Venus
Venus is the second planet of the Sol system, orbiting between Mercury and Earth. Its surface — roughly 465°C beneath a carbon-dioxide atmosphere some ninety times Earth's pressure, under permanent clouds of sulfuric acid — carries no signs of life, including intelligent life, that are publicly acknowledged by the mainstream scientific community or confirmed by SETI.[citation needed]
The exopolitics researchers Michael Salla and Dan Willis, surveying the contactee record, hold that Venus is inhabited; the accounts they draw on are those of the contactees Frank Stranges, George Adamski, and Elena Danaan, Venus hosts one or more civilizations existing beneath the surface and, according to Danaan, at an elevated density — the same frequency-based mechanism by which the density framework holds that any world's population can lie beyond a lower-density observer's perception — a state no source consulted dates for Venus specifically. Danaan renders the planet's local name as Naara. The most extensively documented human contact traced to the planet is Valiant Thor's three-year Pentagon residency and his proposal to President Dwight D. Eisenhower, which the administration rejected on economic grounds; Michael Salla and Dan Willis, by contrast, read Adamski's own Venusian contacts as a mid-century MJ-12-directed psychological operation misattributing German-built disc aircraft to Venusian visitors.

Venus is one of several worlds described as inhabited across the contact record of the Sol system. According to Danaan, the Galactic Federation of Worlds maintains a scientific outpost in biodomes and underground facilities on Naara, monitoring the Sun, while a separate plane of the same world hosts fourth-to-sixth-density occupants — among them the Arcturians, called Ohorai in her rendering, and a twelve-member extra-dimensional collective she names the Koldasii; the density elevation itself is attributed to the Council of Five. Her contact material separately places one of the Ahel people's colonies on Venus — part of the same Lyran-diaspora settlement pattern that reached the Pleiades, Tau Ceti, Procyon, Vega and the Hyades — alongside a colony of the Taal, the Ahel's sister people. This colonial framework places the tall, fair-skinned Venusian humanoids described by Adamski and Stranges within the Ahel/Taal lineage rather than as a species native to Venus itself, consistent with both Stranges' underground-habitat account and Danaan's density-elevation account.
Contact history with Earth
Multiple traditions are said to identify Venus with divine or otherworldly visitors — Ishtar/Inanna in Mesopotamia, Quetzalcoatl in Mesoamerica, and Lucifer ("light-bearer") in the Western tradition — an association some exopolitics writers read as folk memory of contact predating the planet's present hostile surface.[citation needed] The Ra Material similarly holds that the sixth-density social memory complex Ra originated as a physical people on Venus in the planet's distant past, later progressing through the densities before its involvement with Earth's early civilizations — implying, if read literally, that Venus was once habitable, a claim some geological hypotheses about the planet's ancient climate do not rule out, given its resurfacing event roughly 700 million years ago.[citation needed]
George Adamski, the most prominent figure of the 1950s "Space Brothers" contact era, described meeting a Venusian named Orthon in the California desert on November 20, 1952 — two weeks after President Eisenhower's election and two days after Eisenhower's reported briefing on the Roswell crash, a proximity Michael Salla has noted. Salla and Dan Willis read the wider "Space Brothers from Venus" phenomenon as a possible MJ-12-directed psychological operation, designed to attribute publicly seen disc craft to Venusian visitors and so obscure both the German advanced-technology programme's own disc aircraft and separate, non-Venusian ET negotiations underway at the time. Elena Danaan has separately noted that the saucer shape Adamski described closely resembles the German Haunebu craft, raising the question of whether his contacts were genuine Venusians, German breakaway personnel, or some combination of both.
The most extensively documented Venusian contact of the era concerns Valiant Thor, described by Frank Stranges in Stranger at the Pentagon (1967). Thor landed near Alexandria, Virginia in March 1957, was escorted to the Pentagon, and met President Eisenhower and Vice President Nixon, identifying his home as "the planet your Bible calls the morning and the evening star" — Venus. He was given a Pentagon apartment where he remained for the next three years, departing Earth on March 16, 1960 for a race Stranges says "lived and dwelled underground," a condition he indicated is shared by many other inhabited planets. Thor's efforts to bring about an end to disease and war were, according to Stranges, "met with pathetic refusal": he was told repeatedly that his presence and his ideas were a threat to the political and economic structure.
