Adrenochrome is oxidised adrenaline (epinephrine), a compound produced in the human body under conditions of extreme fear and pain. In mainstream science it is a byproduct of catecholamine oxidation with no established psychoactive application; in conspiratorial and exopolitical accounts it is described as a highly prized drug harvested from traumatised victims — particularly children — and consumed by both reptilian entities and portions of a human elite network for its physiological and psychic effects.
Draco reptilians use
Elena Danaan, drawing on contact transmissions from Thor Han Eredyon, identifies adrenochrome as one of the primary reasons the Draco reptilians refused to relinquish control of Earth: the planet's human population — particularly its children — allegedly represents an unparalleled supply. For the Draco reptilians the substance serves multiple functions: a cellular regeneration accelerant, an aid to the shapeshifting process (extending its stability and duration), and a psychoactive "kick." Their body's natural molecular rearrangement when shapeshifting is described as allegedly requiring this chemical aid, purportedly making adrenochrome supply operationally critical for Draco reptilians infiltrators maintaining human disguise.
Alex Collier, drawing on holographic recordings shown to him by his Andromedan contacts Moraney and Vissaeus, describes what he claims are Draco-allied reptilian species underground as allegedly farming humans — inducing extreme fear states in victims (including children), beginning organ consumption from the abdominal region while the victim was alive. He identifies human fear itself as functioning as a psychic narcotic for these entities: "Our fear — the fear that you humans were put through — is actually a narcotic, a drug for these extraterrestrials." Collier noted he did not know the term adrenochrome at the time of his initial briefings: "I did not know the term Adrenochrome at the time. I didn't learn about that till many, many years later."
Human elite networks and ritual harvesting
David Icke links adrenochrome consumption to Satanic cult ritual practice among a human elite. When a victim is in a state of extreme terror, adrenaline surges into the blood, producing the adrenochrome-saturated blood that, according to Icke's reporting of Satanist sources, is then consumed in ritual: "What happens when you are in a state of extreme terror is an adrenaline enters the blood and that's what the Satanists drink. They drink and that's what's called adrenochrome." Icke identifies the terror rituals as an intentional feeding mechanism: "The reason they're doing these rituals is feeding off this very powerful energy of terror."
A survivor of Satanic ritual abuse, Kibbi Linga, testified that blood consumption was a regular practice in the cult she was raised in, referencing adrenochrome as a term she had learned from other survivors: "I say that because of survivors I know... in my experience, she would have us drink the blood on occasion."
Supply chain and Deep State complicity
Danaan describes what she identifies as underground Dulce-type facilities as the alleged primary supply infrastructure: "Terrans were abducted, stored, bred, tortured, raped, butchered, in the vast underground facilities in connection and collaboration with the US military bases. Children served for sexual trade, food and Adrenochrome, women for genetic breeding and sex slaves, and men as slave workers." Alex Collier identifies what he calls the "human trafficking" network as having evolved beyond purely reptilian management to include human perpetrators — describing a point where human operators continue the supply chain independently: "What's happening with human trafficking, sadly, is our own people. Now it is humanity doing this to humanity."
