Lorien Fenton
Lorien Fenton is a UFO researcher, radio host, and event organiser based in Northern California, active in the field of ufology and extraterrestrial contact research since the 1980s. She hosts The Fenton Files and has produced UFO Con, an annual conference held in San Francisco, California.
Biography
Active engagement with the UFO community began at age thirteen, with her primary interests covering the secret space program, MK-Ultra and super soldiers, military abductions, and time travel phenomena. A long-term contactee, she is continuously monitored on account of her research and contact history. A direct "download" experience occurred in 2011 while observing a black triangle craft over Anaheim, California, — the moment involvement shifted from research to active mission.
Disclosure and public activities
Secret space program and black triangle sightings
The United States developed anti-gravity propulsion as early as 1952, based on FOIA documents obtained by UFO researchers. Ralph Ring, a researcher and development engineer who worked under a protégé of Nikola Tesla in Apple Valley, California, and reportedly flew a functional craft that produced a temporal shift effect — occupants were unaware of travel because the craft moved through a dimensional boundary. The lab was subsequently raided by the government and development was halted.
In November 2014, a black triangle craft the size of a football field was observed hovering directly over a parking lot where her MUFON chapter was meeting in Northern California. The craft moved at extreme speed and disappeared in less than a second after extinguishing its lights. In 2017 a scientist at a Society for Scientific Exploration conference in Las Vegas, upon hearing the account, responded "Was it ours or theirs?" — implicit confirmation that a secret space program exists. An estimated 200–500 such craft are operational, and believes they have the capability to reach the Moon and Mars.
MK-Ultra, super soldiers, and MILABS
The origins of the MK-Ultra mind control program to Operation Paperclip, specifically to Josef Mengele and German scientists brought to the United States after World War II. The programme evolved to create militarised super soldiers — highly intelligent operatives selected in boot camp by hypnotisability and placed aboard black triangle craft.
A connection exists between the 20-and-back secret space program accounts and programmatic mind control — proposing that some individuals may have been absent for months but were conditioned to remember 20 years.
MILABS — military re-abductions of ET contactees — were routine in the 1980s and 1990s, with the military learning identities of contactees directly from cooperating extraterrestrials and re-abducting them within days of initial contact to gather intelligence. At the 2016 International UFO Congress, a contactee she knew identified a prominent UFO conference speaker as the military operative who had interrogated her during a MILAB experience — and that it was the third such identification Fenton's colleague Melinda had witnessed in five years.
Time travel and ET temporal mechanics
Extraterrestrial craft navigate by pushing through dimensional envelopes, producing time dilation effects that explain both the phenomenal speeds observed and the missing time reported by abductees. Numerous contactee reports document of temporal displacement — abductees returned to locations different from their departure point, or returned before they left, as in accounts where a contactee sees a copy of themselves still performing a pre-abduction action. ETs do not experience time linearly and miscalibrate when returning abductees.
The Yellow Book — an alleged ET artefact reported in UFO researcher circles since the 1980s to have been given to President Eisenhower — — a device allowing the viewer to examine alternate timelines and past and future events.
The remote viewing programme at Stanford Research Institute was developed not primarily to counter Soviet psychic warfare but to enable communication with extraterrestrials. Former remote viewer Lyn Buchanan's description of conducting a telepathic session with a non-human being while enrolled in the programme.
UFO Con
Fenton is director of the UFO Con conference, held annually in the San Francisco, California area. The event is produced as a non-profit community venture with an emphasis on affordable access and speakers not commonly featured at larger conferences. The 2026 event was scheduled for March 20–22 in San Francisco; speakers confirmed as of November 2025 included Michael Schratt, Solaris Blue Raven, and Courtney Marks.
