Satanism (elite)
Satanism (elite) refers, in deep state and exopolitics research, to the organized practice of Luciferian, Satanic, or left-hand-path occultism by members of political, financial, military, and intelligence elites — understood not as a fringe criminal subculture but as an institutionalized spiritual and operational framework through which the highest levels of the control hierarchy maintain internal cohesion, conduct blackmail-generating initiation rituals, and interface with what they believe to be non-human or trans-dimensional powers that augment their authority and provide access to suppressed knowledge. Some accounts extend the practice into the entertainment industry alongside politics, finance, and the military, describing it as constituting the ritual interface between terrestrial elites and non-human entities allegedly demanding worship, sacrifice, and adrenochrome.[citation needed] In the accounts of alleged survivors, the practice takes the form of formalized ceremonies — invocations of Satan or related entities, blood sacrifice, sexual abuse and deliberate trauma — conducted within hierarchical networks that span military intelligence, multigenerational bloodline families and elite social institutions, and serving at once as worship and as the delivery mechanism for trauma-based mind control programming that produces dissociative identity states useful for intelligence exploitation. The term "Luciferian" is preferred by some researchers over "Satanic" to reflect the self-understanding of practitioners, who frame their orientation as illuminationist — seeking "illumination to divinity" — rather than devil-worshipping in the popular-cultural sense. The most prominent researchers in this domain include Fritz Springmeier, Ted Gunderson, Bill Schnoebelen, Wilfred Wong, Alex Jones, and Elena Danaan.
Generational structure
Fritz Springmeier's research identifies elite Satanism as primarily a multi-generational phenomenon: practitioners are born into cult families in which mother, father, and grandparents are all active participants, with children ritualistically introduced from birth, in what the survivor literature describes as multigenerational satanic ritual abuse networks. This "multi-generational" structure — as opposed to adult conversion — is what Springmeier identifies as the defining characteristic of the Illuminati bloodline families at the apex of the system. Ted Gunderson similarly describes "multi-generational" cult membership as "a person that's fed into the cult, born into it," contrasting it with later adult initiation.
Ceremonies and ritual programming
According to the survivor Nathan Reynolds, the ceremonies are deliberately structured theatrical productions designed to shatter the subject's psychological defences: after the children are told to call out to Jesus, a man dressed as the figure of Jesus enters the room and abuses children in front of them, destroying the subject's capacity to seek spiritual refuge outside the network's control structure. Reynolds, in discussion with the host Taylor Welch, describes a bifurcated personality structure resulting from such trauma: a "day-walker" that navigates ordinary life and a "night-walker" that carries the programming and takes the abuse and the torment, with the programmed personalities coming out on ritual days such as Beltane and, in his account, on trigger signals known to handlers.[citation needed]
Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler, in The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave (1996) and its sequel Deeper Insights into the Illuminati Formula, alleged that satanic ritual ceremonies are conducted within multigenerational Illuminati bloodline families as the primary mechanism for producing trauma-based mind control subjects. Survivor testimony describes the ceremonies as overlapping with MK-Ultra and its alleged successor Project Monarch: the ritual framework, whether explicitly Satanic or employing other occult symbolism, is said to deepen trauma-induced dissociation and to create compartmentalised identity states ("alters") that can be separately programmed for intelligence, sexual exploitation or courier functions.[citation needed] Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips described this framework in Trance Formation of America (1995), alleging that O'Brien was subjected to MK-Ultra-style ritual programming from childhood.[citation needed]
Stewart Swerdlow, a self-described Montauk Project survivor, says that the foundational work at Montauk came from Nazi scientists brought to the United States under Operation Paperclip, who learned in the concentration camps that extreme trauma fractures the mind into "a cube of 13 by 13 by 13, which gives them 2,197 compartments" that can be programmed into sub-personalities; he further traces the methodology of ritual mind control from ancient Egyptian temple rites through the Hashashin into MK-Ultra.[citation needed]
Structure: public facade and inner degrees
Bill Schnoebelen, an occult initiate who passed through Wicca, Freemasonry, LaVeyan Satanism, and theistic Satanism before leaving the movement, describes a multi-tiered structure in which Anton LaVey's Church of Satan functions as the philosophically respectable public entrance: "I used to call Anton LaVey's outfit the true Satanic operation... because it was all theatrics. And if you read the Satanic Bible, the official position of the Church of Satan is that they don't even believe in the devil. They just look at him as an archetype of rebellion against authority." Behind the public Church lie deeper organizations — including the Order of the Black Ram and what Schnoebelen describes as a Brotherhood requiring blood oaths and soul pledges — operating at a fully theistic level in which entities are understood as literal, not symbolic. Schnoebelen states that he signed his name in blood in the organization's "black book" at this deeper level.
Military and intelligence involvement — Michael Aquino
Former FBI Special Agent in Charge Ted Gunderson identifies Michael Aquino — founder of the Temple of Set, a Satanic order descended from Anton LaVey's Church of Satan — as one of the most significant active figures in elite Satanic networks during his investigative years. Aquino was a US Army psychological operations officer and Vietnam War veteran[citation needed] who had attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel; he split from LaVey's Church of Satan to found the Temple of Set in 1975. A 1981 Army Criminal Investigation Command memo recorded that two of the Temple's lieutenants, Captain Willie Browning and Dennis Mann, were also Army Reserve officers associated with military intelligence units, and a San Francisco intelligence memo of 1 July 1981 remarked on the Temple's "seeming obsession with the military", including members' wearing World War II German uniforms and insignia. A child at the Presidio Child Development Center — an Army-run daycare facility at the Presidio of San Francisco that was the subject of abuse allegations in 1986–1988[citation needed] — identified Aquino to his mother as having molested him — an accusation that resulted in an eighteen-month Army investigation that produced no charges — after which Aquino was transferred to a posting where he was placed in charge of US Army Reserve personnel files, and was subsequently reported to be involved in a "confidential operation mind control program" at the University of Arizona, classified on behalf of the US government. Gunderson frames Aquino's continued military career after these accusations as evidence of institutional protection: "Death or murder for these people is like you and I having a drink of water."
