Sarah Breskman Cosme
Sarah Breskman Cosme is a certified hypnotherapist and QHHT practitioner who conducts past-life regression sessions in which clients report memories of Atlantis, Lemuria, and extraterrestrial civilizations. She is the author of A Hypnotist's Journey to Atlantis and A Hypnotist's Journey to the Secrets of the Sphinx, and operates under the website The Holistic Hypnotist.
Background
Cosme studied psychology at Northeastern University with the intention of becoming a psychologist, but left the field after working as an intern at a halfway house where she found conventional pharmaceutical treatment ineffective. She subsequently trained in classical hypnosis, past-life regression under Brian Weiss, and finally became a Level 3 (master-level) practitioner of Dolores Cannon's QHHT.
Her primary subject is Jen Sullivan, a schoolteacher and friend who came to Cosme for help with a condition called pseudotumor cerebri. Sullivan's sessions began with a memory of a past life as a princess in Lemuria and expanded into detailed accounts of Atlantis, extraterrestrial seeding missions, and the destruction of both civilizations. Sullivan subsequently healed and no longer required the medication, which Cosme describes as validation of the material.
Methodology
Cosme uses QHHT to place subjects in deep hypnotic states and addresses questions to what she terms the "higher consciousness" or "subconscious." She verifies accounts by regressing subjects to the same events across multiple sessions, checking for internal consistency. She notes that independent clients who had never met one another began reporting the same Atlantean and Lemurian lifetimes, which she treats as cross-validation.
Key findings: Atlantis and Lemuria
Cosme's sessions describe two ancient civilizations existing roughly simultaneously. Lemuria is portrayed as a large continent populated by a spiritual, non-technological people of dark complexion who lived alongside mer people and benefited from an immunity to viral illness granted by star people through red crystals placed around their continent's borders.
Atlantis is described as founded by an extraterrestrial who survived an intentional crash-landing on Earth, salvaged red crystals from the wreck, and used pre-existing ancient transport vortices (stone circles aligned with ley lines) to reach and rebuild the Atlantean civilization on a technological model resembling his homeworld. Atlantis eventually developed pyramid-based crystal power systems, a rigid class structure, and a hostile attitude toward races it considered inferior.
Sessions describe a catastrophic virus striking Atlantis in its final period, followed by the development of a vaccine that initially appeared to eliminate the illness but later caused children to be born with animal-like DNA features — cat-like faces, gills, tails, or extra nipples. These mutant children were first sent to an island to be killed by a dehydration technology, and later — when their psychic abilities became apparent — exploited by the Atlantean elite to extend their own lifespans by siphoning the children's energy through red crystals.
Atlantis destroyed Lemuria using an atomic-like device placed in ocean rifts, which generated two tidal waves that sank the entire continent; this was motivated by Atlantean desire to acquire the Lemurian red crystals and the immunity they conferred. The capital of Atlantis is identified in sessions as lying beneath the present-day Bermuda Triangle, where submerged advanced technology is said to still malfunction and occasionally displace travelers into alternate timelines.
The Sphinx and Hall of Records
Cosme's second book documents QHHT sessions concerning the Sphinx. Clients describe the Sphinx as built on a magnetized rock that stores and broadcasts energy to other planets, and as possessing a consciousness that allows individuals to identify their extraterrestrial planet of origin. Sessions also describe tunnels beneath the Sphinx leading to a Hall of Records, accessible only at a sufficient level of vibrational frequency.
Independent corroboration from Jen Sullivan
Jen Sullivan, Cosme's primary regression subject, has independently discussed her work with Cosme in separate interviews. Sullivan described first meeting Cosme approximately ten to twelve years before their sessions began, when their children attended the same pre-kindergarten in the Florida Keys, but did not learn of Cosme's work as a hypnotist until 2017, after Hurricane Irma devastated their community. Sullivan stated that she and Cosme conducted "probably two, two and a half years worth of sessions" during which they "uncovered so many of my past lives," with the most significant being a life in Lemuria as a child who was later taken to Atlantis as an adult. Sullivan also described unusual electromagnetic disturbances during their QHHT sessions, stating that she had "probably destroyed a couple of [Cosme's] laptops accidentally" through electrical surges, and that storms would invariably begin during their sessions regardless of the weather at the start.
Attacks and webinar delays
In 2025, Cosme was scheduled to participate alongside George Kavassilas in a webinar organized by Michael Salla titled "The Dilemma of a Star Trek Future." The event was delayed four times; Salla attributed the delays in part to a coordinated attack campaign, stating that he was hospitalized and "almost died" shortly before the original date, that Kavassilas experienced "psychic attacks and directed energy weapons attacks," and that Cosme "was also attacked" through online targeting.
