Jean-Charles Moyen

Jean-Charles Moyen is a French filmmaker, MUFON investigator, and secret space program (SSP) experiencer based in Quebec, Canada. He is the founder of Nemezis Studio, director of the South Shore documentary-fiction feature series, and host of the Connexion Alien YouTube series documenting French SSP experiencer testimony. Moyen is best known publicly for claiming roughly twenty years of service under a 20 and Back program aboard the joint French-American spacecraft Solaris alongside fellow French experiencer David Rousseau, an account he first presented in English with Michael Salla in 2021–2022. Because the account rests almost entirely on Moyen's own testimony — much of it recovered decades later under hypnotic regression and dramatized in films he wrote, financed, and edited himself — the same account is read, by those who take it as authentic, as the unusually early and self-consistent disclosure of a genuine secret space program experiencer, and, by those who reject it, as a richly imagined personal mythology that his investigators and fellow experiencers reinforce rather than test.

Background

Moyen was born in France in 1969 and served a military conscription in the French Navy beginning in 1990, later relocating to Quebec, where he has lived for over sixteen years as of 2019. He lives near Mont-Rigaud, a mountain in Quebec that he describes as a focal point for UFO activity comparable to the mountain in Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Witnesses in the area have reported a variety of entities including tall Grays, short Grays, and Reptilians, and over 430 UFO sightings were reported in Quebec in 2016 alone.

Nemezis Studio

Moyen founded Nemezis Studio in France and subsequently relocated it to Quebec. The studio specializes in visual special effects and has worked with RedCape Cinema in Burbank, California on a fan film honouring Christopher Reeve as Superman and on a Wonder Woman project. Nemezis Studio received a best superhero film special effects award in 2007. The studio name derives from the Greek goddess Nemesis, whom Moyen associates with Atlantis and the domain of storms and lightning that he uses as visual effects signatures. In 2012 he contributed visual effects and trailer editing to the documentary Empress of Ireland, a film about a Canadian maritime disaster comparable in scale to the Titanic.

MUFON investigations

Moyen has been a member of MUFON since 2014 and serves as assistant director of the Quebec chapter, conducting on-the-ground investigations including drone-based surveys of crop circles in the region. DNA analysis of plant samples from a Quebec corn-field crop circle found the DNA had been altered by an unknown microwave-equivalent process in an operation lasting approximately two minutes, as reported by multiple witnesses.

Moyen describes a dinner meeting with Paul Hellyer, the former Canadian Minister of Defence, at which Hellyer confirmed to him that multiple alien races are living among humanity. He also describes an encounter with Barbara Lamb, a prominent regression therapist and contact researcher, noting an unusual quality of energy he perceived in her presence that he attributes to extraterrestrial influence.

Secret space program claims

Beginning in early childhood under a 20 and Back program arrangement, Moyen allegedly served a roughly two-decade tour aboard the joint French-American spacecraft Solaris — part of the Solar Warden fleet — having reportedly been recruited for exceptional psychic abilities including teleportation and telekinesis. The service is said to have involved training under Maria Oršić, combat on the surface of Mars alongside fellow French experiencer David Rousseau, rescue missions across multiple star systems, and encounters with Draco Reptilians, Men in Black, and members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Much of the memory was allegedly recovered through Dolores Cannon-method regression sessions decades later. He describes the Solaris as built in the early 1980s, flying both French and U.S. flags, with crew including humans from multiple nations as well as hybrid and non-human beings, and interior features such as translucent metal walls and med beds where an eight-minute session allegedly substituted for eight hours of sleep.

Historical context

In a 2023 interview at the Galactic Spiritual Informers Connection Conference, Moyen described the historical context he believes underlies the French secret space program. The backstory braids established public material — Operation Paperclip, reverse-engineered craft over France, CERN, the Solar Warden fleet, and the Maria Oršić Vril mythos — into a French national variant, and what that braiding signifies is read in opposite directions. Those who accept the account read the convergence with the wider secret space program literature as cross-corroboration, an independent witness arriving at the same shared history from the French side. Those who reject it read it as derivation: no documentary record of a French Solaris program, a 20 and Back program tour, or the named operatives exists outside Moyen's own testimony, so that an account assembled from already-circulating lore and unfalsifiable secret history restates the community's existing narrative rather than supplying new, checkable evidence for it. Within that frame, he claims that during World War II, U.S. forces helped build secret bases in France against the Nazis, and that a French intelligence operative returned from a mission with a report of having witnessed a Reptilian being in uniform speaking with a scientist at a secret military base. He asserts that after the war, when U.S. forces captured German bases, they found advanced technology — not conventional weapons — and that Operation Paperclip began at that moment to recruit German scientists.

