Jerry Wills

Jerry Wills (born September 11, 1953, by official record) is an American psychic healer, inventor, and contactee who claims to be an extraterrestrial child placed on Earth as an infant under a program arranged with the Eisenhower administration, originating from a water world in the Tau Ceti star system. He has conducted psychic healing work for over two decades, led expeditions to Peru and other sites in search of ancient civilizations, and worked as an electronics engineer and inventor before turning to healing.

Biography

Discovery and adoption

Wills was found in an abandoned farmhouse near Fort Knox, Kentucky, on or around September 11, 1953, suffering from frostbite after being left in cold weather for an extended period. He was taken to Fort Knox Medical Center and subsequently placed with an Army man and his wife as his adoptive parents. He was not told he was adopted as a child and did not learn the circumstances of his placement until adulthood — confirmed both by a former soldier who approached him at a public talk and by his extraterrestrial contact, Zoe, at age 38. He also had a twin — a girl named Barbara — placed with a different family. A retired soldier identified the placement program to him as "Project Red Light," linked to the Eisenhower-era agreements following the 1948 Aztec UFO crash.

Contact with Zoe

Beginning around age 12–13, Wills began regular contact with an extraterrestrial he calls "Zoe" — a human-appearing male who visited him at least weekly from early adolescence until age 18. The first sighting that preceded this contact was a large, slow-moving UFO carrying five large, soft pastel-colored lights cycling sequentially along its hull. Zoe brought Wills technical information across multiple disciplines and showed him images of his homeworld using a viewing device aboard the craft.

At age 18, Zoe told him his tutelage was complete; at 38, Zoe appeared in person at Wills's Phoenix home to warn him of his adoptive mother's impending death and to disclose the full story of his extraterrestrial origins, including that his homeworld was a water world called Laos orbiting Tau Ceti.

Military interest

Following his adoptive father's death when Wills was seven, military personnel made regular visits and spoke of enrolling him in the Air Force Academy. On the day his father died, seven military and civilian figures arrived to take custody of him; his adoptive mother refused, producing a birth certificate, and they never returned.

Career and inventions

As a young adult, Wills was hired by Kissinger Associates in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and given a fully equipped private laboratory despite having no college degree; PhDs from Princeton and Harvard rotated in to tutor him in electronics. He walked away when he discovered one of his designs — built believing it to be a medical device — was being used for a claymore mine detonator. Drawing on extraterrestrial knowledge of red-light photobiology provided by Zoe, he later designed one of the first therapeutic red LED units for Western Medical — classified top secret upon completion.

Disclosure and public activities

Psychic healing

From childhood, Wills exhibited spontaneous psychic healing abilities — first practiced on animals, then on a neighboring farmer whose injured knee he repaired, causing ostracism by his rural Kentucky community. His healings drew sustained media attention: Arizona Fox News affiliate ran two specials per year on his work for eleven years.

The decision to commit fully to healing work followed an experience in Peru, where Wills reports being given a choice to fulfill his mission or continue his prior life; he chose the mission.

Peru expeditions and stargate experience

Wills led expeditions to Peru and other sites for over 25 years, focusing on evidence of civilizations predating 12,000 years ago. At a site called Au in Peru — positioned on a ley line — Wills produced three tones described to him by an Aymara shaman named Pedro, was drawn into a polished sandstone structure, and momentarily disappeared from view of his companions, who saw him as a shimmering light before he reappeared.

Wills's description of being placed on Earth as an extraterrestrial child connects to the broader literature on starseeds and ET seeding programs. The Tau Ceti system is identified as one of several star systems with human-type civilizations in Elena Danaan's catalogue. Danaan and Michael Salla have separately described a group of 24 "Seeder Races" within the Intergalactic Confederation — master geneticists who seeded the human genome across the galaxy beginning in the Lyra constellation and who periodically return to evaluate how terrestrial humanity is progressing — a framework within which programs like the one Wills describes would constitute a form of direct biological intervention.

Witness assessments

Danny Henderson, founder of the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection (GSIC), described Wills as "a long-term, tenured, proven, verified witness" who "radiates an energy" and confirmed Wills's description of being "one of the newborn infants that came from the Tau Ceti region in our solar system who had an agreement with the Dwight Eisenhower administration."

Michael Salla credited Wills with contributing to his own recovery from a serious illness in 2025, describing Wills as one of the "faith healers or psychic healers" who assisted him: "Jerry Wills helped me a lot; I mean, he was really there for me."
