Chris O'Connor

Chris O'Connor (born 1968) is an American secret space program claimant, professional photographer, art director, and production designer who has worked with A-list Hollywood celebrities. He has publicly disclosed three consecutive 20-year terms of alleged off-world service — totaling sixty years, from 1970 to 2030 — first in a U.S. military secret space program and then as a telepathic diplomatic liaison for a United Nations-affiliated off-world confederation. He has discussed these memories in public interviews with Michael Salla and Elena Danaan, and manufactures a therapeutic electromagnetic device called the DEEMS (Divine Evolution electromagnetic micro singularity) based on technology he claims to have encountered during his service. Because the entire sixty-year service is recovered from his own memory rather than documented — with no service record by design, since on his account he was returned to 1970 as an amnesiac two-year-old — supporters read it as suppressed deep-program memory restored through inner work, while critics read it as a reconstruction assembled from the secret space program testimony already in circulation; even within disclosure circles, the absence of any external check on a memory-only account leaves the case resting wholly on O'Connor's word.

Hollywood career

In his civilian life, O'Connor built a career in the Hollywood entertainment industry, beginning in casting and camera work for auditions before transitioning into art direction and production design, and ultimately into celebrity photography for publication. He describes meeting A-list celebrities through the auditions process and working as an assistant to a few of them: "I started doing well in auditions and presenting to producers and directors and actors... I met some A-list celebrities that liked my work and that we got along very well with... I've always had that kind of art and to my work." At the time of his 2022–2023 interviews with Michael Salla, O'Connor was living in Hawaii.

Alleged secret space program service

From 1970 to 2030, O'Connor allegedly served three consecutive 20-year terms — sixty years in total — first in a U.S. military secret space program and subsequently as a telepathic diplomatic liaison for a United Nations-affiliated off-world confederation, before being age-regressed and returned to Earth as a two-year-old with his memories suppressed.

Pre-incarnation soul agreement

O'Connor reports that his soul is extraterrestrial in origin, having incarnated through Andromedan, Arcturian, and Ra Collective lineages — a collective he associates with an ancient Venusian civilization. He states this heritage purportedly gave him DNA traces capable of interfacing with non-human technologies and the telepathic capability required for diplomatic work. He claims to have made a pre-incarnation soul agreement for his soul group to work with what later became the SSP. The soul-agreement claim is, by its nature, set before birth and therefore beyond any documentary trace: supporters read the Andromedan–Arcturian–Ra lineage and its purported DNA traces as the explanation for why O'Connor in particular was selected, the pre-incarnate contract supplying the reason a two-year-old could be recruited at all; critics read the same lineage as a self-validating premise that explains and protects every later claim — recruitment, telepathy, and the "trusted race" status all follow from a heritage that can be neither confirmed nor disconfirmed, and which assigns O'Connor a uniquely indispensable role.

Age progression and recruitment (1970)

At age two in 1970, O'Connor was allegedly recruited by either the Air Force or Navy, reportedly identified because of the extraterrestrial soul inhabiting his body and the skill set and memories associated with it. Recruiters purportedly age-progressed him to approximately 25 years old through immersion in a biologically active purple-pink gel of off-planet origin: his DNA was extracted and injected into the gel, then large needles were inserted into his bones and internal organs to deliver the gel internally, causing accelerated growth from inside and outside simultaneously over several weeks, after which he was transferred to a larger tank to complete the process. Upon completion, the memories and consciousness of his prior extraterrestrial lives were allegedly unlocked within the age-progressed body through a process he describes as embedded within the DNA itself.

Michael Salla noted that William Tompkins documented TRW developing age regression technology between 1967 and 1971, contemporaneous with O'Connor's described recruitment. Supporters read the Tompkins date-range as independent placement of the technology in exactly the window O'Connor describes, an external prop for an otherwise inward recollection; critics read the alignment the other way, noting that the secret space program milieu in which O'Connor recovered his memories already carried the Tompkins age-regression story, so an account that lands neatly on a circulating date confirms shared sourcing rather than shared experience — and that the gel-tank age-progression procedure itself, however vivid, is recoverable only from O'Connor's memory and corroborated by nothing outside it.

First term: U.S. military SSP (1970–1990)

O'Connor's first 20-year assignment was allegedly with the U.S. military — he believes it was Solar Warden, though he holds this tentatively given memory gaps. He recalls security work in desert facilities in California, work with children being trained, and work in small white medical rooms involving consciousness transfer — moving the consciousness and memories of fatally injured personnel into clones.

