Raytheon
Raytheon Technologies (now RTX Corporation) is one of the largest U.S. defense contractors — specializing in missiles, radar, avionics, cybersecurity, and directed alleged energy weapons — and in exopolitics and secret space program research identified alongside Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing as part of the defense contractor network alleged to hold and operate classified reverse engineering programs derived from recovered NHI craft, with Raytheon's advanced radar and sensor technology research placing it within the UAP detection and classification infrastructure used by the UAP Task Force and All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office.
UAP detection systems
Raytheon manufactures the AN/SPY-6 radar system (used on U.S. Navy destroyers), the AN/APG-79 and AN/APG-82 AESA radars (U.S. Navy F/A-18 aircraft), and numerous other sensor systems that have recorded UAP encounters — most notably the radar and EW systems aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt during the 2014–2015 East Coast incidents. The company's involvement in processing and classifying UAP sensor data gives it institutional knowledge of the phenomenon's characteristics across multiple sensor modalities.
Classified craft programs
Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, described Raytheon as having a specific and distinct role within the compartmentalised network of defense contractor programs developing exotic craft: "Raytheon has a very, a certain type of them. Usually they're trapezoidal or triangular. My uncle worked for his whole career at Northrop Grumman. They have ones that are large."
Greer identified the broader contractor network as including not just Raytheon, Lockheed, and Northrop, but also Boeing, General Motors, Ford, and General Electric — each holding distinct classified programs with different applications of recovered or reverse-engineered technology. Greer estimated the programs are structured so that individual employees are unaware of the classified nature of the ultimate application — knowing only their own piece of a larger system, with senior coordination staff holding the broader picture.
Greer also noted that in 2023, Stephen Dina had described Raytheon devices built from exotic material science far beyond conventional public understanding, citing this as evidence that reverse-engineering programs had already produced tangible products entering the classified defense supply chain.
Directed energy connection
Raytheon's High Energy Laser Mobile Demonstrator (HEL MD) and other directed alleged energy weapons programs overlap with weapons concepts described in SSP testimony — including the directed energy systems aboard Solar Warden platforms described by Corey Goode and the weapons technology described by Randy Cramer in his Mars colony accounts. The Strategic Defense Initiative research chain that included directed alleged energy weapons eventually flowed into Raytheon's product lines.
Military-industrial complex framing
John Warner IV, son of former U.S. Senator and Senate Armed Services Committee chairman John Warner, described visiting Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and other defense facilities as a child when his father was Secretary of the Navy, indicating direct family exposure to the classified contractor networks from an early age. Warner IV described the broader military-industrial complex as now possessing technology capable of cracking the earth in half and potentially destroying every planet in the solar system, arguing that such capabilities — held by private contractor networks — represent an existential accountability problem.
Eric Hecker and the IceCube Neutrino Detector
Eric Hecker, a firefighter and tradesman who worked as a Raytheon contractor at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in Antarctica from 2010 to 2011, alleged before Congress that the IceCube Neutrino Observatory — constructed, operated, and maintained under University of Wisconsin contract — functions as a directed alleged energy weapons platform in addition to its stated scientific purpose. Hecker described the IceCube array — a 1 km × 1 km × 1 km grid of digital optical modules (DOMs) embedded in the Antarctic ice — as "the world's largest directed alleged energy weapons system," and alleged it was responsible for the 2011 Christchurch, New Zealand earthquakes during initial weapons testing. He further claimed the system functions as a neutrino-based tracking platform for non-human craft operating on exotic propulsion systems, detecting the neutrino signatures produced by such propulsion.
Hecker additionally testified to the deployment of voice to skull (V2K) directed energy technology — a system he described as capable of inducing intrusive thoughts and internal arguments in targeted individuals, linking such effects to Havana Syndrome reports and to behavioral changes observed in the general population.
Financial network
Greer noted that Raytheon and the other major defense contractors are embedded within the same financial network — BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and the major oil and petrodollar infrastructure — that has an institutional interest in preventing disclosure of exotic energy technologies that would render both fossil fuel dependencies and current weapons-system economics obsolete.
