List of people who have recalled past lives
This is a dynamic list

A list of people who have recalled past lives documents individuals who have reported memories of prior incarnations, whether through spontaneous recall, hypnotic regression, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), or technologically assisted retrieval. The phenomenon intersects with reincarnation, starseed identity claims, and secret space program testimony in which past-life recall is used operationally.
| Person | Method of recall | Key past-life claim | Context / source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Swaruu of Erra | Spontaneous recall | Remembers "countless lives" as successive Swaruu variants due to repeated cycling through her own incarnation loop[1] | Taygetan contact; Pleiadian perspective on reincarnation |
| JP | Technologically induced trance (past-life memory extraction booth) | Recalled a prior incarnation on an ocean planet with a woman later identified as Elena Danaan in a prior life[2] | Past life memories and space ark crews |
| Jean-Charles Moyen | Spontaneous recall and contact experiences | Past life as "Hoshi" in feudal Japan (~12th century); prior life as "Luca" from the planet Ultima[3] | Space ark recognition across incarnations |
| Elena Danaan | Quantum hypnosis | Soul-matrix located in the Pleiades; physical body held in stasis on Erra[4] | Starseed cross-species incarnation |
| Niara Isley | Hypnosis with Mary Rodwell | Identifies as a "first wave volunteer soul" from a Lyran star family who chose to incarnate as human[5] | Dolores Cannon's "volunteer soul" framework |
| Sarah Breskman Cosme | Hypnotic regression | Past-life memories of Atlantis and Lemuria[6] | Discussed with Michael Salla |
| Tony Rodrigues | Spontaneous recall and hypnotic regression | Claims memories of 20 and Back service including life on Mars and Ceres[7] | Secret space program recall overlapping with past-life memory |
| Alex Collier | Telepathic contact with Andromedans | Told that reincarnation will be "scientifically proven and demonstrated"[8] | Andromedan cosmology |
| Dolores Cannon | Practitioner of past-life regression hypnosis | Documented thousands of past-life regression cases including subjects recalling lives on other planets and in other star systems | Pioneer of QHHT |
| Suzanne Spooner | QHHT practitioner | Documents past-life sessions in which higher self selects relevant prior incarnations for healing[9] | QHHT framework |
