New World Order
The New World Order (NWO) is a conspiracy theory term describing an alleged plan by a transnational elite — operating through institutions including the Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, United Nations, and Illuminati-affiliated financial networks — to establish a single authoritarian world government eliminating national sovereignty, in exopolitics frameworks either as a human-driven agenda of the deep state / Cabal, or as the political implementation layer of a non-human control program originating with Draco reptilians or Anunnaki management of Earth's civilization.
Origins of the phrase
"New World Order" entered mainstream discourse through President George H.W. Bush's September 11, 1990, speech to a joint session of Congress: "We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order — a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations." In conspiracy research, this speech is cited as an inadvertent or deliberate public declaration of the program's goals.
NHI dimension
According to William Cooper, the NWO agenda was structured around manufacturing consent through threat — with the Majestic 12 documents Cooper claimed to have viewed indicating a plan to use either a genuine or manufactured alien threat as the pretext for global government. Cooper later recanted the alien-threat framing, arguing the alien element was itself disinformation designed to obscure a purely human conspiracy. David Icke's framework maintains the NHI element as real — the NWO as the human administrative implementation of Draco reptilians planetary management.
NWO fragility and the "awakening" threat
Robert Raith — co-author of LINK: An Extraterrestrial Odyssey with Jonathan Reed — described the NWO agenda in a 1998 Coast to Coast AM appearance as an empire in crisis, arguing that the accelerating human awakening represented an existential threat to the control system: "They know their whole New World Order is inches from going up in flames, so they're afraid of the awakening and they know that their collapse is about to take place because we've been asleep at the switch and we've let notably corrupt interests take control of our society."
NWO and the Looking Glass intelligence
Bill Ryan of Project Camelot, citing intelligence conveyed through Dr. Dan Burisch, described the NWO as an agenda that had suffered repeated timeline failures — with Looking Glass portal intelligence suggesting that key NWO milestones (including the installation of preferred political leadership) had not proceeded according to plan, leaving the control structure in an increasingly reactive posture as its engineered timeline scenarios failed to materialize as predicted.
Civilization-level resistance
Jason Reza Jorjani, philosopher and former To The Stars advisor, has characterized the NWO's one-world government agenda as in fundamental conflict with the civilizational diversity that technological sovereignty requires — arguing that any attempt to impose a single global governance structure would necessarily destroy the competitive innovation environment that produces breakthrough technologies, and that the NWO's consolidationist agenda is therefore self-defeating from a technological standpoint regardless of its political ambitions.