Moyen contends that France remained a partner in this shared technology base, and that French and German scientific cooperation continued post-war — including agreements with Lockheed Martin. He names former French intelligence director Alain Juillet as having publicly confirmed that many craft flying over France are reverse-engineered technology, and places this acknowledgment in the context of the 1980s. He also identifies CERN — partly funded by U.S. contributions of $535 million — as connected to portal-opening technology involving alien science.

Early childhood contact (1973)

Moyen's first allegedly recalled contact occurred at age four on a beach holiday with his parents, when he vanished in front of them. Police, coast guard, and lifeguards searched for approximately one hour before he reappeared. He attributes the subsequent development of telekinesis and telepathy to this event, abilities that faded as he entered adolescence. Under hypnotic regression he later recalled being aboard a large craft with light beings who were kind to him and showed him the Earth from space before returning him.

Moyen describes the event as a walk-in or consciousness transfer origin: on the beach in France, he was allegedly taken aboard a craft and his consciousness was transferred into the body of an extraterrestrial being named Lucca — a green-skinned, red-eyed entity — for mission purposes, while his child body remained in stasis aboard the ship. The bare disappearance — a four-year-old briefly lost on a beach and recovered after a search — is the only part of the episode others are said to have witnessed; the craft, the light beings, and the walk-in transfer into Lucca surface only under later hypnotic regression. On the authentic account, the regression recovers the suppressed reality behind a missing hour his frightened parents could only describe as a disappearance. On a confabulation reading, the same hour is an ordinary, frightening childhood vanishing onto which an elaborate origin was retrofitted years later, the captor's-eye narration of the transfer arriving only once Lucca and Victor were already fixtures of the account — back-formation that ties the childhood into the secret space program story rather than independent confirmation of it.

Childhood experiences and implant (1981)

At age twelve, a hospital X-ray taken after severe headaches allegedly showed an implant in Moyen's head. The X-ray was subsequently lost by the hospital with no explanation and was never reproduced. Moyen reports that metal-detection equipment at airports has triggered on him, which he attributes to the implant. The same year, according to Moyen, an extraterrestrial being named Victor — a roughly six-foot, hairless, green-skinned figure with entirely red, pupil-less eyes — first appeared to him in his room, introducing himself with the assurance "I'm here to protect you" and, on a later visit, saying he had been approved by the Galactic Confederation Council to remain in contact; Victor would become a recurring contact throughout his subsequent experiences.

Childhood teleportation and psychic incidents

Moyen reportedly manifested a range of anomalous abilities during childhood and adolescence. Teleportation incidents allegedly included vanishing from a locked school toilet on the third floor and reappearing in his parents' apartment several kilometers away — with all his belongings, including coat and exam papers, remaining locked in the school — and spontaneously teleporting half-dressed from his own apartment to the locked entrance of his girlfriend's building after looking at her photograph.

He also describes teleporting as a child to what proved to be a planet in the Antares system, returning with a bottle of red water and green crystals; the water subsequently healed his mother's burned hand instantly when applied as a compress. During a summer camp visit as a youth, Moyen discovered an underground passageway beneath the camp center leading to a large metal door. Projecting his consciousness through the door, he allegedly observed a large chamber containing multiple spacecraft and various species, including a red-skinned Reptilian with yellow eyes serving a larger Draco with a bone crest, who appeared to detect Moyen's projected presence and challenged him telepathically.

Moyen's mother and best friend have reportedly described him generating powerful electromagnetic pulses when fatigued — drawing electrical charge from nearby light fixtures, leaving himself briefly luminous in the dark.

