Arcturus

Arcturus is the brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere and the fourth brightest star in the night sky, located in the constellation Boötes approximately 37 light-years from Earth, and the home star of the Arcturians — among the most spiritually and technologically advanced civilizations in the local stellar neighborhood, serving a healing and guidance function within the Galactic Federation of Worlds and providing a waystation between other star systems and Earth. In Alex Collier's Andromedan contact material, the Arcturians are described as having guided civilizations through consciousness transitions for hundreds of millions of years, operating at a level of development that makes their intervention qualitatively different from that of younger Federation members.

Arcturus as a stellar portal

Arcturus is described in Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I as a high-plasmic-density star containing a natural singularity in its core — a stable interdimensional transfer point called an "Arakh" in the Anakh terminology. The account states that approximately 700,000 years ago, Anu — an heir of the Anakh Empire from a parallel universe — arrived in the Arcturus system by passing through this portal, naming the star "Arakh-Nara" (meaning "portal-starlight"). Arcturus subsequently became known as "Ohora" — home of the Ohorai — after the Anakhim and their associated civilization developed the system. The account notes that such natural stargates occur in stars of sufficiently high plasmic density, including Arcturus, Antares, and Sirius A.

Life

Arcturus is described in contact and channeled testimony as home to the Arcturians, a triad of peoples occupying the system collectively: the Ohorai (or Ohorans), who hold the Federation-facing role and are sometimes mistaken for the Zenae of the Andromedan Council; the Glaideai, planetary guardians on the moons of the gas giant Ora; and the Noo-Lin of the icy moon Ora Mura. All three are credited with a healing-and-guidance role toward Earth, working through the Galactic Federation of Worlds and popularizing the Dom Dorhu meditative discipline, now practiced by several Lyran-descended peoples. Craig Campobasso's independent almanac gives a taller estimate of Arcturian stature than Danaan's, and — citing JJ Hurtak — separately credits the Arcturians with some Earth crop circles, alongside a way-station role — cited from both Hurtak and Edgar Cayce — for souls transitioning between incarnations. SSP witnesses including Chris O'Connor and David Rousseau report personal soul-lineage ties to the Arcturians and firsthand rescue, during a Mars mission that came under attack, by the Arcturians' characteristic blue transport spheres.
