Chinese secret space program
The Chinese secret space program is an alleged classified People's Liberation Army program, running behind China's declared space effort, that is said to reverse-engineer recovered non-human craft and build exotically propelled spacecraft. Michael Salla traces it to the rocket scientist Tsien Hsue-shen, who after helping found the Jet Propulsion Laboratory left the United States in 1955 after years of confinement under a Communist-sympathizer accusation and who, according to Salla, carried home the plan the U.S. Army Air Force had drawn up for studying captured Nazi and extraterrestrial saucers. Salla places Chinese scientists, under the Reagan–Deng technology agreements, in the American reverse-engineering effort for a joint international program, and relays, through Elena Danaan and Megan Rose, the report of Val Nek of the Galactic Federation of Worlds that China handed former Dark Fleet bases in Antarctica to the Earth Alliance in 2021.
The program is known through Salla's reconstruction, not through participants: Salla himself writes that no one has come forward claiming to have served in a Chinese-run secret space program, which he attributes to the treatment of whistleblowers in China. The dates he gives rest on an estimate: taking a 1992 appointment of Tsien to a defense science committee as the starting point and a twenty-year development cycle for aerospace craft, he places the first exotically propelled Chinese spacecraft around 2012. Tsien's own career is documented history, from his post at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the 1950 accusation of Communist ties, which he denied, to the 1955 departure and the satellite launched fourteen years after his return.
Tsien Hsue-shen and the founding of the program
Salla holds that Tsien, a co-founder of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory under Theodore von Kármán, had helped the Army Air Force study supersonic saucer-shaped vehicles captured from Nazi Germany and retrieved from crash sites in New Mexico from 1947, and had a hand in its decades-long plan for reverse-engineering them. The FBI declared Tsien a Communist sympathizer, stripped his clearances and deported him after a legal fight, an event Salla treats as the single most consequential intelligence failure in U.S. history because Tsien took what he knew with him. On his return Tsien built China's rocket and missile infrastructure, while, per Salla, he also monitored reports of advanced aerospace technology across China, among them UFO sightings, the contents of the pyramids of Shaanxi province and the wreckage of a craft said to have crashed on the China–Tibet border some 12,000 years ago.
Separately from the classified work Salla attributes to him, Tsien sponsored state research into extraordinary human body function, a programme investigating children's claimed non-ocular perceptual abilities that he framed as evidence for an undiscovered "human body science".
Reagan–Deng agreements
The 1979 Carter–Deng agreement on cooperation in science and technology, which covered aeronautics, was deepened and expanded by Reagan in the 1980s. Salla notes that historians commonly read this as a joint stance against the Soviet Union; he reads it as a response to an extraterrestrial threat, citing an alleged 1981 briefing transcript whose legitimacy he acknowledges is controversial and Reagan's later public remarks about an alien threat. Salla judges it likely that Deng suspected Reagan's talk of an alien threat was an American trick, and Deng did not take up a close strategic relationship, but Salla holds that the agreements let Chinese scientists work alongside American counterparts on captured craft, in return for U.S. access to China's database of flying-saucer reports and ancient aviation finds. Salla says Chinese scientists began to be sent to Area 51 to work on reverse-engineering projects after Tsien's 1992 appointment.
Science and Technology Committee and the exotic craft
In August 1992, a year after retiring from the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Tsien joined the Science and Technology Committee of the commission responsible for national defense science as a "High Level Consultant", as a released CIA document records; Salla reads the appointment as proof that Tsien went on working secretly for the PLA until his death in 2009. On the twenty-year cycle he proposes, the first exotically propelled Chinese craft would have flown around 2012. He reads the 2019 public unveiling of a saucer-shaped helicopter prototype, the "Super Great White Shark", as a PLA cover program masking the deployment of operational saucer-shaped craft in space. Salla cites Corey Goode's statement that China has a secret space program using technologies very like those of the U.S. Air Force, and Dr. Ray Keller's suggestion that extraterrestrials worked with Tsien and Chinese scientists in an interplanetary research program based at Lop Nur.
Salla ranks China as probably the second most proficient power in holding and understanding extraterrestrial technologies and still well behind the United States, and describes its program as more centralized than the American one, though with a deep state faction and a government faction.
Antarctic bases and the Jupiter agreements
After the Jupiter Agreements of 2021, per Salla's September 2021 report, China relinquished control of former Dark Fleet bases in Antarctica that it had occupied after the expulsion of the Dark Fleet, the Galactic Federation making this a condition of its access to advanced aerospace technology. Val Nek said three to five bases were handed over to the Alliance, that China had originally claimed some without any legal agreement and quickly handed them over, and that China remains in a manufacturing role, supplying materials for the future fleet. The update itself was released through Danaan, and Val Nek's answers to Salla's follow-up questions were relayed by Megan Rose.
Chinese soldiers at a space ark
JP has described one of the earliest missions to an ancient space ark, at which Chinese soldiers were present; Salla says that when a group of Aztecs walked into the ark the soldiers tried to follow and were held back by a temporal effect that only a raised frequency lets one pass.