UN Secret Space Program (1990–2010)

O'Connor describes his second service term (1990–2010) in what he calls the United Nations Secret Space Program — an off-world diplomatic confederation he reportedly distinguishes from the UN itself: "it has connection to the United Nations here on Earth, but it's not the same exact organization — it's like an offshoot." The qualification that this body is "not the same exact organization" as the terrestrial United Nations is read by supporters as the natural way a deep, compartmented off-world program would relate to its public-facing parent — the reason no UN personnel file or roster names him; critics read the same offshoot framing as the move that places the service exactly where no record could ever exist, the "20-and-back" structure and its concluding memory-wipe together guaranteeing that an unverifiable career leaves, and could leave, no paper trail to check. He connects its formation to negotiations begun in the mid-1960s between space-faring nations — the United States, Soviet Union, United Kingdom, France, and China — and extraterrestrial races, which he says were a factor behind the peaceful end of the Cold War. The UN SSP allegedly initially lacked its own craft and was transported by U.S. Navy and Air Force vessels — described as spartan, with small mint-colored rooms lit by a sourceless greenish ambient light.

O'Connor was reportedly primarily posted at the Saturn diplomatic station — a large spherical metallic space station within Saturn's rings, populated by hundreds of thousands of beings of diverse species — where he purportedly spent over 80% of his time in stasis due to the station's operation at the 8th density. Jean-Charles Moyen and his wife Melanie independently recalled seeing O'Connor in his stasis chamber; the two recognized each other on sight at the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection Conference in Orlando in 2022. This mutual recognition is the case's nearest approach to corroboration from a source other than O'Connor's own memory, and supporters read it as independent cross-witness confirmation — two parties who recovered the same posting separately and then identified one another in person. Critics read it as the predictable product of a shared milieu: both men move in the same secret space program disclosure community and met as fellow speakers at a conference devoted to it, so a recovered memory keyed to a Saturn station that recurs across that community's testimony reflects a common motif and mutual reinforcement rather than two independent observations of one event, with each recollection confirmable only against the other. His primary function was allegedly as a telepathic supplementary observer — monitoring the emotional state of extraterrestrial counterparts and relaying guidance to human lead negotiators — with his extraterrestrial soul lineage reportedly recognized by other delegations as belonging to a trusted race. The predominant work was purportedly remediation of damage caused by dark-faction Earth SSP programs against other races, for which all of humanity was held collectively responsible.

The shooting incident (c. 1991)

Approximately one year into his second term, O'Connor was allegedly present at a mediation session between the UN diplomatic team and a delegation of three tall, gray-skinned, triangular-headed beings whose world had suffered approximately 300,000 casualties at the hands of a rogue Earth SSP faction seeking a mineral or crystal resource. The extraterrestrial delegation was reportedly emotionally agitated despite their normally stoic character; the Earth representative's forceful demeanor was not working. The central delegate purportedly discharged an energy beam from his chest across the table, striking O'Connor in the right shoulder — apparently in frustrated reaction to the impasse rather than as a deliberate targeted attack. O'Connor's body allegedly died before consciousness could be fully transferred; medical personnel purportedly transferred his consciousness into a previously prepared 25-year-old clone. Side effects of the transfer were reportedly flu-like symptoms for one to two days as the energy body synchronized with the new physical form. The act of firing apparently triggered immediate regret in the entity, who subsequently became O'Connor's friend and visited him on Earth; negotiations reached agreement after the incident. The two retellings of the beam differ in detail — in one account O'Connor specifies a green beam from the delegate's chest and his own death in the room, in the other a less-specified blow to the shoulder — and supporters read the variation as the expected texture of a traumatic memory recovered across separate sittings, the core event stable beneath shifting particulars; critics read the drift, together with the death-and-transfer-into-a-waiting-clone resolution, as a recovered-memory account elaborating itself between tellings, the convenient pre-positioned clone and the assailant's turn to friendship restating the secret space program's familiar "20-and-back" death-is-survivable motif rather than recording an independently checkable event. During his UN service O'Connor reportedly learned that Earth humans maintained a presence on approximately 120 planets across other solar systems, many of whose populations had allegedly been told Earth was destroyed and were kept isolated by dark factions. The figure of roughly 120 colonies matches the count Alex Collier reported from Andromedan sources in the late 1990s, and supporters read O'Connor's independent arrival at the same number as cross-confirmation of a real off-world diaspora from a second witness who could not have coordinated with the first; critics read the coincidence the other way, as a detail O'Connor's recovered account inherits from the secret space program literature he was steeped in — a number already in wide circulation reproduced, not rediscovered.

Third term and return (2010–2030)

O'Connor allegedly signed renewal contracts around 1990 and 2010, each for an additional 20 years of diplomatic service. For the third contract, he reportedly negotiated additional terms: restoration of a 25-year-old body, financial compensation upon return to Earth, and the right to bring back a piece of the consciousness-extraction technology they had used — which he subsequently adapted into the DEEMS Device as a healing instrument. Program administrators allegedly expressed confidence he would not remember the terms; he was reportedly given a double memory-suppression dose because he repeatedly insisted he would remember.

