Come Carpentier

Come Carpentier de Gourdon is a French-Indian researcher, writer, and exopolitics commentator who works at the intersection of geopolitics, philosophy, and the study of extraterrestrial phenomena. Born in the Canary Islands and long resident in India, he has written extensively on world politics, consciousness, and ancient extraterrestrial contact, and is associated with the World Affairs Journal in New Delhi.

Biography

Carpentier's earliest exposure to the UFO phenomenon came through his father, a freelance journalist who attended a French government press conference in the mid-1950s at which Ministry of Information representatives showed films and photographs of unexplained aerial craft and urged the assembled press to treat the subject with discretion so as not to cause public alarm. During family trips to Madrid in the 1960s, he encountered the then-prominent Spanish ufological community, which was investigating physical traces, material objects retrieved from landing sites, and documented encounters.

After traveling overland to India for the first time with his father in 1975, Carpentier wrote an unpublished book compiling records of extraterrestrial encounters and alien technologies drawn from ancient Indian and global sources.

Disclosure and public activities

Carpentier's research spans several major contact cases and geopolitical dimensions of the UFO phenomenon:

Ummo case

Main article:

Ummo affair

Carpentier is a principal investigator of the Ummo affair, meeting the late French researcher Jean-Pierre Petit and through him a French engineer named Roger who compiled an encyclopedic analysis of the Ummite letters.

Amicizia / W-56 case

Main article:

Amicizia (contact case)

Carpentier is one of the principal researchers of the Italian Amicizia case. He personally visited the former contact site at Rocca Pia and met with survivor members of the Italian contact group. Paola Harris, who independently investigated the Amicizia case from her base in Rome, arranged for Stefano Breccia — the physicist who wrote the definitive account of the W-56 contact — to present his findings at a US conference in Hawaii, the only American venue at which Breccia ever spoke before his death; Harris subsequently received Breccia's presentation materials and audio recordings of the W-56 beings' voices.

Indian sacred texts and ET contact

Main article:

Vimana

Indian political and intellectual elites privately acknowledge the existence of non-human intelligent beings, drawing on cultural memory embedded in Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism, and that Indian sacred texts contain technically precise descriptions of both human-built AI-animated craft and craft belonging to divine beings.

ET contacts and geopolitics

Main article:

Cold War

A global "control group" has been managing the UFO phenomenon and preventing public disclosure for decades, citing a Churchill-to-Roosevelt letter during World War II ordering secrecy over disc-shaped craft as evidence that state suppression predates the postwar era. An independent corroboration of the Churchill–Eisenhower secrecy agreement comes from Paul Blake Smith, who reports that a bodyguard to Churchill who served in the RAF overheard Churchill and Eisenhower discussing a disc-shaped craft observed over the English Channel near an RAF aircraft, and that they agreed to bury the matter out of concern it would cause panic and undermine public faith in Christianity. A Russian contact told Carpentier that the Soviet Union concluded the Americans had made a deal with a particular non-human species, and may have arranged their own separate agreement with a different species — potentially structuring the Cold War as a proxy conflict for two competing ET factions.
