Donna Hare
Donna Hare is a former NASA contractor and illustrator who worked as a design illustrator and draftsman for Philco Ford Aerospace from 1967 to 1981, performing assignments on-site at NASA facilities including Building A, where she held a secret-level security clearance. Her assignments included creating launch and landing slides, project and plotting boards, and lunar maps for NASA missions.

Disclosure Project testimony
Hare testified at the Disclosure Project press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on May 9, 2001, describing incidents of NASA photographic suppression of UFO imagery, the destruction of UFO photographs by security personnel, and secondhand accounts of Apollo astronauts observing craft on the Moon. Access to this information within the NASA contractor environment was highly compartmentalized — many colleagues working in proximity to her were completely unaware of what she had encountered. At the conclusion of her statement, Hare formally offered to testify under oath before the United States Congress. She was one of approximately twenty witnesses who made similar declarations at the 2001 Disclosure Project event. The Disclosure Project Briefing Document summarized her testimony: "Donna Hare had a secret clearance while working for NASA contractor, Philco Ford. She testifies that she saw a photo of a picture with a distinct UFO. Her colleague explained that it was his job to airbrush such evidence of UFOs out of photographs before they were released to the public. She also heard information from other Johnson Space Center employees that some astronauts had seen extraterrestrial craft and that when some of them wanted to speak out about this they were threatened." The substance of her testimony — photographic airbrushing, photo destruction, and Apollo astronaut sightings — is detailed in the NASA article.
