Civilizations in the solar system

Civilizations in the Solar System allegedly occupy multiple planets, moons, and artificial structures — not only Earth. The range of inhabited locations described reflects both a long-running history of interstellar colonization and the presence of indigenous species that pre-date human civilization.

The Moon

The Moon is described in multiple accounts as hosting:

Alex Collier, citing his Andromedan contacts Moraney and Fayon, states that the Moon is an artificial satellite — originally a spacecraft brought into the Solar System from Ursa Minor — and that it once supported nine large domed cities spanning hundreds of miles on its far side, with water, vegetation, and a resident extraterrestrial population. He also reports that nine artificial moons exist across the Solar System, and that all planets in the Solar System bear pyramids placed by colonizing extraterrestrial civilizations to stabilize planetary rotation.

Mars

Main article:

Martian civilization

Mars is described as hosting an ancient ruined surface civilization, surviving underground indigenous inhabitants, and — until recent Galactic Federation of Worlds intervention — an Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate slave labor colony. The indigenous Martians have been described as reclaiming their planet as Draco and ICC forces withdrew.

Venus

Main article:

Civilizations on Venus

Venus is described as hosting a civilization existing in a higher-dimensional or inner-planetary form, represented to Earth in the 1950s–1960s by contactee beings including Orthon and Valiant Thor.

Ceres

Tony Rodrigues describes 13 years of service on the Dark Fleet slave vessel Ceres Colony Cavalier, operating in the asteroid belt near Ceres. Ceres itself is described as hosting Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate shipbuilding facilities subsequently handed over to indigenous residents after the Dark Fleet's departure.

Enceladus

Corey Goode describes an underground ocean beneath the ice crust of Saturn's moon Enceladus as harboring biological life and potentially intelligent inhabitants. NASA's Cassini mission confirmed hydrothermal vents and organic molecules in Enceladus's subsurface ocean plumes.

Jupiter moons

The Jupiter Accords meetings of July 2021, as described by Elena Danaan and corroborated by Salla's sources, took place in the vicinity of Jupiter's moons, with multiple ET delegations meeting to establish Solar System governance arrangements. Europa's subsurface ocean is identified as another potentially inhabited location consistent with panspermia distribution models.

The inner Earth

Main article:

Subterranean city

Seven distinct underground civilizations beneath Earth's surface, organized as the Agarthan Network or Inner Earth Alliance, are described by Goode as constituting the most populous non-surface inhabited zone in the Solar System accessible to humans.

General framework

Michael Salla summarizes the Solar System as effectively occupied by multiple civilizations at different levels of advancement, with Earth's humanity being the most recently seeded and currently transitioning out of an isolation protocol enforced by the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Len Kasten's testimony traces the solar system's current inhabited distribution to a Draconian Reptilian terraforming and colonization campaign: the Reptilians are described as having "dried out and terraformed" Earth, nudged it into its current orbital position, and destroyed Maldek — the former planet now comprising the asteroid belt — killing billions of its inhabitants, while stripping Mars's atmosphere and forcing its surface population underground. The resulting human underground populations on Mars, and the subsequent evolution of Ceres into a habitation site following Atlantean-era colonization, established the pre-Dark-Fleet inhabited solar system that later SSP programs built upon.
