Europa underground city

The Europa underground city is an alleged subterranean settlement inside Europa, one of Jupiter's large moons, reportedly visited by Earth Alliance mission participant JP during a Nordic supply mission in 2022. The city occupies a vast ice-roofed cavern with access via a slanted crater-tunnel, opens onto an interior ocean, and was reportedly recently reactivated following the alleged return of Enki. JP described a city of white icy skyscrapers visible across a luminous underground ocean, powered by the movement of the moon's surface ice.

Access and physical environment

The approach to the city begins at a surface crater on Europa whose floor slopes inward and descends into a wide cavern tunnel surrounded by ice walls. Inside, gravity strengthens as the passage curves, eventually opening into a large interior space where Europa's subsurface ocean is visible in the distance — dark blue water meeting the base of the ice shelf.

The interior atmosphere was reported at approximately 65–70 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind flowing in from the cavern tunnel. The air carried scents described as a mixture of rose and mint, and JP reported tasting a honey-like quality in the atmosphere while breathing. A deep low-frequency sound, attributed to the movement of Europa's surface ice, pervaded the space and was described as inducing a calm, meditative state in those present. Ground cover resembling white grass, possibly fungal in nature, was observed near the landing area.

City structure and infrastructure

The settlement featured tall structures described as white, ice-like skyscrapers that extended from the cavern floor up to the ice ceiling above. Roads between structures were described as made of a material with a golden sparkle. Glass-like bridges connected buildings, and numerous craft moved in and out of the skyscrapers continuously.

The city's power source was described as the kinetic energy of Europa's shifting surface ice, whose movement generates electricity distributed throughout the settlement. The interior was brightly lit, with the quality of light compared to early-morning sunrise.

A major library was reported within the city containing records about the Solar System and neighboring star systems.

History and activation

The Nordic escorts told JP that the city had existed for a long time but had only recently been reactivated, and that JP's group were among the first humans to visit in thousands of years — though earlier human visitors had been brought there in antiquity to receive and carry information back to Earth. The reactivation was attributed to the return of Enki to the Solar System, whose presence was described as triggering a cascade of effects across multiple installations and sleeping Anunnaki figures.

The Nordics additionally stated that Europa itself had not always orbited Jupiter — that the moon had been placed in its current orbit relatively recently (on a geological timescale of hundreds of thousands of years) and that its position could be adjusted using the same ice-movement energy system that powers the city.

Nordic supply mission

In November 2022, JP described accompanying the Nordic convoy to Europa as part of a supply mission that had first called at Ganymede, where the Nordics dropped off equipment and supplies — described as instruments for communication and medicine-like materials — to other extraterrestrial groups at a section of Ganymede JP had not previously visited during his secret space program missions. The convoy comprised multiple identical craft plus at least one large cigar-shaped vessel.

The Nordics stated that their supply and messenger activities in the Solar System were motivated by the broader galactic situation — specifically, the awakening of sleeping inner Earth giants — and that they understood their role as one of guidance and material support analogous to the angelic messenger function they had performed for humanity in antiquity.

Enki and the reactivation

The Europa city's reactivation is attributed by the Nordic guides to the return of Enki to the Solar System. In a roundtable discussion in October 2022, Elena Danaan and Alex Collier provided additional context: Collier reported Andromedan sources stated that several moons and craft in the solar system had been maintained in dormant status, with crews in stasis, specifically awaiting the moment when they could be reactivated. Danaan described the activation cascade as connected to the same Enki-related event that was simultaneously triggering the awakening of Sleeping Giants held in stasis in underground Florida and other locations on Earth.

Galactic Federation restriction

Swaruu, speaking through a contact reported by Dr. Michael Salla, indicated that Galactic Federation of Worlds policy restricts human access to Europa specifically because of the civilization present there: "human beings in their current state are not allowed to explore the solar system because they would interfere in the formation and in the right of the race that is on Europa which is a variant of the Christos race."

The claim that Europa's inhabitants are protected from human contact fits within the broader pattern, documented by Michael Salla's synthesis of Corey Goode's testimony, of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Sphere Being Alliance enforcing a Solar System-wide quarantine that restricts both hostile extraction of planetary resources and premature human contact with developing civilizations. Salla's 2015 analysis notes that the Sphere Being Alliance imposed a "frequency wall" quarantine covering the entire solar system, with the explicit purpose of allowing humanity — and by extension, other developing races within the system — to evolve without interference from off-world commercial or military actors: "The activated spheres formed frequency shields around the solar system and the sun... to regulate the amount of cosmic energy coming into our solar system and to the Earth so humanity could better integrate it." The Galactic Federation's specific prohibition on human access to Europa is consistent with this framework: the Christos race on Europa occupies the same protected category as Earth's own developing population.

Structural comparison with Florida underground city

During his 2023 U.S. Army mission to an underground city in Florida, JP spontaneously compared the Florida city's appearance to the Europa underground city, describing both as sharing similar architectural features: glass-like bridges, ice-ceiling construction, and Nordic craft performing vertical levitation maneuvers. JP described the Florida city as "comparable to the moon in Europa — looks similar, but the ice" — and noted that the internal structure had similar bridges "but without the ice." The comparison suggests a common design or builder for both installations, or at minimum that the same Nordic group maintained settlements on both Earth and Europa sharing architectural principles.
