Pindar (title)

Pindar
.
The Pindar is the title of the figure said to stand at the head of Earth's secret ruling hierarchy and to answer to its Draco overlords. According to Michael Salla, the Draconians have historically appointed the Pindar from among the human elite as their chief intermediary with national leaders. The lecturer Stewart Swerdlow describes the leader of the Illuminati, always male and drawn from one of thirteen families, who reports to a purebred reptilian leader in inner Earth; David Icke, relaying the former ritual participant Arizona Wilder, describes a shape-shifting reptilian–human hybrid; and the contactee Elena Danaan describes a Ciakahrr being. The title belongs to the control structure also described under The Cabal and the Reptilian bloodlines.
Each account rests on a short chain. If Wilder met the Pindar as she told Icke, the later tellers relay a real office under differing descriptions. S.M. Elliott's blog records that Wilder later wrote that reptilians "do not exist," which would leave the Pindar a figure from a single retracted testimony that Icke, Swerdlow and Salla each repeated in good faith. Elliott also proposes that Icke or Wilder attached a dragon etymology to the PINDAR bunker beneath Whitehall, a ministry codename that predates the claim. Several sentences of the Swerdlow excerpt appear word for word in a 2002 mailing-list post, so two apparent tellers may be one text.
Origin of the term
Arizona Wilder told David Icke in an interview of the late 1990s that the Illuminati's present head, a reptilian–human hybrid, was called the Pindar and was identified with a "Marquis de Libeaux"; Icke set this down in The Biggest Secret (1998–1999), glossing the name as "Penis of the Dragon." According to Elliott, Wilder said the head was not a Rothschild. Alfred Lambremont Webre separates the "Pindar" of Icke and Wilder (1999) from an unrelated heraldic bard of a similar surname whom he met in 1992.
A post of February 2002 to the Conspiracy Theory Research List by Mike Clark gives the gloss "Pinnacle of the Draco," says the Pindar belongs to one of thirteen Illuminati families and is always male, and names the Belgian Marquis, citing Wilder. The Swerdlow excerpt carries the same sentences and the same gloss, adds "Penis of the Dragon" as an alternative, and calls reports that the Marquis is the Pindar "disinformation." The publication date of the passage in Blue Blood, True Blood relative to the list post has not been established. In Elliott's report Swerdlow holds that a Rothschild is still the top figure.
Claimed holders
Swerdlow names the head of the Rothschild family, based near Frankfurt, who he says has held the office for several hundred years and oversaw a sister project to the Montauk Project near Strasbourg in the late 1970s. The former Air Force physician Bill Deagle, as relayed by Salla, says that in 1992 Baron Guy de Rothschild introduced himself to him as the Pindar and "CEO of Earth, Inc." and asked him to succeed him. David Wilcock said in January 2021 that Benjamin de Rothschild, whose death was announced on 15 January, was the Pindar, and tied the death to a covert takedown of the Deep State; Salla judged it "highly likely" that Benjamin had succeeded Guy and put the timing to his readers as a question. The Community Security Trust, the British Jewish communal security body, has described Icke, through whom the Pindar term reached this literature, as "essentially a hate preacher with a 21st century spin on a very old antisemitic conspiracy theory."
Discussing the coronation of King Charles with a guest, Salla says that "apparently" the Pindar was taken off-planet with the British royal family, and speculates that the king may now be the planet's occult leader.
Nature and function
Salla says he first met the term in Icke's usage for the ruler of the planet, imagined as a shape-shifting reptilian. The function of chief intermediary with national leaders, stated in his 2026 briefing, is not stated in the Wilder and Swerdlow descriptions of an Illuminati head. In Swerdlow's telling the office symbolizes power, control, creation and fear and ranks beneath the purebred reptilian ruler in inner Earth, and in Icke's retelling of Wilder the Pindar attends the major Satanic ceremonies in Europe and then those in California.
Two further tellers move the Pindar out of the human line. Mark Domizio, who reports memories carried by an alter named Sam, says Sam saw a winged Draco of the kind Alex Collier called the ruling class, and that "there was a name put on it: Pindar," and that two authors operate with a piece of his soul. Elena Danaan describes a huge Ciakahrr called the Pindar on Earth who appeared at the trial of Enlil; an anonymous commenter under her Star Nation News episode of December 2023 adds that "Ciakahrr heads like Pindar" were expelled and that only the human–Ciakahrr hybrids of the Deep State remain.