Teenage recordings (1988)

In December 1988, at age eighteen, Moyen recorded an audio tape narrating his extraordinary experiences. He would later state that he made the recording as a precaution, fearing that the logs and diaries in which he recorded his experiences might be destroyed or that something might happen to him. The 1988 tape, whose recorded preamble has Moyen name himself and call the cassette a confidential "proof of what I'm saying" should the logs disappear or something happen to him, described his teleportation and telekinesis abilities, his consciousness transfer into the body of Lucca — a past life he frames as that of a starseed whose companion Lyra was his wife in a MILAB (military-abduction) program — his past-life missions rescuing humans from interstellar slavery, and repeated encounters with Men in Black who followed him in black Jaguars and Rolls-Royces with tinted windows. Both the 1988 tape and a second tape from 1992 were rediscovered by Moyen in 2024 while cleaning his home office, stored in a box from his youth. The tapes are the account's principal piece of physical evidence independent of Moyen's later recall, and, read as authentic, they are contemporaneous documentation — a 1988 teenager already naming Lucca, the consciousness transfer, and the Men in Black decades before such terms were current in the secret space program community, which is taken to establish priority and rule out later borrowing. Read skeptically, the same artifacts are ambiguous and unverifiable: an undated, privately held cassette whose recording year and unaltered content rest on Moyen's word alone, surfacing only in 2024 once the public narrative was fully formed, and which in any case records a youth already telling the story rather than any external corroboration that the events occurred — contemporaneity, on this reading, dates a claim without testing it.

Military conscription and triangle sighting (1990)

During his 1990 military conscription at a French Navy base on the Atlantic coast, Moyen and other soldiers allegedly witnessed a large triangular craft fly silently over the base one Easter night. When Moyen reported this to a captain the next day, he was reportedly told sharply to stop asking questions under threat of imprisonment.

Boarding the Solaris

During treatment for a shoulder injury at a military hospital, Moyen was approached by a psychiatric patient who described witnessing military personnel bringing people on stretchers to the hospital basement, where a Reptilian in a slim suit waited at an elevator near the morgue. That same night, after being given a pain injection that left him dizzy, Moyen was allegedly taken by stretcher to the basement himself, passed through what he describes as a portal, and found himself on the Solaris being greeted by Maria, who issued him a suit and brought him into a large amphitheater where his adult 20 and Back service began.

Training aboard the Solaris

Moyen dates his recruitment to a 1982 summer camp, when a severe sunstroke put him in hospital and a brain scan allegedly revealed a small metallic capsule inside his skull; while he lay unconscious, military personnel are said to have taken him by elevator to a deep underground level, issued him a black jumpsuit bearing a silver winged-horse insignia, and led him with other children through a tunnel of light into a futuristic training base. There the children were tested for speed, logic, clairvoyance, out-of-body projection, and telekinesis, and Moyen says he was singled out when a towering mantis laid a claw on his shoulder and told him telepathically, "Relax, it's not painful. You've been chosen." He recalls then waking aboard a golden disc-shaped craft, welcomed by Victor with the words "Welcome aboard the Solaris."

From approximately age thirteen, Moyen allegedly underwent psychic training aboard the Solaris alongside fellow French experiencer David Rousseau, taught in a specialized classroom by an instructor both men later identified as Maria Oršić. According to Moyen, combat training on the Solaris focused on mind-shielding techniques taught by a being named Mentis, since Draco adversaries could read thoughts ahead of physical action.

Adult service and combat missions

As an adult, Moyen reportedly participated in rescue and diplomatic missions in multiple star systems alongside Rousseau, including two documented combat missions on the surface of Mars against Draco Reptilian adversaries in which each man was seriously injured and rescued by the other. In one mission, Moyen was severely wounded in the abdomen and side by a Draco tail strike and evacuated in emergency to the Solaris, where according to his recall he was healed in a medical bed: "I almost died, but I was saved. Thanks to the intervention of David and his unit, I was regenerated in a medical bed." He also reports completing rescue missions on Ceres, Mars, Alpha Draconis, Delta Draconis, and the Moon. These rescues, on his account, freed both humans and alien women and children held in captivity by the black Draco.

