Mark Domizio is a Pennsylvania-based witness who allegedly was covertly recruited into a Navy black project in 1981, reportedly served at a classified underground facility beneath Diego Garcia, and purportedly recovered memories of those experiences through QHHT sessions beginning in 2016. He first spoke publicly in June 2021 on the Journey to Truth Podcast and later returned alongside QHHT practitioner Suzanne Spooner to discuss his ongoing memory recovery.
Background and recruitment
Domizio was born circa 1958 and grew up in the Malvern, Pennsylvania area. In summer 1981, at age 23, he was approached by a Navy recruiter who introduced him to an unnamed contact identified as "Bill," described as a Navy SEAL. At a meeting in a local bar, Bill used psychological pressure and administered a drug that rendered Domizio unconscious after he signed papers in the back of a van. He was driven to a facility in Camden, New Jersey identified as a "medical center," processed under the name of a "Captain William McKinney," then woke in a field near his apartment with no memory of the intervening time.
He suffered suicidal ideation in the months following and attempted overdose twice, attributing this to suppressed awareness of what had occurred. He married and suppressed the memories for decades, experiencing recurring nightmares.

Starting around 2015, more explicit memories surfaced. Watching footage of Randy Cramer and Corey Goode triggered an uncontrollable emotional reaction confirming the personal nature of the memories. Through QHHT sessions with Suzanne Spooner (2016 onward), Rebecca Rose, and Peter Maxwell Slattery, Domizio recovered memories of training at Diego Garcia and transfer to an underground facility (DUMB).
Key personal experiences at Diego Garcia include:
- Training with seven other recruits numbered one through eight, forbidden from speaking to one another, run by "Bill."
- "Retraining" for refusal to carry out assignments — confinement, beatings, and repeated near-drowning (waterboarding).
- A failed escape attempt he organized among the eight recruits, betrayed by "number seven."
- A year of solitary confinement under a commandant referred to as "Kruger" — a cell approximately 5 feet high, stripped, fed dog food.
- Encounter with a reptilian being who communicated telepathically ("You've seen us before"), which was the primary reason he first sought QHHT.
- Transfer through multiple prisons including what he believes was an off-world facility, where a 7-foot non-Earth humanoid being protected him from other prisoners.

Domizio was cloned during the program via "alien soul-splitting technology," producing multiple alters including "Hans" (an assassin active for approximately 34–35 years at Diego Garcia) and "Sam" (created at Dulce Base in 1983–1984 and deployed to Mars). Sam served for decades on Mars, entering the Dark Fleet and later operating a covert unit called "Shadow Rangers" that took contracts from multiple SSP factions.
Revoking consent for the program to use his alters and reclaiming his Sam soul fragment through meditation caused Sam's death — felt as physical pain. The program subsequently ran his clone on AI rather than a living soul fragment.
Subsequent abduction (2017)
In 2017, Domizio was reportedly abducted from his home after "Bill" learned he had consulted Suzanne Spooner the previous year. The incident was not a dream, as his vision was blurred consistent with not wearing his contact lenses, and he awoke with a needle mark on his hand.
