Jen Sullivan
Jen Sullivan (writing as J.F. Sullivan) is an American author and past life regression subject who, through sessions of quantum healing hypnosis technique (QHHT) conducted by hypnotherapist Sarah Breskman Cosme, recovered detailed claimed memories of a past life as a princess and briefly queen of Lemuria, culminating in witnessing the civilization's destruction by Atlantean military action. She published her account in the book Child of the Universe (available on Amazon and through her website jfsullivan.com). She discussed the material with Dr. Michael Salla on his podcast EXOPOLITICS TODAY in July 2022.
Claims
Sullivan describes entering QHHT sessions as a self-described skeptic — drawn in part by a recurring lifelong dream of a towering ocean wave she could not outclimb. Over approximately two to two and a half years of sessions beginning around 2017, she developed detailed memories of a lifetime as Kala, princess of a matriarchal Lemurian society sustained by extraterrestrial red crystal technology, culminating in Atlantis's destruction of Lemuria and Kala's sixty-year captivity in Atlantis. She also claims a past life as an extraterrestrial crew commander whose mission to upgrade human DNA ended in a crash or stranding on Earth — an event she identifies as the shared origin of both Lemurian and Atlantean civilizations.

Independent accounts and reception
Hypnotherapist Sarah Breskman Cosme published a companion volume containing verbatim session transcripts and accounts from other unconnected clients who, without knowledge of Sullivan's material, described the same place, the same jumpsuits worn by the ET commander, and similar details. Sullivan has also received numerous letters from readers of Child of the Universe describing independent lifelong recurring wave dreams and their own Lemurian past-life memories.