Moyen describes his Solaris squad as Ultima 777, made up of operatives with complementary abilities including Rousseau, his wife Melanie Cherre, and various non-human beings. The most dangerous adversaries he allegedly encountered were black-skinned Dracos — faster, larger, and more powerful than the more commonly described green or bronze variants. Moyen likens the Solaris itself to an aircraft carrier fused with a rocket, several kilometres long and carrying several thousand people across botanical, technical, and tactical departments, inner lakes, and distinct ecosystems apportioned among the alien races aboard. Over his tour he says he rose from captain to commander, typically leading rescue and diplomatic squads of about fifteen humans, hybrids, and non-humans. Beyond the Solaris he reports service aboard the larger mothership Excelsior, which he describes as a colossal habitation vessel — a floating city under a glass dome rather than a warship.

Encounter with Thor Han

Moyen reports meeting Elena Danaan's contact Thor Han aboard the Excelsior — flagship of the Galactic Federation of Worlds — while teleporting to England to visit Danaan. He describes his first encounter with the tall blond being as arriving behind him with an electrical sensation before the entity identified himself as "Chal," a name Moyen recognized.

1992 radio broadcast

In 1992, at approximately age twenty-two, Moyen telephoned a French UFO radio program called Radio Tour — hosted by a presenter named Jimmy — and described extraterrestrial contact, surveillance by Men in Black, and anomalous equipment at a military base, speaking carefully to avoid endangering himself or his family. Jimmy died of cancer approximately twenty-four years later, and Moyen reports that his file of information on Moyen disappeared at the same time.

Men in Black harassment and assassination attempts

After allegedly declining recruitment by Men in Black at his Paris department store job, Moyen describes two subsequent assassination attempts. In one incident, two Men in Black shot at him with an energy device in a subway; in a second incident they fired at him on the staircase of his parents' apartment. Thirty-two years later, researcher Chris (surname withheld) traveled from Quebec to examine the Paris staircase and reportedly found physical evidence of an energy discharge inconsistent with conventional weaponry, documented via webcam in Starseed Revelation 2. Taken at face value, the staircase finding is independent physical confirmation: an outside investigator locating a real mark on a real wall three decades after the event. Taken skeptically, the inquiry began from Moyen's own account and was carried out and filmed by a member of his own production circle for one of his own documentaries, so that a discoloration on a thirty-two-year-old stairwell — read as an "energy discharge inconsistent with conventional weaponry" only by an investigator already persuaded of the story — restates the claim rather than testing it against a neutral standard.

End of active service (2001)

In approximately 2001, Moyen and Rousseau both declined to reenroll in another 20 and Back program cycle, ending their active SSP service.

Near-death experience and memory gaps

Moyen attributes memory gaps in his adult life to a near-death experience sustained while working as a nightclub security doorman: struck in the head during a fight, his heart stopped three times and he was clinically dead for approximately nine minutes, during which he described being placed on a table by bright white beings before reviving in an ambulance.

Memory recovery through regression

Moyen allegedly recovered key SSP memories through a Dolores Cannon-method regression session conducted by his wife. When David Rousseau subsequently underwent regression with his own hypnotherapist, both men reportedly described the same ship (Solaris), the same missions, and the same companion relationship — a correspondence Moyen and those who accept his account have characterized as independent corroboration of the account. On the authentic account, the regression restores memories the 20 and Back program is said to deliberately suppress through screen-memory conditioning, and the Moyen–Rousseau overlap is two operatives independently recovering a shared service they could not have rehearsed together. On the skeptical one, the same facts are read the other way: that hypnotic regression is a notorious generator of confabulation, producing vivid, sincerely held material shaped by the subject's expectations and the questioner's cues rather than retrieved from a sealed past — and that the convergence carries little weight when the two men were already close collaborators steeped in the same French secret space program milieu and one regression (Moyen's) was conducted by his own wife, so that a shared narrative is as easily explained by mutual reinforcement as by the same remembered events.

