Melinda Leslie
Melinda Leslie is an American alien abduction researcher and experiencer who has been investigating extraterrestrial abductions and subsequent military re-abductions since 1993. She is among a small number of researchers who have publicly documented what she terms "covert human involvement" in the abduction phenomenon — the pattern in which non-human abductees are subsequently re-abducted by covert military and intelligence personnel. She resides in Sedona, Arizona, where she operates UFO Sighting Tours using Generation III military night vision goggles.
Background and abduction experiences
Leslie's awareness of her abductions began in 1989 following visits to Area 51 in Nevada during the period when the Bob Lazar story was breaking, which triggered recall of childhood and adolescent ET abduction experiences going back to early childhood. A roommate witnessed her disappearance during a period of missing time and independently observed an alien entity in the hallway of their shared home. Over the course of her lifetime she has documented eight types of non-human entities in her experiences, including multiple Gray variants, hybrids, Reptilians, Mantis beings, and Nordics. She was among the participants in the Coronado mass abduction case documented by Yvonne Smith and Preston Dennett, involving at least fifteen individuals.
MILAB research
Leslie has reportedly experienced nine MILAB events she is aware of, beginning in 1993, and has interviewed hundreds of other individuals with comparable accounts. She prefers the term "covert human involvement" to MILAB, noting that the activity originates not with surface military but with deep black covert projects operating under Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs). In one reported incident, Leslie and several friends were allegedly collected from a home by ET entities, then handed off to uniformed personnel with weapons at a parking lot and transported by unmarked commuter vans to an underground facility she associates with the Sedona, Arizona area, where they underwent psychokinesis testing and a medical examination before being given a drug compound intended to erase memory. A second experience, which required twelve separate regression sessions with three different therapists to recover, involved interrogation at a facility she believes was China Lake Annex, where she was asked to complete a technical schematic of ET craft components. Former colleagues and associated researchers including Dr. John Mack, Budd Hopkins, Leo Sprinkle, John Carpenter, Barbara Lamb, and Yvonne Smith all confirmed to Leslie that they held multiple MILAB cases within their own research files. Leslie notes that the most reliable method abductees have found to stop MILAB activity is to go fully public, reducing the covert actors' operational leverage.
