Shoyam Kunju
The Shoyam Kunju are a Reptilian species from the Shunteye system in the Cancer constellation, residing on Ythkor IV, a moon of a gas giant with a mass 1.550 times that of Jupiter. Their star system lies 1,011.11 light years from Earth. They are one of the oldest cultures of Nataru and members of both the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Zenatean Alliance.
Culture and disposition
The Shoyam Kunju prefer to isolate themselves from galactic dramas and wars, consistent with patterns observed among the oldest Nataru civilizations. They are nonetheless hospitable and open to interacting with other cultures out of curiosity and interest in intellectual exchanges, though they do not involve themselves in the affairs of other civilizations. They do not participate in Envoy Programs.
They possess a powerful space fleet used exclusively for defensive purposes and, like most Reptilian races, are carnivorous.