Post-service psychic activity

After his alleged return from active service, Moyen has continued to describe psychic incidents connected to his SSP past. He claims to have stopped the hemorrhage of a pregnant woman remotely over the phone in two to three minutes through focused visualization, with hospital doctors later unable to explain why the bleeding ceased. His extraterrestrial contact Victor also allegedly appeared physically in a friend's room during a remote healing session, visible to the friend (who did not know Victor had been asked to assist) as a tall green-skinned, red-eyed figure standing at the foot of her bed with his hands extended. Victor was also separately seen by Elena Danaan during a remote healing session Moyen performed for her.

Supporting evidence and testimony analysis

A researcher named Dan Willis analyzed the chronology of Moyen's public statements and concluded that Moyen was speaking about SSP and contact experiences decades before other well-known whistleblowers entered the public record. Taken at face value, the priority claim is decisive — that Moyen named these experiences before the genre's vocabulary existed argues he was reporting rather than borrowing — while, taken skeptically, the chronology was assembled by a friend and contact of Moyen's, rests on the same undated tapes whose dating depends on Moyen, and establishes (if granted) only that he told the story early, not that the story is true. For the documentary Starseed Revelation 2, researcher Dan Winter measured Moyen's gamma brainwave output while he attempted to replicate a teleportation experience, reportedly finding that Moyen's gamma output exceeded the measurement range of the equipment — an anomaly Winter said he had never encountered in 52 years of research across 24 countries, consistent with the psychic abilities Moyen attributes to himself. Read as authentic, the gamma reading is instrumented confirmation of Moyen's abilities; read skeptically, the measurement was taken by a sympathetic collaborator on Moyen's own film set with an unspecified device and no controls, blinding, or independent replication, so that an off-the-chart reading is as readily attributed to artifact or measurement error as to a verified psychic faculty.

Past-life identity and ark missions (2022)

In his third documentary, Starseed Revelations 3 (2025), Moyen describes a series of teleportation experiences beginning at age seven to a space ark beneath Mount Fuji, where he allegedly encountered a guardian being named Uyou. Each teleportation reportedly left physical evidence — white sand in his bed after visits to Japan, Egypt, and the Bahamas, a tree branch in his hair after a visit to a Japanese field, and a sealed bottle of red water with green crystals from the Antares system.

In 2022, as an adult, Moyen was again allegedly teleported to the Mount Fuji ark, where Uyou introduced him to a second being — a goddess of the mountain — who showed him that the ark (named Omega) was part of a connected network of arks, with the Hawaii ark named Alpha, the two forming an Alpha-Omega pairing. He describes glowing panels inside the arks that responded to his bioelectric field, activating when he approached — which he attributes to the arks recognizing the soul signature of his alleged past-life identity Luca, a green-skinned, red-eyed being from a planet he calls Ultima, who was his identity before incarnating as Jean-Charles Moyen. He links this to the Solaris squad name Ultima 777, explaining that Luca allegedly participated in missions to place arks in strategic locations on Earth — including Antarctica, Egypt, the Bahamas, and Japan — and that the arks still recognize his frequency from those past-life placements.

South Shore (2019)

Moyen's debut feature, South Shore (Rive-Sud, released 2019), is a hybrid documentary-drama he classifies as a "documentary fiction based on true events." Moyen plays the lead character Jonathan Fox, a special agent investigating unsolved disappearances; his wife co-stars as police officer Annabelle Parker. The film was self-financed over seven years, with Moyen selling his house to complete it; 95% of the editing and visual effects work was performed by Moyen personally, working up to twenty hours a day over two years. The film uses Mont-Rigaud as its central location, investigating the disappearance of people in the region; Moyen drew on abductee testimony gathered through his MUFON investigations and interviews with witnesses of alien activity in Quebec national parks and mountains. By the time of the 2019 interview, Moyen was in pre-production on the sequel, which he had already secured Michael Salla as a cameo actor for after Salla viewed the first film and endorsed it during a Montreal conference.

