-world origin. Willis reads the wider "Space Brothers" wave as a possible MJ-12-directed effort to attribute disc-shaped craft sightings to peaceful Venusian visitors, obscuring the German programme's own disc aircraft. On this reading none of the contactees invented anything — they described sincerely what they were shown — and the misattribution, if it occurred, belongs to whoever supplied the Venusian framing. Stranges' Val Thor and Danaan's later Naari material are not implicated in this reading, since Danaan's own account identifies Thor as the same emissary Stranges met at the Pentagon, decades on. Separately, Len Kasten, drawing on Andromedan contactee material, holds that Venus is not a naturally formed world at all but a Reptilian-crewed, planet-sized spacecraft relocated into the second orbit after Earth was nudged into the third; an account that, if accurate, would not deny the inhabitation described above but would recast its deep history as engineered rather than evolved.
Civilizations of the biodome outpost
No indigenous population is described. Val Thor's wife Jylian, a colonist of Sirius B (Ashkera) descent, told Danaan directly: "there isn't here any local species left. This planet was devastated many times in the past. It's a perfect outpost, though, for the observation of your planet." The colonists instead descend from two Lyran-lineage sources: Taal settlers from the Man system — Val Thor's own line, which renamed itself Naari after generations underground — and colonists of Ashkera (Sirius B) descent such as Jylian, who fought at the Pentagon "as a technician on Val's ship" during the 1957 mission. Administration runs through the Council of Five: the Egaroth councilor Annax holds that the Council's Egaroth leadership is "reserved... in regard to intervening in Russia," reporting that the Soviet government's insistence on independence from the Galactic Federation of Worlds left it vulnerable to the Nebu — a policy discussion the two conducted in person at Val Thor's own residence on Naara. Taal officers were selected for Earth-facing missions specifically for their near-human appearance and constitution. The outpost is built of hundreds of biodome structures, each lit by an artificial sun powered by antimatter, connected by underground corridors and antigravity transit. Danaan's two documented visits were undertaken with the Galactic Federation officer Thor Han Eredyon and the Egaroth councilor Annax; her Taal escorts wore white uniforms shimmering with golden metal particles and ancient Greek-style helmets. On a second visit, Danaan describes the city of Val Thor's family appearing by night beneath a holographic dome sky reproducing the starry heavens: "a multitude of orbs of all sizes floated under the vault of the underground dome, in a mesmerizing ballet of fairy lights."
Publicly, this population first reached the field in November 1952, when George Adamski described meeting a tall, fair-haired, long-haired being named Orthon — a physical type consistent with the Nordic phenotype reported across the wider contactee literature — in the California desert, communicating by hand gestures and telepathy before being taken aboard a Venusian craft; Campobasso's almanac separately records Menger's August 1956 tour and Van Tassel's visits from the commander Solganda, who later supplied the blueprints for the Integratron. The fullest account came from Frank Stranges' record of Valiant Thor. Thor carried a proposal from the "High Council" of Venus to President Dwight D. Eisenhower covering nuclear disarmament, liberation from fossil fuels, the cure of disease, the end of famine, and the end of war; Thor communicated through a handheld device that displayed alien script in the air, translating itself telepathically into any observer's native language. A podcast dramatization of the book has Secretary of Defense Charles Wilson reading the proposal aloud and Eisenhower declining it on the grounds that it would collapse the American economy. Laura Eisenhower, the president's great-granddaughter, has said the beings "were present for a couple of years and they proposed something to Eisenhower and Eisenhower was in agreement to it." Eisenhower further reports a past-life or soul connection to Thor through her own clairvoyant research. Val Thor's own account, given decades later to Danaan, holds the American side "wanted to know about our technology, to use it solely for war purposes," in contrast to a Russian side he found suspicious of him but never hostile. Thor also described a wider mandate: warfare with the Nebu and Ciakahrr over Mars (called Tyr) was, per a separate transmission, the Federation's "next step" after the Earth mission. Stranges also built his public ministry around the contact, briefing early press contacts immediately after his claimed encounters and, per a later podcast profile, maintaining ongoing communication with Thor over decades, including claimed appearances at Stranges's own conferences. The filmmaker and compiler Craig Campobasso's independent almanac describes Venusians as living "in the interior of the planet under synchrotron skies," indistinguishable from Earth humans with eye colors "more vibrant than on other worlds," and other races including the Pleiadians as saying "to be in the presence of a Venusian is to be in the presence of divinity in its true form" — holding to their own "Cosmic Law of One" — a house term of Campobasso's not to be confused with the Ra Material's Law of One — and using a body-shaped healing bed of alternating blue and green plasma tubes.
Civilizations of the higher-density habitat
Per Danaan's account, the Council of Five elevated the whole of Naara to fourth density specifically to place it beyond Ciakahrr reach, producing "two different planes of existence" on one world: the biodome outpost above, and a separate population existing at fourth to sixth density. That population includes Arcturians (Ohorai), who bring Terran light-beings to their starships in the dream state for healing without violating free will, and a small extra-dimensional collective cell of twelve high-density races the Council of Five calls the Koldasii. A separate tradition, the channeled Law of One / Ra Material, holds that Ra, a sixth-density social memory complex, evolved on Venus during a distant era when the account implies the planet supported life, before progressing through the densities and later engaging Earth's early civilizations.[citation needed] Former secret-space-program diplomat Chris O'Connor separately reports past-life incarnations through a "Ra Collective" he places on Venus "many, many, many millions of years ago," alongside incarnations through the Andromedans and Arcturians. Neither Danaan's nor Stranges' material addresses the Ra tradition, and no source states whether the sixth-density Ra civilization is continuous with the present Koldasii/Arcturian habitat, an earlier and now-departed population, or an unrelated claim about the same planet.
Individual peoples
The Naari — the Taal-descended colonists, including Val Thor's own line — administer the biodome outpost jointly with Ashkera-descended colonists and are the population most consistently in contact with Earth.
The Egaroth, represented on Naara by Councilor Annax, lead the Council of Five's administration of the outpost and, through it, the Council's wider diplomatic posture toward Earth's governments.
The Arcturians (Ohorai) inhabit the higher-density plane of Naara as part of a wider galactic role defending Earth from Reptilian and Grey agendas alongside the Galactic Federation of Worlds; their Venusian presence is one of several such habitats they are described as maintaining.
The Koldasii are described only as a twelve-race extra-dimensional collective cell resident in Naara's higher-density plane; no further account of them has surfaced.
Ra, per the Law of One material, is a sixth-density social memory complex whose civilization is said to have evolved on Venus before its members progressed through the densities and later took part in Earth's early history.[citation needed]
Arkheim Ra, a self-described Montauk Project survivor, describes what he calls "an alternate Venus" as a steampunk, entirely underground culture with a rave and dance-music scene, distinct from any of the accounts above, and separately claims Elon Musk originates there.
