Donald Marshall

Donald Marshall (born 1980, Canada) is a Canadian whistleblower who allegedly claims to have been transported to cloning centers during his REM-stage sleep from childhood, where consciousness facsimiles — his own and those of other individuals — were purportedly activated in cloned bodies and reportedly used for entertainment, experimentation, and coercive control by an elite group he identifies as Illuminati controllers. Marshall began releasing his account publicly around 2011 through open letters and forum posts that circulated widely in the alternative research community, and he is commonly cited alongside Corey Goode and Swaruu of Erra as an independent source on the alleged celebrity cloning programme.

Claims

REM-sleep transfer

According to Marshall, from an early age he was allegedly transported during the REM stage of sleep into a cloned body held at an underground cloning-center facility — a process he describes as a form of consciousness duplication distinct from the soul transfer technology described by other SSP claimants. In this cloned body, Marshall reportedly claims he was present at performances, briefings, and acts of coercion staged for the benefit of elite attendees, allegedly including prominent political and entertainment figures whose own clones were purportedly present at the same facility.

Content creation under duress

Marshall further claims he was allegedly used as a songwriter and creative producer while in the cloned state, with material developed under duress then purportedly appropriated by connected music-industry figures. This specific allegation — that elite-connected celebrities reportedly attended cloning centers to extract creative output from captive individuals — is the aspect of his testimony most widely cited in discussions of celebrity cloning.

Vrill lizards

Marshall also describes an alleged parasitic non-human species he refers to as Vrill, which he distinguishes from the Vril Society's channeled contacts. According to Marshall, Vrill are purportedly diminutive subterranean reptilian beings reportedly capable of inserting a parasitic probe into a human host's eye socket, allegedly displacing the original consciousness and "bodysnatching" the host body. This element of his testimony overlaps thematically with Draco Reptilian accounts from other SSP witnesses.

Cloning technology: parallel testimony

The broader claim that an elite-controlled human cloning program exists, producing duplicates used for surveillance, coercion, and replacement of public figures, has been independently described by Swaruu of Erra, the Taygetan Pleiadian contactee transmitted through Cosmic Agency. Swaruu describes a technically detailed cloning pipeline: "They have been manufacturing clones of all sorts of people, politicians and high profile people, celebrities, military, that is, anyone who can be useful to replace, to fulfill the agenda they want. These clones are controlled from a central AI that works with a transmitter that receives through a chip interface, either a silicon one with a neuronal connection or chip created with bioengineering inside its brain."

According to Swaruu, there is a graduated pricing structure for clones, a gestation period ranging from two weeks (for disposable "single-use" clones deployed in suicide missions) to three to five months (for stable long-term replacements). Elite-produced celebrity clones are described as being used for slave and sex-slave purposes as well as public appearances and false-flag operations. Swaruu's testimony is consistent with Marshall's in identifying a progressive rollout: "The clones were used only to replace high level Illuminati leaders, then heads of state and politicians as doubles. Then it has leaked to celebrities and high level entrepreneurs, especially linked to large transnational [corporations] and the leaders of large banks."

The use of clones as instruments of coercion against the originals is also corroborated in Swaruu's testimony: "we have seen that this is used as a means of blackmail against the original person... if the original person does not obey the cabal's wishes and revolt against them, they will use his clone, increasing the connection to the source as much as possible, creating a remote torture situation that the original person will perceive and suffer greatly. The clone is tortured instead of the original."

Cloning centers: infrastructure

According to accounts synthesized from Marshall, Swaruu, and related researchers, cloning centers are located within deep underground military bases (DUMBs), particularly in Australia and the United States. Swaruu identifies a central AI called the "Red Queen," based primarily under Denver International Airport, as the coordinating intelligence for all clone control: it works through a global transmitter network including cell-phone towers and internet-connected devices to manage the behavioral programming of all active clones simultaneously. The use of children in cloning programs — for Satanist ritual purposes, according to multiple witnesses — is described as occurring "on a large scale."

The film The Island (2005) and the broader "MILAB abduction" phenomenon are cited by Swaruu as deliberate disclosure devices: the cabal "tells you this through films like The Island, which is more of a documentary exposing this to the population that simply takes it as science fiction."

Marshall began his public disclosure through proboard forums and open Facebook letters, eventually accumulating a substantial following in the alternative research community. His account is remarkable for its specificity regarding the experiential texture of the cloning center — crowd configurations, lighting, specific celebrities he claims to have encountered — and for the detail regarding the Vrill species.