He states this version of himself is still serving under a different name, and that he has reportedly begun to receive fragmented memories from that ongoing term — including participation in a major conference on the Saturn diplomatic station concerning the formal transfer of sovereignty over Saturn and its rings from the Anak (believed by O'Connor to be Enki) to the Earth Alliance. He also recalls that only he could allegedly execute the technical step of disarming an ancient program linked to that ownership, because his pre-incarnation soul lineage was involved in creating it. The Saturn sovereignty handover event is independently discussed by Elena Danaan and Alex Collier in accounts relayed from Pleiadian and Andromedan sources. Supporters read O'Connor's placing himself, as the one figure able to disarm the ancient program, at an Enki-to-Earth Alliance handover that Elena Danaan and Alex Collier separately describe as triangulation by three witnesses on a single off-world event; critics note that the Enki–Saturn handover was already a circulating set-piece in Danaan's and Collier's widely-followed material before O'Connor recovered his fragment of it, so an account that not only matches the established story but inserts the narrator as its sole indispensable actor reads as drawing on a shared source — and as the same self-elevating pattern as the pre-incarnation lineage — rather than as a fourth, independent line of sight.

Memory recovery

O'Connor reportedly retrieved his memories gradually through meditation and past-life regression work beginning approximately ten to twelve years before the 2022 interview — earlier memories returning as completed terms were processed, while memories of the still-active third term (ending in 2030) remained largely inaccessible. This retrieval method is the foundation the whole account rests on, and the two readings divide at it. Supporters read the gradual return under meditation and past-life regression as a programmed memory-suppression wearing off exactly as designed — the terms surfacing in order, the still-running third term properly still sealed, just as a deliberately wiped insider's recall should behave. Critics read the same sequence as the recognized hazard of the method: memories produced under hypnotic regression are prone to confabulation, elaborating internally consistent detail without external referent, and an account that conveniently leaves the unverifiable future term blank while filling in the rest displays the shape of suggestion-guided reconstruction rather than recovered fact. The chronology that supporters cite as the signature of a real wiping-off, critics cite as the signature of a narrative built to be internally tidy and externally uncheckable.

Parallel accounts

Michael Salla has noted parallels between O'Connor's testimony and those of Jean-Charles Moyen (age-progressed at four years old in the same approximate era) and Andrew Basiago (also described as undergoing age-progression as a child), and noted Alex Collier's description of approximately 120 off-world human colonies received from Andromedan sources since the 1990s.

Disclosure

O'Connor was interviewed by Michael Salla on September 9, 2022, for Exopolitics Today, in advance of the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection Conference scheduled for October 21–23, 2022 in Orlando, Florida.[citation needed] At that conference, Jean-Charles Moyen and his wife Melanie recognized O'Connor on sight, each reportedly recalling him from a stasis chamber on the Saturn diplomatic station. O'Connor views his public testimony as part of a broader star seed disclosure mission.

Reception and authenticity

O'Connor's testimony presents an unusually pure case of the unfalsifiability that runs through secret space program disclosure generally, because every pillar of the sixty-year career rests on the same three features at once. The service is recovered from memory rather than documented; by O'Connor's own account no record of it could exist, since he was returned to 1970 as a memory-wiped two-year-old and the UN program is described as an off-world "offshoot" distinct from any terrestrial body that might roster him; and the corroboration offered — Jean-Charles Moyen's matching stasis-chamber recollection, the ~120-colony figure shared with Alex Collier, the Enki–Saturn handover described also by Elena Danaan — comes from witnesses inside the same disclosure community, recovered by the same inward methods. Supporters read the convergence of these features as exactly what an effective deep-program memory-suppression would produce: a real career erased from the record, its fragments surfacing in order as the regression work proceeds, and independently confirmed where separate insiders recovered the same off-world events. Critics read the same convergence as a structure that cannot be tested from outside — a recovered-memory account, with no external record by design, "corroborated" only by other recovered-memory accounts from the same milieu — so that the cross-witness agreement reflects a shared body of circulating secret space program motifs rather than independent observation, and the pre-incarnation lineage and uniquely indispensable roles read as self-elevation. Even among believers in the broader phenomenon, the reliance on regression-retrieved memory and the recurring placement of O'Connor at the center of pivotal events draw reservation; the case turns less on any single claim than on whether a memory-only testimony, unverifiable in principle, should be credited at all.

DEEMS Device

As part of his third-term re-enlistment negotiations, O'Connor reportedly secured the right to bring back a piece of off-world consciousness-extraction technology, which he now manufactures on Earth as the DEEMS Device — a passive electromagnetic and piezoelectric field generator marketed for bioenergetic health support. The DEEMS is the only physically present artifact in the account, and supporters read its existence as partial vindication — a tangible object O'Connor links to a remembered off-world original, the recovered memory yielding something one can hold. Critics note that the device on the bench is an ordinary terrestrial electromagnetic unit O'Connor builds and sells, connected to its claimed secret space program provenance only by his own narration — O'Connor himself says he does not build it the way they built it — so it corroborates the manufacture of a commercial product rather than the off-world service said to have inspired it, and a memory-only origin story attached to a saleable item is, on this reading, indistinguishable from one constructed to lend the product an extraordinary pedigree.
