Quantum mechanics
Quantum mechanics in the context of exopolitics and NHI contact research is invoked as the theoretical framework within which advanced reverse-engineered propulsion, communication, and consciousness-interface technologies are understood to operate — including spacetime curvature propulsion (which requires manipulating quantum vacuum energy), teleportation (quantum non-locality at macroscopic scale), consciousness-technology interfaces (quantum coherence in neural structures), and NHI communication systems described as operating outside classical electromagnetic channels. Quantum mechanics also features in consciousness research adjacent to exopolitics — particularly in theories by Monroe Institute researchers and remote viewing practitioners about the mechanism by which consciousness can access non-local information, with quantum non-locality proposed as the physics substrate for remote viewing functionality.
Propulsion applications
Bob Lazar's description of the S-4 craft propulsion — using Element 115 as a fuel source to generate gravitational waves through a nuclear reactor, amplified through wave guides to produce a spacetime curvature effect — aligns with the predictions of Alcubierre metric solutions to general relativity, which require exotic matter with negative energy density that quantum field theory permits in principle.
The secret space program accounts of Corey Goode describe NHI-derived communication technology explicitly built on quantum entanglement principles: paired isotopes placed in separate devices act as quantum-correlated communication channels with no signal transmission between them, making them completely unhackable. Goode further described how deviations in the quantum entanglement harmony of such devices could be used to calculate the temporal and spatial coordinates of a traveler displaced by a jump: "Anything that's quantum entangled, no matter how far you separate them in dimension, reality, time, space, they stay entangled."
Quantum consciousness and remote viewing
Luis Elizondo, former director of the AATIP program, publicly articulated the hypothesis that human consciousness may be a quantum process — directly relevant to why the U.S. government invested heavily in remote viewing programs: "Then you talk to a neuroscientist, and they say, 'You know, it's actually a quantum process.' It's actually programmed based on quantum entanglement. And human consciousness is something that is distinctly different than human intellect and human physical sense."
Elizondo extended this to explain the government's investment in remote viewing: "Because if my brain is quantum connected to your brain, it doesn't matter how far away you are or what time it is, we can always connect… That's where that's the realm, that's the domain in which human consciousness lives." He pointed to physicists Hal Puthoff, Eric Davis, and Kit Green as authorities on the quantum entanglement basis of consciousness.
Elena Danaan and Corey Goode's accounts of NHI technology include craft that respond to operator consciousness — a technology described in SSP testimony as requiring quantum coherence in neural states to interface with craft systems. This aligns with proposals by physicist Roger Penrose and anesthesiologist Stuart Hameroff that consciousness involves quantum processes in microtubules (Orchestrated objective reduction theory).
Contact researcher Tim Tactics described a framework in which consciousness itself is a quantum phenomenon — each level of consciousness development corresponds to the formation of a "quantum container" (traditionally called the soul) that stores experiential data: "When you are at Level Three consciousness the universe creates a Quantum container that is storing all the information that you are taking in and that Quantum container traditionally is called a soul."
Many-worlds interpretation and parallel timelines
The many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics — in which the wave function never collapses and all quantum possibilities are realized in branching universes — underlies several SSP-adjacent accounts of parallel timeline technology. Ryan Graves, former Navy pilot, described the dimensional model used in UAP research: "There's also another quote unquote dimension if we think about quantum, the quantum regime and wave functions and one interpretation has those wave functions not collapsing. And so then there's multiple realities of all possibilities happening at once."
Project Looking Glass, the reverse-engineered quantum viewing device described by Dan Burisch and others as operational at the S-4 facility, was described as a torus-shaped electromagnetic device capable of warping spacetime to view the probabilities of future events: "It can actually warp the fabric of space time both forwards and back, and you can actually see the probabilities of future events." The device is described as embodying the "doctrine of convergent timeline paradox" — the act of observing a future probability shifts the observer from one timeline to another.
A companion device — identified in some accounts as the Orion Cube or Yellow Book — was described as "an 8x8 inch square cube and it's a quantum viewing device that you could, once it's accessed, look at the probabilities of future events," reportedly once housed at the S-4 Level Four facility and later relocated to the Scottish Rite Masonic Temple outside Washington D.C.
Tim Tactics described the broader cosmological implication: "What we do see, first of all, in the quantum universe, we have different parallel versions of Earth anyway, and we are on this version of Earth where we actually have these contacts. Not all versions of the universe have that because they develop differently."
Quantum biology and DNA activation
Corey Goode's Cosmic Disclosure testimony describes advanced NHI understanding of vibratory physics as superseding classical quantum mechanics: "It's focusing too much on the quantum physics, when really we found out that everything is just vibration — is a vibratory state. And once we really realize that everything around you is a vibratory state and time and matter and space can all be manipulated, once you realize or learn how to do it, learn how to manipulate the vibration."
Tom DeLonge has described NHI-driven "quantum leaps in our evolution" as the mechanism of genetic upgrades to the human species: "The quantum leaps in our evolution are symptoms or effects of being genetically upgraded."
China's quantum communication program
Erik Bethel, former U.S. Director at the World Bank, identified China's quantum communication satellite program as a strategic military technology gap: "Isn't China the 2nd largest economy in the World? Aren't they building quantum communications in space?" Bethel confirmed China's quantum communication infrastructure in orbit as a defense priority. Navy pilot Shawn Ryan also flagged China's claimed use of quantum entanglement for military communications as a significant capability concern: "China's claiming that they can communicate through quantum entanglement, which I won't get into because I'm not a quantum physics guy."
