Ladrakh
The Ladrakh (plural Ladrikh) are a non-human indigenous Reptoid species from the second planet G'mun of the Man system (Kepler-62) — the cradle of the Lyran humanoid civilisation — with colonies in Sirius B, Vega, and Karellia.
Origins in the Man system
The Man system (Kepler-62) was home to four main genetic strands of humanoid civilisation — the Ahel, Noor, Taal, and Laan — occupying successive planets across the system, alongside the Ladrakh, a reptilian species native to the second planet G'mun. The Ladrakh are described as "reptilian humanoids with a very nice and beautiful culture — a very loving race," a characterization that distinguishes them sharply from antagonistic reptoid factions such as the Draco reptilians.
The Man system itself was organized under a hierarchical monarchy presiding over a council of 25 and an assembly of 300 senators based on the Taal central world of Omankhera, with the Ladrakh's G'mun constituting the second planet of the system — placing them in close political and cultural proximity to the dominant Taal government throughout their shared history.
The Draco reptilian invasion and displacement
The Ladrakh share the Man system's tragic history: when the Alpha Draconian Empire launched a catastrophic invasion of the system, the Draco reptilians armadas attacked all inhabited worlds simultaneously, catching the local races unprepared for a conflict of that scale. The Taal government concluded an agreement under threat of total annihilation — ceding the planets in exchange for safe evacuation — allowing billions to flee in gigantic arks carrying testimony of their cultures.
The current inhabitants of the Man system are reptiloid hybrids under Draco reptilians dominion — the original Ladrakh, along with all other Man system peoples, are now diaspora populations.
Colonies
The Ladrakh established colonies at three known locations outside their origin system: Sirius B, Vega, and Karellia. These colonial locations follow known diaspora corridors used by other Man system refugees — both Sirius B and Vega received multiple populations from the Lyran exodus. The plural form "Ladrikh" follows the grammatical rule of Taami — the oldest Man language and the official tongue of the Galactic Federation of Worlds — in which plurals are formed by adding the letter "i" to the singular root.