Ted Gunderson's institutional lineage
Gunderson, former FBI Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles field office, investigated Satanic ritual abuse throughout the 1980s and 1990s, including the McMartin preschool trial and the Franklin cover-up. He estimated that Satanic cult membership in the United States numbered in the millions and that tens of thousands of children were ritually sacrificed annually. Gunderson traced the elite Satanic structure from Adam Weishaupt (1770) through the Rothschild family to contemporary bodies including the Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, and Skull and Bones: "What we have here in these groups are the leading politicians, the leading businessmen... who have split it off from the Illuminati and formed their own groups."
Occult ritual and spirit contact
Alex Jones, in conversation with Tucker Carlson, characterizes the globalist control structure as explicitly occult rather than atheistic or secular in orientation — a point Jones argues is evident in institutions including Skull and Bones (coffin-based initiation designed to invite spirit entities to enter initiates), the Bohemian Grove (Cremation of Care before an owl idol), and the patterns of elite behavior documented across multiple decades: "None of them are atheists. They're into the occult... They believe they're interfacing... They try to get these spirits to come into them. They try to channel these spirits. You've got the heads of Skulls there in the last few days, seeing who's to interface with this. These are real rituals that are part of activating parts of the mind so that people can see past the veil."
Illuminati bloodline families — self-definition
Springmeier emphasizes that the thirteen bloodline families do not identify as Satanists in the pejorative sense but as an illuminated class who have received divine status through their hereditary connection to the occult tradition — using "Illuminati" in its literal sense: "Why do they use that term? It's because they believe that they've been illuminated to divinity." This self-understanding, Springmeier argues, distinguishes elite Satanism from lower-level cult activity and places it within a coherent (if diabolical) theological framework that the families transmit inter-generationally alongside their financial and political power.
Cult investigator Wilfred Wong
Cult researcher Wilfred Wong has documented elite Satanic networks in the United Kingdom and globally, arguing that ritual abuse networks operating at elite levels are protected by the same institutional mechanisms — captured judiciary, compliant media, intelligence agency oversight — identified by Nick Bryant in the Franklin scandal and Epstein blackmail operation. Wong's research identifies overlapping membership between Satanic ritual abuse networks and high-level political and financial figures across multiple Western jurisdictions.
Satanic panic and later cases
The Satanic ritual abuse panic of the 1980s and 1990s brought allegations of ritual ceremonies into public awareness through a cluster of daycare abuse cases, most prominently the McMartin Preschool trial (1984–1990), the longest and most expensive criminal trial in U.S. history at that point.[citation needed] Archaeologist E. Gary Stickel excavated beneath the McMartin site and reported structural features consistent with the children's descriptions of tunnels.[citation needed] No convictions were obtained, and researchers argue that the term "Satanic panic", applied by mainstream media and academic institutions to the whole body of allegations as mass hysteria, functioned as a discreditation tactic suppressing investigation of organised ritual abuse networks.[citation needed] The journalist Lawrence Wright, who has researched Scientology and other high-control groups and investigated the satanic-abuse claims in the early 1990s, reports that a police lecturer told a conference that Satanists were responsible for 50,000 murders a year in the United States, more than the national homicide count, and that the satanic-abuse conviction of the Washington deputy sheriff Paul Ingram rested on a message a camp evangelist said she received from God: "there never was any evidence of it."
The Jeffrey Epstein trafficking network is documented in court filings, FBI investigation records and the 2024 release of Epstein court documents.[citation needed] Laura Eisenhower describes Epstein as connected to a worldwide elite child trafficking ring involved in pedophilia, the harvesting of adrenochrome and ritual abuse, and researchers of the Franklin scandal identify the Epstein operation as continuous with its pattern of elite access networks managed through blackmail and protected by intelligence agency oversight.[citation needed] NXIVM, the organisation led by Keith Raniere that operated as a personal development company while allegedly functioning as a sex cult, was prosecuted and dismantled in 2018–2019; members described branding ceremonies, forced labour and hierarchical sexual exploitation, structural elements consistent with ritual abuse allegations at a smaller institutional scale.[citation needed]
Exopolitical dimension: Reptilian ritual interface
Elena Danaan's A Gift from the Stars (2020) provides a non-human explanation for elite Satanic practice: a reptilian species from Sigma Draconis called the Giansar constitutes a "dimension-hopping sorcerer or priest class among the reptiloid species" who use human ritual practitioners as terrestrial agents. The dark magical rituals conducted by elite Satanic groups serve the Giansar by "tearing holes in the fabric of space-time" for interdimensional access: "Dark magical rituals involving contacts with the realms of the dead and summoning 'demons'... are very useful to the Reptilians for tearing holes in the fabric of space-time between their and your dimensional planes." Danaan additionally identifies a "dark cult place: the House of the Temple" in Washington, D.C., as connected to underground reptilian infrastructure beneath the capital.