South Shore: Origin 2

Moyen's feature film Rive-Sud Origine 2 (South Shore: Origin 2, 2023) was three years in production, self-funded by mortgaging his home, and created almost entirely by Moyen and his wife Melanie Cherre, who is also his co-star and SSP co-experiencer. Presented as a fiction based on real events, the film depicts the missions of agents Jonathan Fox and Annabelle Parker — thinly veiled versions of Moyen and Melanie — investigating alien abductions, human trafficking in space, and encounters with Draco Reptilians in a rescue context. Moyen states the original intended title was Diaries of an Abductee but he was pressured to present it as fiction; in the release of part two he clarified explicitly that the events depicted are real. Moyen's self-production is itself read in two directions. Those who treat the account as genuine read the "documentary fiction based on true events" format, and his stated reluctance to dress the account as drama, as a disclosure compromise — a way to bring a real experience to an audience "not ready" for it as straight testimony. On the skeptical reading, the same person who claims the experiences also writes, finances, stars in, and edits the films that depict them, so the films are instead the place where the narrative is composed rather than reported: the lead investigator Jonathan Fox is openly modeled on The X-Files' Mulder and Scully, the studio's storms-and-lightning effects signature is borrowed from a Greek-goddess motif, and a professional visual-effects artist's two-decade space war is, on this reading, hard to separate from the science-fiction conventions and imagery — reptilian adversaries, med beds, stargate portals — that his trade equips him to render convincingly.

Documentary work

Moyen's Connexion Alien series documents his experiences in French on YouTube. He has also participated in the English-language documentary South Shore: A Voyage to the Stars (2023), which visualizes SSP account elements in a dramatic format, and produced the documentaries Starseed Revelation, Starseed Revelation 2, and Starseed Revelations 3 (2025). Shared memories with other experiencers

Moyen presents several other experiencers as having independently recalled the same off-world encounters. At an Orlando conference, on first meeting Chris O'Connor in person, the two men are said to have recognized each other from shared secret space program service and embraced in tears; Moyen described a chamber full of small boxes each holding a "firefly"-like soul entering stasis, a detail O'Connor reportedly said he had never disclosed publicly. He likewise recounts a shared out-of-body teleportation with Elena Danaan in which both independently recalled being at Mount Fuji on the same night — an episode Moyen insists was physical rather than a dream, leaving him with white sand between his toes and, once, a crystal from a planet he identifies as Antares. As with the Rousseau regression overlap, those who accept the account read these convergences as independent corroboration, while those who reject it read them as the mutual reinforcement of collaborators inside the same French secret space program milieu.

Collaborations

Moyen collaborates closely with Irish-French SSP experiencer and contactee Elena Danaan, with whom he has conducted joint interviews and for whom he has reportedly performed remote psychic healings. He also partners professionally with researcher Marcia McDowell on joint exopolitics projects, and has repeatedly appeared with fellow French experiencer David Rousseau, whose account he presents as independently corroborating his own. Moyen gave his first major English-language interview in 2021–2022 with Michael Salla on Exopolitics Today. Salla has since summarized Moyen's regression-recovered SSP service in his book US Army Insider Missions (2022).

Reception and authenticity

Moyen's account is difficult to test by its own structure, and that difficulty is read in opposite directions. Almost every pillar — the 1973 beach contact, the 1981 implant (X-ray lost), childhood teleportation and the Antares healing water, the 1990 triangle sighting, boarding and serving aboard the Solaris, the Thor Han meeting, the 1992 Radio Tour call (the host dead and his file vanished), the Men in Black attacks, the nine-minute near-death experience, and the 2022 past-life Luca and ark missions — rests ultimately on Moyen's own testimony, with the corroboration that exists supplied by people inside his circle: his wife conducting his regression, fellow experiencer David Rousseau recovering a parallel account, Elena Danaan reporting Victor at a healing he performed, and sympathetic researchers measuring or filming for his own documentaries. Three features recur — memory recovered through hypnotic regression, evidence produced and presented through Moyen's own film work, and cross-witnesses drawn from the same close-knit French secret space program milieu — and where those who accept the account see suppressed memories restored, a real experience disclosed through film, and several independent witnesses converging, those who reject it see confabulation mistaken for recall, a narrative composed in the editing suite, and mutual reinforcement among collaborators mistaken for independent confirmation. Because no external record, named program, or neutral witness anchors the account, it can be neither proven nor disproven from outside Moyen's own testimony and the media built upon it, and assessments accordingly turn less on any single disputed claim than on how much weight a given observer gives to self-produced, same-milieu corroboration.
